Bruce tells us that Lean Belly Breakthrough can also help reverse the symptoms of heart disease and diabetes, improve skin and joint elasticity, restore youthful energy and libido, and even reverse the painful symptoms of arthritis. In fact, he claims the program will literally help you feel decades younger.
Instead of taking prescription medications, undergoing strenuous workouts, or buying special gadgets though, lean Belly Breakthrough is supposed to work using only all natural ingredients and body movements you can implement in the comfort of your own home. And Bruce claims everything is laid out in simple, step-by-step instructions.
The Lean Belly Breakthrough promises to have helped more than 100,000 men and women of all ages get to the root cause of their belly fat, heart disease, and diabetes. All for “pennies per week” and in less than 2 minutes per day.
Now, although we’re told about many of the potential benefits provided by the Lean Belly Breakthrough program, we’re not told exactly how you’ll go about achieving them. So, to start answering your important questions, let’s tackle this topic first.
A Quick Primer on Belly Fat, Heart Disease, and Diabetes
Belly fat (scientifically known as visceral fat) forms just like most other fat in our body; excess glucose is stored in specialized fat cells for later use. Then, if we continuously consume more calories than we expend, this fat (whether around the midsection or elsewhere) continues to grow.

Using these foods and movements, we’re told that Lean Belly Breakthrough guarantees you’ll lose at least 10% body fat loss in just the first 2 weeks. Given that the average person has between 18% and 31% body fat, this amounts to a fairly significant loss in just 14 days.
However, there are two main problems with the program’s claims:
Problem #1: Safe, Healthy Weight Loss
First, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention claims that losing 1-2 pounds per week is considered healthy and ideal for long-term results. Anything more than this might be considered a “crash” diet, which most physicians recommend avoiding.
Why? Losing weight at a faster rate isn’t exactly healthy for your body, and it’s definitely not sustainable. So, while crash diets might help you quickly look good for that upcoming beach vacation, in all likelihood you’ll soon regain the weight—and then some.
Problem #2: It’s Not Possible to Lose Only Belly Fat

Even if we were to overlook the fact that—like Lean Belly Breakthrough—we’re never told exactly how these programs work, we’d still be left with the reality that they almost universally come with poor customer feedback.
Specifically, they don’t deliver on their lofty promises, and most of the information they contain can be found elsewhere online, for free.
Bottom Line: Will Lean Belly Breakthrough Help You Reach Your Weight Loss Goals?
First, let us be the first to say “congratulations!” for exploring ways to improve your health and lose weight. Often times, taking this first step is the biggest obstacle to overcome in your journey.
The thing is that when taking this step, you want to make sure you put your best foot forward to maximize your chances for success. And considering its overhyped sales video, lack of usable information, medically inaccurate promises (e.g. losing a pound per day, spot fat loss around the belly), and relatively high price, we think your money would be better spent making an appointment with your doctor, hiring a physical trainer, and/or speaking with a professional nutritionist.
What about Dr. Heinrick, the German doctor, you ask? Just like Bruce Krahn and everything else involved in the Lean Belly Breakthrough story, it seems he’s wholly fictional.

Enormous complexity and cost.
OK, so I was taken in by the insinuation that I could lose weight with a 2-minute ritual of taking an insulin boosting simple cheap drink each morning.
In fact, what you have is a complex dietary and exercise program, and many of the ingredients are simply unavailable in Europe.
I am sure that if you follow this complex regime and are able to procure the ingredients, you will lose weight, but as for a simple morning drink that boosts the pancreas and kick starts enormous weight loss - forget it. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Lean Belly Breakthrough
This afternoon (April 17, 2017) I listened to about an hour of presentation on the Lean Belly Breakthrough. My credit card was confirmed, and I was given access to a download of a 39-page manual. I tried to print the pages, got the cover page, and that was it. I accidentally deleted my paid confirmation notice from the publisher (?). I have no way to contact them or Bruce Krahn.
