Despite being mentioned by name on the company’s website as a crucial element inside Lean-GC, beta-hydroxybutyrate was not found in the list of ingredients.
So, knowing this, do any of these other ingredients show clinical promise for helping support abdominal fat burn, improving digestion and sleep, or putting your body into a state of ketosis?
Based on information from WebMD, garcinia cambogia is a popular weight loss supplement. That said, they clarify that there is insufficient evidence linking it to effective fat loss.
A review published in the Journal of Obesity found that it may have helped people who took the supplement lose about 2 more pounds than those who didn’t, but even this small amount couldn’t be proven to be because of the Garcinia.
