Hello. Lemonaid is the new age birth control! This app is the best thing I have discovered! It’s affordable, convenient, the NPs are responsive, and genuinely care about you. I started the pill 2 months ago and had some side effects and quickly messaged Timothy my NP and he responded with a solution within 24 hours. Andre was my NP for my new visit and listened to all my questions/concerns and provided great customer service. I highly recommend this company! Quality affordable birth control is what you’ll get!

I cannot get over how simple this was. I am on vacation and started feeling ill (which sucked enough), but I'm out of network and would have had to pay an arm and a leg just to see a doctor. Instead, I used Lemonaid, entered a brief medical history in about 5 minutes, waited to speak to a medical provider (only took another 10 minutes), and then had a face to face visit with Ms. Kimberly Hildebrant. The experience with Lemonaid was wonderful. The app works perfectly with all the information you need to determine the right course of action with regard to your specific health concerns. The app lets you know how long you will be waiting to talk to a doctor. The wait was not that long and I spoke to a Dr. Bhat out of California. Great physician. Personable, and quite helpful. You felt as if his job was to support you. Also, having a video chat was a very personal touch. Customer Support is excellent for Lemonaid. So far, I have dealt with Aly, Blain, and Christen in Patient Support. All were very responsive and you could tell from the tone in their emails that they are there to help you. You should always have your own primary care doctor but it is good to know that there are other sources of medical advice such as lemonade. Excellent service and experience.

I found your company through the internet. I was skeptical of course. The prices are fantastic and the service sounded amazing. There seem to be a lot of scams out there. I signed up and had a video chat with a nurse practitioner. He was very professional and based out of California.

I’m certain that there are a lot of men like me who have ED and want to change their life and experience. This nurse practitioner even called in a prescription to my local pharmacy so I could have enough medication until their shipment arrived in three days.

The web questionnaire was simple and direct. Photo of ID (license) and the affected areas was easy too. My wife assisted briefly. Once my request was submitted a provider was back with me within an hour. Knowledgeable and direct - Alex P - the service experience was excellent. The interaction was brief and led to a mail-order prescription as hoped along with positive encouragement - no waiting, no driving, and the price is right. I’ll be submitting my invoice to insurance to see if anything is covered also.

I can't express enough how impressed I've been with the support and customer focus provided by Lemonaid Health, not to mention the quality medication they provide. I ordered two refills for sildenafil and waited for it to come in. Two days turned into two weeks. I contacted USPS and they opened up a case and NEVER contacted me or kept me in the loop for any updates. The last tracking updated was 8/5, and as of 8/27, no updates AT ALL. They won’t even return my calls. But I contacted Lemonaid and Blain from customer service sent me the same exact order, no questions asked with no charge. I was dreading this as a loss but Lemonaid came through in the clutch. I love this company and hope to have a great patient MD relationship with them. Keep it up!

I had a horrible experience with my OBGYN and needed to find a new one. I didn't have time to research and find one who was under my insurance and met all of my criteria but I needed birth control ASAP since I was almost out. I signed up and got on a video call within 10 minutes and then had a prescription sent to me. It was so fast and easy. This was an incredible experience. The Lemonaid platform was extremely easy to use. Once I completed my check-in survey, I heard from a doctor within 20 minutes. Within a couple of hours, a doctor had diagnosed my issue, prescribed my medicine and sent the prescription to my pharmacy.

I certainly recommend using Lemonaid if you are looking for medical attention, but can't physically make it to the doctor's office due to travel, time constraints or other reasons.

I was feeling like my late summer cold was improving, and then I started to feel lousy again. I waited as long as I could to address the Sinusitis I feared had set-up in my nasal passages. I had a sinus infection - classic symptoms, had it before. I really didn't want to call the doctor, negotiate for an appointment or even really to get out of bed. I was able to be seen by Dr. Liu with Lemonaid in 10 minutes. I filled out a health questionnaire. Then I video-chatted with Dr. Liu who took my history, got me some antibiotics and followed up with me. I was able to use my time to rest in bed instead of being around other sick people!

I have been using Lemonaid since June 2016. Customer service was always great and fast. I needed a prescription for birth control and the process was so easy and now they have a delivery option on some of the medication to your home, which made me even happier because I don’t have to drive to the pharmacy and wait there. Huge time saver and very convenient. And the price for my 3 months of birth control refill was actually even a bit cheaper than in the pharmacy when you pay out of pocket. Recently I have told a friend about Lemonaid and she was amazed how easy the process was.

It was my birthday and I couldn't be bothered by my UTI! But later that night I realized tomorrow would need to be spent waiting at urgent care and paying a steep premium for a urine test and a visit with a doctor to get a prescription for antibiotics. So...I created an account, answered a few medical questions, waited in a virtual waiting room for about 12 minutes (there were 7 people in line ahead of me when I joined), talked with a doctor for about three minutes, and received a prescription.
