I was having so much trouble with diarrhea which the doctors think is caused by my medication. But it still makes living life difficult. After watching the video, I realized that I was experiencing the same symptoms. I had tried some probiotics with no change. Great product. Expensive, but filled with really good ingredients. Tastes great in my smoothie. In plain water it’s terrible, but mixed with a sweet beverage such as vanilla soy milk, it’s good. I'm not sure I feel differently since taking it (already quite healthy), but I just love knowing it has so many health benefiting things in it. And on days I don't have a green smoothie, knowing I can down ActivatedYou and get the greens and other goodies is comforting.

When I first heard of ActivatedYou, I had doubts and was skeptical, because of similar products giving people false hope. But, then I did some more research, I read about the products, but most importantly, I didn’t just hear, I also listened to Maggie Q’s health issues from years ago and how Dr. de Mello helped her. I saw truth in her eyes, and I heard honesty in her words. I saw her passion in trying to help others who have similar health issues that she did yrs ago.

I am an islander, and I grew up on organic and natural foods. So, therefore, I was pleased to find out that ActivatedYou is all natural.

I always had a hard time with bowel movements, going 2-3 times a week even though I ate high fiber foods and drank plenty of water. I also had a lot of bloating. The very first day I tried Morning Complete, I went to the bathroom 2 times. My stomach is a lot flatter now. I could not believe it! There was no way that product worked so fast! I have had a lazy bowel for most of my adult life. For the past several years, I depended on the use of various laxatives. My movements were always painful and unpredictable. I saw this ad and decided to try Morning Complete. When it came, I used as directed for three days with no results. On the fourth day, I had a complete movement with no pain at all. I felt less bloating and pressure. I felt peppy all day. I continued to use as directed and have been having comfortable movements four or five times a week. It is only the end of my third week, and I feel great. I would recommend this to anyone who has trouble with regularity. This is a godsend.

When ordering ActivatedYou, I was skeptical. Having ordered products in the past that did not work as advertised, I have been amazed that this is working so nicely.

My main issue was bloating, gas and irregular BM’s. After being on this product for a week, I could tell that I was going to be doing much better. Now, having been taking it for about three weeks, I rarely have any complications at all.

I found early in the using of ActivatedYou that using basic filtered water at room temperature worked best to dissolve it. I mix about 8 ounces in the water and use it to take my morning meds and vitamins.

I am very happy with Morning Complete. I feel better and feel like it is really working. I am petite, 5'3" and 113 lbs, and found one scoop a day to be too much. I am doing 1/2 a scoop about 5 times a week, which is perfect for me. Once I started taking it, it took about a week for my system to get used to it, so make sure you give it a few days. I also find the emails quite helpful/informative.

Unlike most green health drinks, this has a very light taste, that’s all you want first thing in the morning. I’ve only been taking it for a short time so not much to report.
