NoNo Pro

The NoNo does not work as advertised. Bought a NoNo at nearly £200 and found it only managed to singe a few hairs. Would remove hair after about 8 passes on the same spot and would take about 2 hours to do one leg. Save your money and don't bother, use a candle it would work better.

I purchased a NONO PRO at SHOWCASE in MICMAC MALL, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Went to return the $455.00 item and was told there is a no return policy. No sign in the case that came with the NONO PRO. Small sign hidden at cash register and no mentioning of the no return policy during the purchase process. But there is a mark on a bill which was put in my bag and I was not aware of it until I went to return.

Do not buy anything at Showcase and NONO PRO head office will not honor their refund policy.

Concept sounds great BUT it literally burns off and fries your hair. The smell is just like burning hair which is disgusting to me. I could not get past the smell of the burning hair. Returned it.

I bought this NoNo Pro for my wife and it is a COMPLETE LIE! It does not work as promised and their money back guarantee is subject to a short 15 Day window between using the product for 45 days (if returned earlier, you lose your shipping) and returning it for a SUPPOSED full refund in 60 Days. After 60 Days you're stuck with this box with a paper weight inside (because that is all it's good for).

Do not give this company any money because you will not get it back.

The NoNo hair remover is really not good. It does not do what it is advertised as doing. I used it for almost an hour and it only removed about 10 hairs. Very frustrating, please do not buy this product you are better off buying a good razor or hair remover cream. Total scam and waste of money.

This product is not effective for hair removal. The adverts are very misleading. The product is not capable of doing what it said it will do. I didn't even bother to call, just threw it in the dustbin. Lesson learnt, now I just don't buy anything that is advertised in the same way NoNo is done. If I can't buy in a store and test for myself – no thanks.

I bought my NoNo Pro sometime ago. I did not have good luck since, just after my return/warranty period was up, the unit stopped taking a good charge (really no more than a couple minutes of usage). It has always ran "slow" but I thought that might be the way it operated. I really didn't understand the use of it, since it was so time consuming.

What I wanted to highlight, is that recently when asking if there was some "repair" process, where I could send or take the unit to be fixed, I was told there are no options like that. I would have to purchase a new unit. So, if the unit ever quits, even a short time after warranty, there is no alternative but to trash.

I also found it "interesting" that the NoNo site only accepts "success stories" for comments - isn't that telling about their customer service?

I tried this product and I saw no difference what so ever. I used it everyday and it does not work. NoNo had to send new tips because the first one burned out.

The man on the ad is a liar. The hair on his arms are thicker than mine and it did not work and I did not see any difference.

The return policy is to tricky. You have got to keep for 60 days in order to return it. But if you do not call right after the 60th day they will tell you waited too long.

Every once in a while a product which is highly advertised falls far short of its claims. The NoNo pro is one of them. This product does not even begin to perform as advertised. After using this machine for 2 months, I see no noticeable hair loss. Their return policy is none existent.

I bought the NoNo Pro from a TV home shopping network one year ago after watching their presentation. I have followed the enclosed instructions closely and used it at least 4-5 days a week for a YEAR on my chin and corners of my upper lip.

All I have now to show for it are two large patches of coarse whiskers on my chin and more coarse hairs on my lip. It never leaves the skin smooth, and you can always see and feel stubble even right after a treatment and buffing. It has never slowed down the growth of hair or reduced the hair.

I feel this product was a $200.00 plus bust. The TV presentation emphasized to keep using it and don't give up, so I used it for a year, and now I can't get my money back.

I am very unhappy.

The most useless piece of kit ever. It is absolute garbage and doesn't work at all. I threw all the packaging away as I had high hopes. It doesn't do a single thing. Don't go near it with a barge pole folks.
