I ordered the merchandise, and it didn't work. After realizing, they insist on using it the full term for it to work. However, a day or two short of a month, I didn't see any results, therefore, I called to return the items.

I had to be on the phone for to listen to their sales pitch to change my mind before processing my return request! Assuming that it was canceled in by calling at the end of November (close to 30 days return timeline), I was pushed into keeping the products for additional 25%. However, I did not agree to it, and yet I received a $64.30 charge on my Amex and a second shipment package in December.

Immediately I called and complained and was given a return authorization number. At this point, I didn't even receive an invoice for the $64 charge! I did ship the product back via USPS with tracking number on 12/29, and now company claims it was not received! When the tracking shows it was transferred to the post office.

I am continuing to dispute it with Amex and it is still under investigation. I also happened to run into another individual who had the same exact experience and is disputing it with her credit card company. They are horrible and do not stand by their return and cancellation policy.

I received this product as a FREE gift from Aldi. This was absolutely not the case. I was sent a second delivery of the product and a bill for $79.95. I contacted Keranique customer service and arranged the return of this delivery and cancellation of any further shipments. During this lengthy process conducted by an employee whose English was barely understandable, I was bombarded with offers of more product despite the fact that the reason for my call was the dissatisfaction with the process and my clear wish to have no further contact with this company. I acknowledge my gullibility in accepting a supposedly free offer from a high profile retailer, but the attitude of Keranique was totally unacceptable.

I decided to take a break, and now my hair is falling, I thought it was from my shampoo, so I read some other reviews and found many people with the same problem. The moment you stop using it you'll lose your hair.

I have fine hair with some curl, so I am always looking for a product that will make my hair look fuller, so I was excited to try this product.

The shampoo smelled really nice, which is good because I can be sensitive to some fragrances. The conditioner was nice and thick but didn’t weigh down my hair. The spray was innocuous, and I saw absolutely no benefit from it.

Bottom line is, it’s a good shampoo and conditioner but really didn’t make my fine hair look any fuller than it does with other higher end product.

Half of my head is bald, so I read some other reviews and found many people with the same problem. The moment you stop using it you'll lose your hair, so either use it forever or don’t start this journey...

I wish I could upload some pics of my baldness...If you really have tiny, damaged hair, don’t use this product, it’s not worth it!

This system is too expensive, and they take advantage of the shipping system hoping you forget about the charges. Be warned, do not sign up for this system. You can get better results from drugstore products or go to Target.

I found the product very good. My hair certainly felt thicker after using the products, the conditioner is the best I have ever used, BUT the company it self is just rip offs. They have charged me for products I have never received (I only received half of the order) and assured me via phone call that it is in transit. I would not recommend.

Last year I cut my hair very short because I got a friend to bleach it and she fried it, so I had to get it cut even shorter because of the damage. I went looking online for ways to get my hair better again and saw Keranique and that you only pay $3.95.

Well, it arrived, and I didn't want to keep using it because it wasn't doing anything. When I went to cancel, BAM, $179.95, please. I was like, no way am I paying that! Nothing but money hungry people taking advantage of innocent people looking for help.

I finally decided to try Keranique after stalling for a few years because I read and heard so many mixed reviews. My initial contact with a representative was not to my liking. I had many questions, but the agent kept asking me for my credit card number, my address where to ship to, etc. I told her to please let me ask and get my questions answered before I give her my personal information. She was extremely persistent, which made me realize they work on commission or some kind of incentive plan. She eventually answered my questions, and I decided to order.

I received the products almost immediately. I was very excited to start using. I started having issues after the second washing of my hair. So I called back customer service and was told I was probably using too much shampoo. So I cut it down significantly.

My hair was so dry and so tangled...it was awful. I called back again, received more advice and instructions, and by the way, every single time I called, the representatives tried to sell me MORE products! I was given different advise every time I called. My last phone call the agent told me, "if you normally wash your hair once or twice a week continue to wash your hair that way with the Keranique product." No one had ever told me that before, so I was washing my hair often. Also, no one had ever told me how much minoxidil to apply to my scalp, so I was overusing that as well!

I had to get 5 inches cut off my hair after this nightmare! The only thing that was positive in this whole experience is that they, in fact, refunded my money quite expeditiously. The bottom line for me is that these representatives are not fully trained (or simply don't care) about this product and are just concerned in getting their commissions or incentives. We who call are having real issues with our hair, and in some cases, it is quite devastating to us as in my case.

I did find another product which has worked wonders for me. My hair has "comeback," which also happens to be the name of the product.

I'm sorry, but I've been using Keranique products for seven months, and my hair has not improved. There is a lot of breakage on the right side of my head and the back. I tried the two Minoxidil spray with no results. Now I'm trying the follicle serum and so far, still no results. My hair is dry and brittle. I'm doing a lot of work to receive results. The products need a lot of improving. I wish I could get a refund. I just wanted thicker hair, not shorter hair (different area).

I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend these products. Too much money lost for very little results. Maybe if I try one more month of serum and if it continues to not work I will discontinue using it. Please, I do not want anyone going through losing hair. My hair isn't growing back. I'm sorry, but this a rip off. Hair looks terrible.

I had learned about the brand from perusing the aisles at Ulta. For years I had been saddened and quietly struggling with hair loss and thinning. I already had thin hair (in terms of volume and density, not in terms of each individual hair’s thickness), so losing hair in my twenties was horrifying. Last year, my hair stylist mentioned the thinning. Like she verbally, in an honest but finesse way, pointed out the issue. It was so embarrassing yet so freeing at the same time. I wasn’t ready to spend the money, but I earmarked the experience for when I had the budget to spend. Then, in August, I got engaged. We decided on a 6-month engagement. My hair stylist prodded that it’s important to feel and look my best on my wedding day, and we would have enough time to get my hair looking it’s best if I started now. With wedding bills piling up anyway, I decided, “Why the heck not?”. I went for it with one of the starter kits that includes vitamins, a root spray, and shampoo conditioner. It worked fine but nothing magical with the thinning hair. I repurchased the pills in full size because my hair seemed to be growing longer, faster. My stylist suggested I use the Hair Regrowth Treatment for women - it's a precise spray for where you part your hair. She suggested this because the top of my head had most of the thinning. I used it as recommended (twice daily) and didn’t expect much. To my surprise, in just a few months I noticed all these baby hairs sprouting on the side I part my hair! And almost no fall out in the shower. My hair part used to be so visibly bare and it became lush like never before. Needless to say, I was so thankful to my stylist and over the moon with my hair on the wedding day. Thank you, Keranique!
