About Miracle Bamboo Bra

By HighYa Staff

Miracle Bamboo Bra is made of a soft, seamless fabric that stretches and conforms to your shape, lifts and supports, and keeps you cool and dry all day long. With its wide straps and underwire-free design, you won’t have to worry about digging or back bulges, either!

Putting on your Miracle Bamboo Bra is a snap with its easy front closure, and the hypoallergenic and anti-microbial fabric wicks away moisture while it’s being worn. And just like your other clothes, it’s machine washable when the day is done.

Look, there’s no doubt that digging straps and uncomfortable underwires can make wearing a bra something akin to torture. But the reality is that they are a whole lot of options out there; does Miracle Bamboo Bra compete, or just fall flat on its face? Let’s take a look by starting with the basics.

Is Bamboo a Good Material For Bras?

Have you ever picked up a piece of bamboo? If so, you probably didn’t immediately think, “Hey, I’d like to make clothes out of this!” After all, it’s very hard.

However, bamboo viscose comes from the “leaves and the soft, inner pith from the hard bamboo trunk,” which is “extracted using a steaming process and then mechanically crushed.” In some instances, an enzyme is “used to break down the walls and extract the bamboo fiber.” From there, it can be woven into a yarn and then (sometimes) used in combination with cotton to make textiles.

Compared to cotton though, bamboo is thought to be softer, and comes with natural antimicrobial, antifungal, and odor resistant properties. On top of this, growing and harvesting bamboo is more ecologically friendly than cotton.

Given its softness and antimicrobial properties, yes, it’s possible that bamboo fibers can be used successfully in a bra. However, we’re not told about Miracle Bamboo Bra’s bamboo content in relation to cotton, or how much extra comfort this might provide.

Outside of Miracle Bamboo Bra, are there other bras that use bamboo?

Miracle Bamboo Bra Isn’t Your Only Option

Because of bamboo’s inherent properties, along with easier modern processing techniques, a whole lot of bamboo-related products have entered the market—especially sleep-related products like Miracle Bamboo Pillow and Bambillo Pillow, but also sports-related products like Bamboo Relief Knee Support and bras.

In fact, type the phrase “bamboo bra” into your favorite search engine, and you’ll quickly find that you literally have hundreds of options to choose from. Some of these will be in the same “comfort” category as Miracle Bamboo, while others will feature just about every imaginable shape and design.

Looking for something you can wear during a night on the town? Want something you can wear while working out? There’s a bamboo bra out there fore you. Many of these will also be available locally, which could save the waiting time of ordering it online.

Compared to all these other options, how much does Miracle Bamboo Bra cost?

Is Miracle Bamboo Bra’s Price Miraculous?

Miracle Bamboo Bra is available is sizes S-4X (sized to match clothing), available in nude, white, or black, and is priced at $19.99 plus $7.99 S&H. At checkout, you’ll be able to purchase two more bras for an additional $7.99 S&H.

All Miracle Bamboo Bras come with a 30-day refund policy, less S&H. This means that if you purchased the triple offer, you could lose as much in S&H as you’ll get as a refund by the time you ship them back to the company.

In order to request a refund, you’ll need to call OnTel Products’ customer service department at 844-463-1126.

Who Is OnTel Products?

As a middle-market player within the ASOTV industry, you might not have heard of OnTel before, but you’ve almost certainly run across one of their products at some point. Recent ones include Veggetti, Big Vision Eyewear, Miracle Copper Socks, and Furniture Feet.

Compared to a lot of other As Seen On TV products we’ve reviewed here at HighYa, OnTel’s products seem to come with slightly higher average ratings, although common complaints still tend to revolve around poor quality and failure to work as advertised. Now, we’re not necessarily saying you’ll experience the same with Miracle Bamboo Bra, but it’s still worth noting.

From a company perspective, OnTel had a B+ Better Business Bureau and 173 closed complaints at the time of our research. There, customers seemed to complain about everything from high S&H charges (“But wait, there’s more!”) to long shipping times.

Alright, considering everything we’ve covered so far, let’s wrap it up.

How Value Will You Get From Miracle Bamboo Bra?

Here’s the thing about a lot of ASOTV products: These manufacturers are experts at making you think you’re getting a great deal, since you’ll be paying less than much of the competition, while still reaping all the same benefits.

But when it comes to smart purchasing decisions, the price you pay is only half the equation. The other half is how much value you’ll get, which includes important factors like quality, craftsmanship, and how long you’ll be able to use the product before choosing to replace it.

From this perspective, we think you should check out local options before placing your Miracle Bamboo Bra order. Sure, you might pay a little more for something nearby, but you’ll also be able to touch and feel it before handing over your money, and you’ll save a small fortune in non-refundable S&H charges. And if you don’t like it, just hop in your car to make a return!

I bought the 3X as suggested on the box, and wear a 42D/DD. Very tight, a struggle to get on and has no shape unless flat and popping out on top is a shape. Who's the fit model? Maybe a 32A. Bought it a discount store so thankfully I'm not out much. Seems many reviews indicate the same about the fit. Don't waste your money.

