    This is a scam.

    You try to get out of it and you can't, no matter how many times you cancel. They keep charging and sending the product over and over, and the best thing you can get is a 30% reimbursement. They keep the other 70%. Just add up how many times they keep 70% of their victims' money!

    Worse, the product doesn't work at all! STAY AWAY from this.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Bad products and customer service

    I echo what everyone says but have a few additional comments.

    The "receipt" that comes in the box has no info on it. No price, no renewal date, and with no amount that they are charging you. I called twice to have them stop the shipments, but they didn't. I called again, and they were even more rude than the previous time. They said they only can stop an order 30 days from "ordering." I said that I wanted it done after nine days, and they said they would give me 20%. I said, "why only 20%?" And she told me to read my "agreement."

    I told them that I intended to contact the New York Attorney General because they got me for $600. The supervisor told me to GO AHEAD! So I did. Bella Epoque was also in the second shipment, for which they charged me another $99.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Do not buy this product!

    I purchased the free trial, and right after purchasing I decided to look at reviews. I saw everyone saying to call and cancel right after receiving because they were scamming people.

    So two days after receiving it, I called. The lady I spoke with was very rude. I told her I wanted to cancel it, and she said a couple of mean things and initially hung up on me. I thought I was in the clear until $100 was taken from my account. So I call back and spoke to a male. He tried to say they didn't have it on file that I called the first time. I was crying and scared because I had a neurologist appointment that next Monday that is absolutely mandatory for my health, which I have to pay $45. There was only $50 in my account when the $100 was taken out.

    Anyways, the man was very rude and had absolutely no compassion and turned me away. But, he kept trying to sell me more of this ridiculous product that does NOT work. Not to mention it broke my face out with tiny little bumps. And even after taking the money out of my account, they never sent the product. After all this, I decided to read more reviews, and this happens to A LOT of people with this company, so do not buy this product!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Extremely bad customer service!

    I wish I could give them zero stars!

    I ordered the under eye treatment and collagen facial cream, and both broke me out in a bad rash. The company automatically charges you every month and sends out new bottles. I was unaware of this until I received a charge on my card. I canceled my account but was still charged $98 for both bottles.

    I have contacted the company several times and even though I have sent back the new products completely unopened, I have yet to receive a refund for my money two months later.

    DO NOT do business with this company!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Rip off!

    This company cheats you out of your hard-earned money. It does not give you your money back. It sends only a sample size for a full-size price. $89 and $88 were charged to my debit card and did I not get full-size products. Luminous said the sample sizes are that price. When I initially ordered, the sample sizes were free and I only had to pay $4.95 they said. That was a lie.

    When I called to get a refund the person on the other end was rude and argumentative and kept saying, "no, I can't help you."

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Rip off

    I purchased this product and only used it once. I wasn't pleased with the results and did not like the way my skin felt. It felt very dry and looked dull, and there was no glow to my face. I quickly returned it to Meaningful Beauty. I just considered this product useless and was glad I wasn't committed to ordering any more. I never received any additional products, and to my surprise, I received a letter from a collection agency stating that I have a balance of $98.71. I've received no correspondence from Luminis in regards to owing them any money. What a scam. I've been a customer with Meaningful Beauty and never had this issue before. It makes me wonder how many other people they've done this too. Definitely looking to file a class action lawsuit against them. This has me LIVID.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
