    Rip off. Do not buy.

I bought three of these "antennas" and also three of the amps for them. I don't get a SINGLE channel in either format (amped or alone). Not ONE channel...

I sent them an email asking if I was the idiot doing something wrong, and ZERO response.

Stay FAR away from this worthless piece of manure.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Hi Brian. We are sorry to hear that the antenna did not work for you. We'd like to offer our assistance so you can maximize the use of the antenna.

The Digital HDTV Receiver uses the electrical wiring in your home to receive digital signals from broadcast towers in your area – turning your entire home or building into one large antenna. The number of channels you can receive depends on your distance, location, and environment in relation to your nearest broadcast tower.

      Setting Up:

Connect one end of the coaxial cable into the ANT/IN connector on the back of your TV.

Connect the other end of the coaxial cable to the coaxial connect on the receiver.

Plug the receiver into a wall outlet ensuring all prongs are plugged in!

      Scanning:

      1. Set your SOURCE to TV.

      2. Select MENU from your TV’s remote.

      3. Choose CHANNEL SETUP and select ANTENNA or AIR depending on the model of your TV - ensuring you are not on CABLE.

      4. Conduct a channel scan.

      5. The number of channels and strength of reception will depend on your geological location and environment.

      Hope this helps!

    Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I wanted to replace two cheap $10 window antennas I'm currently using. I installed and replaced them with LiveWave. On one TV, there were no changes to the amount of channels. On the second TV, the changes were more than half that of the cheap antenna. In other words, the old cheap antennas performed far better than the LiveWave.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I want my money back!

We received the antenna in a timely manner, but it did not work on any of our TV's. We have ClearTV antenna now and get several channels. Hooked up the LiveWave and got four, if we were lucky. I got a hold of customer service who wanted to give me a 30% discount so I give it to a friend! Why would I give something that doesn't work to a friend? I told them I wanted my money back so they sent me return instructions via email. I returned the antenna and amplifier the next day per their instructions. Their warehouse received the package on 3/20/2019, but I still have not received my refund, today is 4/3/2019. I have emailed them twice with zero response. It should not take that long to process the return. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Not good

I ordered one and after a very long wait, I finally received mine. There is no way at all it can be plugged into a receptacle. There’s no plug. Just two TV to antenna hookups. Can’t return it as they decide if you get a refund. If you not approved, you’re out the antenna and shipping, and all you get is a credit for their store, which I don’t want. Guess I learned my lesson...my daughter always said, don’t buy anything that is sold on Facebook.

...I never received it. After countless emails with no response, I finally had to ask my credit card company to help and received my payment back. The company never got back to me at all. Can't help but think the product is worthless if the company itself it so bad.

Hi Gayle, We are sorry to hear about this feedback. We have checked on it and it shows that what you have paid for for the antenna has already been charged back by the bank. You might also want to check with your bank to see why it has not been reflected yet.

    Totally scammed me

I saw a post on Facebook touting this as being able to pick up the low-frequency cable OTA transmissions. After waiting well over a month for it, I received it today. I plugged it in and let my TV do a channel scan. Imagine my surprise when the results were the same as any ordinary antenna. All you will receive are your local channels, and if you get the amplifier, you will pull in some surrounding cities channels. However, be assured that those are the same channels as your town has. There are NO cable channels in the mix, I'm not even gonna try and get my money back, but I will be reporting them to Attorney General's office and Facebook. Their video on Facebook led you to believe a disabled veteran's home in Texas received all the cable channels they had been paying for. My advice to anyone reading this is to laugh at their ads and look at other antenna channels.

I ordered this and the amplifier and followed the instructions to the letter. I scanned for channels and got nothing. I have tried to contact the company and all I got was a recording saying that there were no representatives available to take my call. This thing is a joke, and I will file a complaint with the consumer protection agency and I hope other people that got this do the same. I cannot get ahold of anyone to get help or my money back.

I ordered the LiveWave Antenna on February 8th. I received an email saying I had to wait for a new shipment that would come on March 25th. I received my order today, April 2nd. When I tried it out, it did not do good at all. I got very few channels. My $10 antenna that I already had got 29 good channels and the LiveWave only got 7. No, I would not recommend this to anyone. It was a waste of money.

I have not received my shipment. They will not return my emails and their call center appears to be bogus because when I call they have no operators available to take my call, and I ordered three antennas and a booster. Stupid me, I think I just got scammed. But I will put a report into the BBB and the attorney general if they do not make contact before Friday. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. If anyone else has any idea who else I could turn them in to try to get my money back, please let me know.
