I've taken a lot of things to try to lose weight and to call my brain to get more energy in my body. I'm getting older, and things just seem to be falling apart. I did the test of the QL-5 and was so impressed. It felt like I had more energy and I spoke in a calm and clear voice. It was like my brain was awakened. I am normally a loud talker, and I try to get my point across and say everything too fast and too loud. On the QL-5 I was calm, collected, and everything was perfect. It is like being in heaven without taking any illegal drugs. To Live Cell Research, I'd like to say thank you.

Deceptive billing practices
In February of 2017, I ordered six bottles of QL-5 (a six-month supply) on the auto ship program. On 3/28/17 I received an email notification that six more bottles had been shipped to me and my credit card statement showed that I had already been charged $184.00.
I called Live Cell Research customer service and spoke to John. I asked him why on earth they would ship me another six bottles now when it was not supposed to be billed and shipped for another five months. He lamely explained that the auto ship order "defaulted" to be shipped every month! He did not even apologize and stated he "would pass on my feedback."
This is not a review of the product but rather an indictment of a ridiculous and fraudulent billing practice. I would advise anyone ordering from Live Cell Research to never sign up for auto-ship. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.
