Lectin Shield

I have used Lectin Shield only when eating things outside of the Paradox Diet. Given that I am pretty good with my diet and am also pretty healthy, I really can't tell if it helps. I will certainly take it with me on my upcoming vacation when I won't have as much control over what I eat.

Maybe the question is for you? What exactly am I looking for?

I was excited at the prospect of Lectin Shield helping with the inflammatory response to some foods as I have MS and have to pay close attention to this particular issue as it can cost me three to four days recovery time if I eat poorly.

While Lectin Shield does not allow me to just eat whatever foods without consequence, it does appear to be helping to minimize reaction to some foods. Potatoes have been a no-no for some time, but I can enjoy them now and then, these days. I have been taking it for less than a month, so time will tell how it bears out in the long run, but I am optimistic.

I realize that my situation is not the average and I have to parse through a number of factors to determine which choice/product/action is having what impact, but I have noticed that Lectin Shield is helping.

I have only been taking it for a month now but feel the difference. I have a less blotted feeling and a less gassy feeling. My appetite is better balanced. I have IBS-D and have looked at many different types of medicines and probiotics to help, and so far this one is helping more than any of the others. I am looking forward to seeing where I am at in three months of taking this product.

I've just begun using Lectin Shield about a month and a half ago. I'm finding it to be helpful in the digestive/elimination process. I have used this formula when I am eating out as a precautionary or when I just can't get away from high lectin foods for politeness sake. I will still feel a bit hungover the next from the food, but this seems to prevent my stomach from aching.

I go out to eat a lot with my wife who hasn't as of yet embraced my new way of eating. I use Lectin Shield when I need protection from possible lectin foods, usually sauces and dressings. I don't have an overt sensitivity to lectin, but I do want to protect my gut.

I am still in the trial stage on one bottle purchased. Seems to be doing its job if I remember to take it before eating. I was wondering if the batch was bad until I read one of the main ingredients is N Acetyl D-Glucosamine from crab and shrimp. So far I have loved all the products I've purchased from GundryMD.com, keep up the good work Dr. Gundry.

I haven't noticed a huge difference, however, I'm not as tired all the time and I don't have any acid indigestion anymore. I'm taking Vital Reds and Prebiothrive along with the Lectin Shield. I plan to continue giving it time to work.

I decided to try Dr. Gundry's Lectin Shield product and have been pleasantly impressed with the results. Enough so that I am currently ordering another bottle to continue evaluating it.
