I swear that I have not had an upset stomach or come down with the usual sniffles or cold since taking Bio X4. I think it must be the probiotics. I have more energy as well and don't have to drag myself into the kitchen to cook or make yogurt (which is one of my favorite things to do). I only need one cup of coffee to make it through the day and may try to switch to decaf at a later date to test if I am no longer dependent on caffeine. My brother and sister in law are also taking Bio X4 and one thing we all have in common is a suppressed appetite. I can actually stop eating when I want to. To be honest, I get so very full so fast that I can't seem to eat my usual portions. Not complaining about that. I have been taking Bio X 4 for the last two month. I have not seen any differences in how I feel and have not lost any weight. It may work well for some people but not for me. I emailed to get a refund since they advertise a 90 day money back guarantee, but beware because they will only give your money back on any unused product. To me that is not a money back guarantee. A money back guarantee is when a customer is not satisfied with your product or service you refund the money they have spent on your product or service. They encourage you to try it for at least 90 days. That is why I order two months worth. I would have quit taking it after one month had I known you can't get your money back. Very deceptive advertising.

I was diagnosed with Lupus and Sjogren's​ about a year ago and the digestive issues that come with those are awful. I've always had an iron stomach and the only times I had heartburn were near the end of my pregnancies; but the bloating and the reflux had become a constant. I feel normal but I do seem to have more energy to do harder task and bounce back from physically harder jobs with much less achiness than before.
