    Bad Company

If you are experiencing problems with this company taking your money, do the following.

I am sending mine back to Luminis at 13210 Harbor Blvd, Suite 395, Garden Grove, CA 92843. When you send it, request a signature as proof of delivery for your shipment. Then send this to your bank with your dispute.

I am still investigating this company because they are fraudulent and stealing money from bank accounts.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Beware auto enroll and automatic debit

I have been using the serum, but have not noticed a difference. I did notice they charged my credit card $98 for what was supposed to be a "free trial". When I called, they said that apparently, I did not read the terms of the offer.

So BEWARE and know that this free trial actually authorizes them to automatically deduct $98 from your credit card each month.

Doesn't do what they say it does

I've been using Luminis for about a month, and I didn't notice much difference at all. I am 66 years old and don't have many lines or wrinkles, but I'm always interested in trying something new. As a rule, I use another skin care regimen that is much better, but I wanted to try Luminis due to the rave about it.

For me, I saw nothing outstanding about it at all. I will stay with my Valentine Spa line, it's much better. Good luck, hope it works for you!

    Total scam

The skin care product was ok, but the second bottle I received was empty after two pumps. This cost me $99, unbelievable. I am on the phone trying to cancel for the past 40 minutes. I think it is a waiting game to see if I will give up or continue to hold.

    Do not buy this!

    Scam

They will not give you a refund, got me for almost $200. And they don't want their product back, so this tells me that it is a scam!

    Scam

Oh, you get your sample, and then a monthly supply after that for $98.00. There is no telephone number that you can call to cancel or anything. Please provide me with the protocol for cancelling.

    Scam!

Well, I hate to admit it, but I agree that this company is fraudulent and a total scam!

If you think you can call customer service and work anything out, you will be sadly mistaken. They are extremely rude, saying they want to "teach me how to read." Your account will be automatically re-enrolled if you even go on their website!

Stay away from this company. I am trying patiently to wait for my bank to open so that I can stop this. They also told me to go ahead and call my bank, that that will also reactivate my account. They told me if I would have called yesterday, I could have canceled (what? how convenient!). Oh, I am mad as heck. This company needs to be stopped, completely misleading.

    Scam

Do not enroll in this trial! It is a scam, and when you call their customer service they are rude and keep you on hold for a long time and with absolutely no help whatsoever.

    How to stop charges

    • Feb 5, 2017
    • Verified Reviewer

I just received my order of the Luminis Advanced Skincare which is said to be free. But right now I am told it does not work, and I will be charged on the 14th day. Please, how can I return it and stop them from charging me for the eye cream also? I really need help. I can't afford this.

    Luminis Advanced Skincare scam

    • Texas,
    • Feb 8, 2017

I ditto every negative review I have read on here and other review sites about this product. I cannot even begin to tell you how rude those "customer service" people are. I have learned my lesson and will never buy another item from them or any other "great deal" I see. This company has no credibility in my book.

If only I would've known about HighYa, I definitely would not have ordered anything from this company. I wish I didn't have to give it a star because that is way overrated!

Luminis anti-aging facial treatment is a scam

    • Vancouver, WA,

I have ordered a free sample of it for $4.95, and now the bill arrived, and I saw an extra fee of $1.99 on the bill. I called them to find out. They are located in Garden Grove, CA, and their billing company is "YOUTH VIVALA" out of Florida. It has a phone # attached of 888-597-0327.

I also found out that they charged me $100 for the free sample because she said when I had ordered they told me (but later she said I have to go to a website) about the 14-day cancellation period.

It is a scam. Do not order any products from this scam fake company; you can read more from others reviewer. Their customer service is at 877-497-1088.
