    Nothing But Red Flags

Just a heads up guys this is a fake review that was purchased. It's unfortunate that disreputable companies are buying favorable reviews. The easiest ways to spot them is when they are 100% positive with zero negatives and include an elaborate story about how a simple device changed their life and completely took medication out of the picture. Even if the product worked perfectly people would generally want to include at least one small complaint or recommendation.

Also the clinical trial is only available upon request because they don't want customers on the main website to see it because it does contain some negativity and it's also inconclusive and does not present any data that puts the company conducting the trials reputation on the line not to mention the trail was also sponsored by them.

Also the return policy doesn't allow you to return the product before 45 days but can't return it after 60 days. They do this on purpose hoping you will put the product in the closet and forget about it and miss the return window. The only reason for this 'odd' policy is to ensure the majority of customers miss the return window. I wouldn't touch this company with a 10-foot pole and I hope they go out of business before too many people get duped.

Also many of the reviews I've researched online indicate that the return department puts you on hold for long periods or claims they cannot hear you well. This is a tactic that is employed by companies to prevent users from getting through the return process before the deadline expires. 100% red flags here.

I hope this comment helps people, I suffer from lower back pain and even with a chiropractor it improves but does not go away completely. These types of products are designed to prey on people that wan to escape pain. You're paying $300 for a device that doesn't even have a battery pack and just has a 12 volt motor and a few cheap cam gears in it. The reason for them charging so much is purely based on them trying to advertise it as a medical device when it has no such certifications, that is why they sight chiropractors and not actual spinal doctors since chiropractors aren't real doctors.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Sybil Francis ,

Thank you for your comments on this product. You have probably saved many people from purchasing a worthless device. I would like to read a copy of the report to find out more of the negative and perhaps detrimental effects of using this contraption. What I do not agree with however is your statement that chiropractor 's are not real doctors. They are Doctors of Chiropractic that attend schools where the course of study is up to 5 years. They are proficient in their field and study an enormous amount of information on anatomy and physiology and the nervous system. Most chiropractors I know deeply care about their patients and would never endorse a product such as this for the very reasons you site. The chiropractor in this infomercial is obviously not one of them and is probably being paid very well for his endorsement.

    More Pain than help.

This product caused my wife and I more pain after using it than any other product or pain reduction method. I would not recommend the use of this product.

Also, their customer service reps act like they can't hear you when you call for the RMA number.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    This item is a Scam

    • New Hampshire,

Any time a website hides the full price of their product, it's time for buyers to beware! This thing is a Scam - you get a product that is untested, and has no customer service support, and a flimsy return policy that is often not honored. I would recommend that you stay away from it, and consult a Chiropractor for your back problems.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Radiancy Customer Service,

      Hi Airpilot,

The price isn't a secret. If you order through trykyro.com you will get the option to pay in one installment or three. Both options give you our 60 Day triple guarantee so you can try it at home and if you are not fully satisfied we will pay back your full product price, pay back your S&H and pay the return postage, so you have nothing to lose. If you decide to pay in one installment you will pay a total of $299.95 with free S&H. If you choose to make 3 installments you will pay once a month for three months $99.98 plus a one time S&H charge of $19.95. If you would like to change or alter your payment plan at any time, you can do so by calling customer service at 1-888-998-4713.

      Regards,

      Radiancy Customer Service
