    Jim was extremely helpful in filing my claim and explaining the full process and what I would receive as reimbursement, and why. Lemonade customer service has been great so far! I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for an insurance company who really seems to care about their customers.

    Awesome service, great product, outstanding experience. I`ve been with Lemonade for some time now and their level of customer service is unmatched. I stick with them for sure, highly recommended!

  • Fast, courteous and super easy to use

    We had a pipe burst in our kitchen, and within a few hours I had to figure out what to do with the holidays approaching and no kitchen table for the family to sit at. I didn't know what was covered, so I chatted online with Lemonade's claims department and they asked for pictures, reciepts, etc. I sent everything I had to them and heard back today that my claim was approved. In 5 days I'll have the money to replace the dining room table that was damaged, all in less than a week. The best $20.00 a month I ever spent.

    Great product experience. Conversational UI is very sleek and feels very comfortable.

    The only downside is it would have been nice to add free-form comments in various places for clarification instead of having to force an answer from a selection. Also, my previously started claim seems to have disappeared, but I didn't do much with it, perhaps on a timer?

    My car was broken into at Marriot Newark Airport, and the thieves stole my $500 Escort 360 Radar. I reported it to Lemonade Insurance via the app, and within 24 hours my claim was approved!

  • Submitting a claim is so easy!

    My girlfriend's bike was stolen and Lemonade made it very easy to file the claim. The AI was very instructive and intuitive. The app and the experience made a stressful time a little easier by making the experience simple and straightforward.

  • Exceeded expectations!

    I signed up for Lemonade because I liked the concept. Since signing up, I had a read a few articles from skeptics that Lemonade wasn't everything it was cracked up to be.

    Unfortunately, my bike, which I had bought used but put a lot of love, labor and money into, was recently stolen. The U-lock was broken off of it! I was a little fearful of having to communicate with a bot and thought I may be given some excuses for why my bike wasn't covered - but it was! I filed a police report immediately and then filed the claim with Lemonade the next day. I provided receipts and email exchanges describing purchases and my claim was approved within the hour.

    It took a little bit of time to list the bike parts that I had purchased and submit the individual receipts, but I would have way rather done that then talk to an agent on the phone with a different insurance company. I'm now a huge Lemonade advocate!

  • Super quick and easy

    I submitted my claim through the app, a very seamless process and then shortly afterward an agent reached out to me (who had clearly reviewed my claim, and I did not have to repeat myself) and I was able to reach her by texting (awesome) and calling as needed.

    The claim took two days to resolve, and then I was all settled and off the hook!

  • One of the worse experiences

    So I filed a claim three weeks ago. I spoke to someone three days later and was told it will take 24 hours to respond. I called and emailed with no response. I send in pictures, receipts, and file police report. Never hear back.

    So yesterday I get a call saying I need to provide more information and someone will come out to assess the damage. What the heck? I never had any insurance come and assess the damage. So I get a call and they say three more weeks. They are playing games to not pay claims.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