    I LOVE this bra!

I purchased two of these at a department store where they were SERIOUSLY marked down. I had always wanted to try to them, but the reviews here scared me. Some points to remember.

    a) Get a PROFESSIONAL bra fitting from at least three shops. As with clothing, sizing varies among brands. Use those size recommendations when making bra purchases. Recheck every year.

    b) The letter sizes by the bra sizes (M, L, 2XL...etc.) are NOT blouse sizes! They are bra sizes. I wear a size 12 to 14 blouse (L), but I wear a 2XL or 3XL bra. They're two different things.

    c) Read everything. It clearly states that the Bamboo Bra runs small, so I went up a size to the 3XL and achieved the perfect fit.

This bra is absolutely wonderful. Like another poster said, "I forget I'm wearing one." It's packable, lightweight, and is great for all season wear.

It's a shame they're getting negative reviews because the description was read thoroughly and/or the buyer doesn't understand how bra sizing/fitting standards work or are not ordering their true size.

    I forgot I was wearing a bra

I bought my bra in the store. The first time I wore it it was comfortable and supportive. I have worn it many times now and it continues to be comfortable and supportive. Another thing I realized, I never had to readjust the band at all during the time I was wearing it, it completely stays in place. Love this bra!

    Very disappointed

I was very disappointed with this product. The fit was nowhere near what was advertised. I chose the largest size - 3XL (bigger than I normally wear - 20D) but still it was tight and the cup shape was nonexistent when on the body. It left the bust squashed and a shapeless lump. Very constricting. It felt like my breasts were bound. I cannot believe that someone thinks one bra will fit all size ladies from 18 - 22 through various cups sizes AS LISTED ON THE PACK up to size 24C. Just impossible. Clearly made by a country where women have very small breasts and torso. I gave mine to a lady with size 14B breasts, and they fitted her - only just. Not wasting any more money sending these back for a refund. Better to give away to someone who may make better use of them than myself. I was so disappointed as I was really looking forward to wearing them. There is no lift, no support, and no comfort. Very misleading advertising.

    Bra size

I ordered the Miracle Bamboo Bra shirt size 3X, and when we received it, it was too small. My wife's shirt Size is 3X, but with a bra size 44DD. We sent it back for a refund, but we wanted the bra that fits. If you look up the shirt size 3X, it will say bra size is 45-48. The only way to order Miracle Bamboo Bra is by your shirt size, what do we do to get the Bamboo Bra? Please let us know what to do about this, ASAP?

    Lost order, then found?

    • Ontario, Canada,

I ordered online directly from the As Seen On TV website. Shipping said between 2 and 4 weeks. When the 4th week passed with nothing received, I called their customer service line. They tried looking up my order and said they could not find any details that I had placed an order? Funny thing is that I got a confirmation email of my order with an order number of which their customer service said it did not exist. Annoyed, I decided to hold off on purchasing again and planned to get it through Bed Bath & Beyond or Amazon instead.

Three weeks later, the shipment arrives at my doorstep! The package looked as if it went to China and back, so obviously it got lost in translation. My beef is that their customer service had no record of my order, telling me it was never placed, then weeks later it shows up at my doorstep, seven weeks later!

As for the bras, I purchased them for my mother, and she says they are average but not what she hoped for. Advice is to go a size up as they are small!

    Do not buy!

I ordered a size larger than my shirt size and they were way too small. I called customer service, and they were great about providing a refund, however, once I paid return shipping, out of the $63.16 I paid, I ended up with $17 in my pocket.

I should have read the reviews before throwing away my money.

    Disappointed

I placed an order for the Miracle Bamboo Bras and they were too small, even though I ordered my blouse size. This has always worked for other bras. I sold them to an acquaintance. I tried again and ordered a size larger. It was still too small. When I called to return, the agent said I would only get $5 refunded and to keep the product. Since I paid about $39 CAD, I insisted on an authorization number and paid for the return.

I bought this bra in store after the bras I bought for breast reduction post op were rubbing on incisions and uncomfortable. I am required to wear a bra 24/7 except showering for a month. This bra has been supporting and comforting bra while I heal.

    WORST bra I've ever owned!

Cups were too small (though I bought the size indicated on the box), straps constantly fell down, it felt like a piece of wire or plastic in one of the cups that kept poking me, and it was difficult to even put on (can't explain this, you'd have to experience it for yourself)!

I got the runaround from customer service. Apparently, "if you don't agree it's the world's most comfortable bra, simply return it for your money back" ACTUALLY means that if you ORDER it from Ontel on TV or wherever, THEN you can get your money back. Otherwise, you're stuck with a worthless piece of trash.

    Nothing like what is said

The bra cup is way too small, and the bra pushes breasts together feeling like you are in a clamp. The bra rides up, which is annoying, doing it up when actually on your breast is impossible. I had to do it up then pull it up over bust and adjust. The only good thing about this bra is the straps do not pull.

Total waste of money. I am very disappointed as I was really looking forward to maybe finally getting a decent bra, but definitely NOT this one.
