Lectin Shield

I just received my order yesterday and started taking the Lectin Shield today. My family is sceptical but I want to give it a try. We'll see how it goes and in 30 days if there are no noticeable results, I'm requesting a refund. Fingers crossed! I did enjoy the educational video.

There was some effect when I've eaten legumes. But there still was some bloating. I did not experience the weight loss that I had anticipated. Was hoping for more dramatic results for the price.

While I believe the price of Gundry's Lectin Shield is exorbitant (hence the 3-star rating), there is a definite difference in my skin texture when I take it. It's smoother and silkier, for sure. I have to assume there are internal improvements, as well, though I can't say what they are, as I don't notice any difference in bowel function nor appetite. I did experience a severe bout of diarrhea on Total Restore that didn't resolve when starting Lectin Shield again after having run out, and which eventually became full blown diverticulitis. I stayed off both products for over a month. Once the infection resolved, I tried Lectin Shield again with no adverse effect and the return to silkier skin, so I know that's the reason. The jury's out on Total Restore, though. Scared to try again. To their credit, Gundry MD quickly refunded my cost for the products when I reported the diarrhea effect.

Lectin blocker seems to reduce pain and inflammation for my fibromyalgia and promotes weight loss along Vital Reds in a very significant way.

I was trapped in obesity and yo-yo dieting. Always hungry, fighting cravings, and doing well on diets until I just couldn't keep going and would give up. With Gundry products and cutting out sugar to a large extent and eating good proteins regularly, I have lost a lot of weight with out the torture! I don't feel hungry all the time, hungry right after a meal or obsessed with cravings so I feel free for the first time from the control of food. I don't live to eat anymore, but I still enjoy eating. My husband and I keep losing inches too. It has been fun and surprising.

Lectin blocker seems to make things even better because many foods caused my inflammation and fibromyalgia to flare so badly or my fatigue to hit so hard, but with Lectin Shield it seems to reduce the impact of certain foods and allows me to enjoy a bigger variety of foods without the painful consequences. It doesn't mean perfection but it does offer a definite amount of relief, and I am more than grateful. Thank you Dr. Gundry.

I love Lectin Shield. It helps make traveling possible. Eating in restaurants prior to Lectin Shield was nearly impossible. Sometimes the ONLY item I could order was steamed broccoli! I have a great sensitivity to bread and potatoes. Nearly every item on restaurant menus has one or both in them. Also, I have much difficulty when attending parties. I love to be able to partake in birthday celebrations with my grandchildren. I don't have to be "weird" grandma who doesn't eat anymore.

I hope that soon my family will get on board onto a healthy lifestyle. I want to be a good role model for them and hope that my great health eventually turns them around.

I have a lot of digestive problems, I have terrible trapped gas, and it's hard for me to follow Dr. Gundry's diet by keeping the lectin out of the food I eat. These tablets give me a peace of mind and help with my digestive problems. I recommend this product with all the confidence that this product works.

I only use it when I know I'm going to be in a situation that requires the Lectin Shield (family get together, friends out for a bite and so on).

So far it is working very good, and I'm so glad I bought it. I wouldn't be without it.

I have been using Lectin Shield for about a month now. I am also taking daily doses of your Vital Reds and Prebiothrive.

I take at least two Lectin Shiled pills every day, and I will take more if I am eating something outside of my home where I don't have the same control over the ingredients.

One of my favorite beverages is beer, which is on the wrong list! So whenever I break the "beer rule" I take extra Lectin Shield to help stave off some of the bad things that beer does in your gut.

We used it only when we are eating meals that we know contain foods with high lectin. We are no longer bothered with bloating and upset stomach after those meals. Having it takes away the fear of being invited to someone's home and being served items we would never fix in our normal meals.
