  • Incredible service, best insurance I've ever had.

    I am amazed. Their underlying business premise is to provide actual coverage for their clients. Unlike every other insurance company, they are not driven by profit. It seemed to me that employees under the former model were trained to act like an obstacle to receiving your claim rather than facilitate the process.

    The experience, from the very beginning, has been awesome. Easy, fair prices, straightforward, and when one of my prized antiques was damaged from a neighbor's flooded toilet, my claim was processed in an efficient and expedited manner. I've never known an insurance company like this and I'm certain this is the company I will stick with.

    I tried very hard to file a claim online, but Maya, from Lemonade, emailed me to tell me to find a friend to borrow a smartphone, which I did, and the claim was easy after that. It was fast and easy, just like your reviews.

  • The best!

    My bike and kit were stolen while I was on vacation. Lemonade made recovering from the loss a breeze. The bot walked me through every step of filing my claim, even teaching me how to report the theft to the police! It couldn't have been a smoother experience. My claim was resolved in under an hour. So glad I found Lemonade because without their easy processing, I would never have purchased insurance.

    After spending the holiday on the East Coast, I arrived back home to San Francisco only to lose my expensive camera and all my lenses on the subway. I had them insured with Lemonade. They approved my claim in less than a day and answered a question on the weekend. Amazing service, extremely affordable, nice app. I am walking away from this experience hugely impressed.

    Hello Lemonade. Thank you for approving my claim. I have been in your family for one month now! I recently experienced how it feels to have your sanctuary invaded. I came home to my front door "cracked" open. The only two things missing was my DK BMX bicycles from inside.

    My car was broken into while I was having dinner. They went into my trunk and stole my backpack that had my camera, laptop, iPad, etc., which adds up to a lot of value. It was very shocking, and I was very worried at the financial hit.

    I went through the claims process at Lemonade, and it was the best experience I have ever had. It took me 20 minutes total to file the claim, most of the time was me looking for old receipts, the actual time with Lemonade was minutes via the very smart chat interface. And next morning, I woke up to an email saying my claim had been approved. No haggling, no back and forth. Just direct and straightforward.

    I wish more businesses around the world worked this way. Thanks Lemonade!

  • Unbelievable and amazing

    I filed my claim with Lemonade on December 22nd (Christmas weekend). Lemonade notified me within five (5) days that my claim was settled.

    The whole process was unbelievably easy even though my claim was extensive.

    I have to say, I didn't really believe the promises they made of simplicity, transparency and paying claims super fast. But its all true - Lemonade was super fast and simply amazing.

    A tip to filing a lengthy claim - the app can be tedious when entering dozens of items; one at a time. Instead, I entered one lump sum (as an item) and then prepared an Excel file and submitted the list of items stolen to the email address provided via the app.

    Lemonade deserves a 10 out of 10 for service and living up to their promises.

  • Amazing!

    Unfortunately, my bike (my everything, aka my baby, aka my "get me to point A to point B") got stolen and Lemonade's claim process made it so easy for me. The process to submit a claim is so fluid and user-friendly. I thought I would struggle without talking with a real person, but that wasn't an issue at all. I really appreciate all of the help and would recommend Lemonade to EVERYONE!

    I had my phone stolen, and within 30 minutes of using the app, I had my claim accepted. Very clear explanations, easy to use, especially for someone new to renter's insurance. Highly recommend!
