I started using Bio X4 in February and have noticed that I have more energy and less mood swings. The best part is, in my family some of us suffer from chronic diarrhea, and since starting the product I have not had a single bout of diarrhea. I have recommended to many of my family members. I haven't noticed any weight lose yet but I am also waiting for a hip replacement so have been a little sedentary. Once replaced I hope to get back to weight lifting and weight lose.

Wow, since I stopped smoking four years ago, I gradually gained 20 lbs. I tried dieting and other probiotics to no prevail. My mother ordered Bio X4 after seeing it an episode about it on TV. I didn't really think this product would help me as much as it has, but it is awesome! I would recommend it to others for sure. I was having a lot of issues with gas and bloating, but I can't believe the difference I feel when I take this.

I've been taking BIO X4 about two months now. Within two or three days, my appetite diminished so I don't need as much food to get that feeling of fullness. I don't know how much weight I've lost, but I can button my jeans much easier than before. I'll check my weight at the doctors in a few weeks. My problem with constipation has disappeared. This product is everything it was claimed to be. Thank you Nucific. BIO X4 is GREAT!

8 years ago, my thyroid was destroyed by radiation and I gained a whole lot of weight, even on thyroid meds. Doctors told me I probably couldn't lose the amount of weight I had gained.
