    Misleading - only a free trial if you don't open it and return immediately.

    Free trial, only pay $3 shipping? Yea right! I was charged $200! Thankfully my bank notified me of a fraudulent charge and denied the charge. I then called my bank and had to cancel my card and get a new one because they said this company could still continue to bill my card other amounts.

    I called the company and apparently it's only free if you don't open it and return it within 14 days of ORDERING it (not receiving it). After 14 days of ordering, you are automatically billed $200 on your card. How can it be free to try if you have to pay full price after trying it? They try to get you to extend your trial, pay 50% to keep it, etc. I had to be persistent in saying "cancel it."

    The products aren't bad, not worth $200 though. And with better, no shady, scamming customer service, I'm sure more people would be willing to keep it for the 50% price. I wonder if Cameron Diaz knows her name is attached to this scam company?

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I found this cream on a website and I thought it was a good deal, so I bought it using my credit card. Fifteen days later I get a call from fraud prevention letting me know this skin cream company charged me $200.00 on my card. I was so mad. I called this company and told them I want my money, but they argued with me and said they can only give back 50%, so I called my bank and disputed the charges. A couple of days later I got all my money back. If you do not want this to happen to you, do not give them your credit card number.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I got the free trial with no paperwork. I declined the second product but got it anyway, then was charged over $200.00 for a product that burnt my skin. And they refuse to refund a charge I didn’t authorize. Bottom line, they are thieves.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I ordered the free product with just pay for shipping and handling, a little over $3. But my account was charged $20.15 plus other items that were tacked on, and I returned. No refund for that. Very difficult to cancel, they do automatic refill and charge your account. You are responsible for getting the product back to them, canceling the account and making sure they get it.

    This is a scam, trying to cancel was an ordeal, kept getting the 20% discount, try for 30 days and on and on.

    Terrible experience.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I just received my package yesterday. It came very fast. I washed my face and put it on my face. I have a couple of problem areas so I think its too early to tell. Under my eyes and above my upper lip. Time will tell.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Buyer beware

    I ordered Kra'sa after seeing an ad on Facebook claiming the product had been on Shark Tank. The online form offers the products to use with Kra'sa. I checked the decline box and expected to have Kra'sa shipped and billed to me. Instead, I had both products shipped and billed to me.

    The company has strict requirements to cancel and don't ever expect to get a refund because it will not happen. Very fraudulent business! I returned my order unopened and sealed. The trial period starts from the day the order is placed. Not sufficient time to try a product. Buyer beware!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Scam company

    Fraudulent company. Horrible customer service. They double price their product. They kept my credit card number without my permission. It is very difficult to leave a review.

    Please, never buy any product from this company!

    I ordered the FREE sample and paid shipping. The items came in a box with NO paperwork. However, a few days later I get two charges on my credit card, $109.00 and $103.00; money I did not have to spend on this. Money that took food out of my kid's mouth!

    I called the company, and they have NO customer service skills. They told me that it was a 14-day trial and I should have called and canceled if I didn't want to be charged! How would I have known that since there was no paperwork in the box and the ad does not state that?

    They would only give me 40% back. This is not acceptable. They are a scam! I plan on telling the world of this horrible company so others will not be a victim! If I get a full refund then my reviews will be different.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
