About MBS 360
Created by Dr. Don Colbert, MBS 360 is an “As Seen on TV” health and wellness program that is claimed to help you make over your body, mind, and spirit from the inside out. This self-proclaimed “life changing, body changing” anti-aging and weight loss system features 3 different, potent nutritional supplements and a series of motivational DVDs, all of which are claimed to help you feel younger, live better, and have more energy. Because of this, MBS 360 is claimed to improve your quality of life.
If you’ve tried a variety of programs and other tools but have been unable to keep the weight off or to have any visible reduction in the signs of aging, you’ve almost certainly felt a great deal of frustration. You might have even thought that only a “life change” could get you the results you’re after. But when it comes down to it, is MBS 360 the change you’ve been searching for, or does it just amount to another high-priced system that will leave nothing lighter but your wallet?
How MBS 360 Claims to Work
Overall, Dr. Don Colbert’s MBS 360 system is claimed to be the result of thousands of hours of research based on countless medical studies, which entails three primary parts: nutritional supplements, motivational tools, and weight management.
MBS 360’s first nutritional supplement is the nutrient-rich Fat Burning Formula, which is claimed to contain pure Green Coffee Bean Extract (see more about this in the final section), Green Tea Extract, and Irvingia Seed Extract. Together, these ingredients are claimed to help boost your metabolism, burn/oxidize fat, and to make you feel satisfied.
The second supplement in the MBS 360 program is the Skin & Joint Formula, which is claimed to contain patented Hydrolyzed Type-II Collagen, chondroitin sulfate, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, and Pomegranate Extract. When used in combination with one another, the MBS 360 website claims that these ingredients can help reduce fine lines and wrinkles, increase hydration and collagen content, and improve skin texture.
MBS 360’s third supplement is the Longevity Formula, which contains antioxidants such as Japanese Knotweed and Pterostilbene. This supplement also includes Bioperine, which aids in the absorption of the anti-inflammatory ingredient Curcumin.
Along with nutritional supplements, the MBS 360 program also contains DVDs that discuss techniques for restoring your GI tract, detoxing & supporting the liver, restoring normal adrenal function, correcting your diet, and balancing your hormones. The product’s website also claims that these DVDs contain “powerful affirmations” that you should speak aloud each day in order to realign your mind, body and spirit, and to learn how to live an abundant life.
From a weight management perspective, you’ll also receive a 3-month subscription to Dr. Colbert’s online health tracker. Here, you’ll find meal plans based on your favorite foods, in addition to easy to follow exercise videos based on your body type.
The MBS 360 website claims that this program can help almost anyone look and feel years younger in just a few weeks, without any known side effects.
Who is Dr. Don Colbert?
Dr. Don Colbert is a physician who’s been in practice for nearly 30 years, and who specializes in anti-aging medicine. He’s a fairly prolific author, having written more than 40 books in his career, perhaps the most popular of which is The Seven Pillars of Good Health.
Today, Dr. Colbert has become recognized as a moderate celebrity in the field of health, wellness, and motivational speaking, due in no small part to his championing of actionable integrative medicine. Because of this, he’s appeared on a wide variety of television programs, including Dr. Oz. He is also CEO of Divine Health Nutritional Supplements.
MBS 360 Pricing & Refund Policy

Can MBS 360 Help You Lose Weight & Look Younger?
If you’re sick and tired of all the overblown claims that surround some of the latest and greatest weight loss programs and anti-aging supplements, does MBS 360 represent a much-needed change, or is it just more of the same? Consider the following:
Very Little Clinical Evidence
Most importantly, keep in mind that none of the supplements contained in the MBS 360 program have been shown to work as advertised. On top of this, some of the supplement’s ingredients, such as Green Coffee Bean Extract, have essentially zero clinical evidence showing that they can help you lose weight. In fact, many of the supplements offered by Dr. Colbert’s Divine Health company have little to no evidence showing that they work, including brain health/memory supplements and many others.
Another concern is that, while the MBS 360 website does provide an overview about some of the ingredients their supplements contain, there are no product labels to verify exactly what’s in them. After all, this is something you’ll be putting in your body, and you deserve to know exactly what’s in it.

MBS 360 Is an “As Seen on TV” Product
Why should this matter? Because many ASOTV products have lower customer satisfaction ratings than similar mainstream products, often due to complaints of not working as advertised, and/or of poor quality. We’re not saying this is the case with MBS 360, although it’s something to keep in mind.
Lack of Online Customer Reviews
Despite the fact that the MBS 360 URL was first registered in August 2012, there are no online customer reviews that can be used to gauge overall satisfaction levels. However, it’s important to remember that, while MBS 360’s supplements may help slightly, by far the best way to lose weight and keep it off is through a healthy diet and regular exercise. In fact, the disclaimer at the bottom of the MBS 360 website reads, “Exercise and a proper diet are also necessary to achieve and maintain weight loss goals.”
In other words, while MBS 360 could potentially help you reach your weight loss goals, it’s not a quick fix, and you’ll have to work hard to achieve it.
Price Versus Value
Finally, at more than $400, MBS 360 could be considered extraordinarily high priced, considering that you’ll only receive a couple nutritional supplements and some motivation DVDs. While Dr. Colbert’s supplements may be made with quality ingredients in a GMP certified facility and his DVDs might be highly motivational, we can’t help but wonder how much value you’ll be getting for your hard-earned money at this price.
With MBS 360’s very high price and questionable value, you may want to speak with your physician about more effective methods of reducing the signs of aging, losing weight, and keeping it off.

The weight loss capsules were helpful and I could tell that they increased my metabolic rate (if I took them too late in the day, I had trouble falling asleep). Along with decreasing caloric intake and exercise, I lost about 15 lbs in approximately 2-3 months but I also did intermittent fasting. Regarding the Skin & Joint Support Formula, I'd have to say that I am disappointed. I used it for about 6 months and did not notice any reduction in fine lines. While I'm sure it didn't hurt, any benefits were so minimal that I didn't notice them. I would recommend the weight loss capsules but not the Skin & Joint Capsules.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
