Performix SST

I started yesterday by taking two pills in the AM on an empty stomach. I was throwing up all day but I did loose two pounds today. I will try one and keep you all posted.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The first two containers I purchased fizzled when I added water. The little blue crystals were eventually distributed, the product tasted great, and I lost ten extra pounds in the first two months of taking this product. SST didn't give me side effects or jitters either. When I returned to GNC a few months later to purchase two more containers, upon inspection one of the containers was exactly like the first two containers, but the other container looked like blue grey baby powder. The powder was so fine that the dust from it filled the air the same way talcum powder works. There were no blue crystals in the powder and when I added water it did not fizzle and it tasted horrible, old and like mildew. I checked the date - the date was good.

When I returned the product, the GNC guy didn't have a clue as to why it looked different. He even exchanged with one good container and one that looked and had the same horrible taste as the one I exchanged it with. I contacted Performix SST in an email about my question as to why their product had changed. I never got a reply.

Bottom line is I think every so often GNC sells a fake product. You'll know it when you open the container and the mysterious dust fills the air. You can smell the difference as well. Return it for refund if you do. I'd like answers from the company directly. I could not find a number to contact them by either. I'd also like to know if anyone else has had the same issue I've had with this product.

First off I want to let y'all know I'm 20 and play college football. I got moved from linebacker to safety and need to lose some non needed fat that I had to gain for linebacker. I've been taking Performix for about a week now and also stacked it with the male super T from Performix as well. I notice very good energy for the 8 hours like the label says and I guess my mental focus has improved. The thing I haven't noticed yet is fat burning. I've maybe lost a pound or two but that is probably from the supplements suppressing my appetite. So I'm still curious to see if this truly burns fat. Being a college student I invested a lot of money into this product hoping to bring my body fat down from 13% down to about 7% for defensive back. I'll be pretty pissed if I don't lose about 5 to 7 lbs in a month spending this kind of money. All in all so far is recommend this for a good energy boost and a good workout motivation mindset supplement.

So far its doing what it says it'll do. I love the mental focus and energy most of all. I wish I had the time to exercise so I can see if it could really be my new best friend in losing weight. But yeah, I like it!

I've been taking it for two months. It gives me amazing energy for most of the day. I take two pills in the morning and I have great energy throughout the day. But as far as weight loss, no I hadn't lost any. I gained a lot while I was pregnant with my daughter and the guys at GNC talked me into trying this product. I just don't think that it's right for me. And the "phase" part, I couldn't feel any of it beside the "chill phase" as it makes me freeze.

This product was awful for ME. But who is to say it wasn't good for someone else.

I used SST Perfomix Thermogenic for about 4 days and I had to quit. I was more afraid if anything. I started off by taking one pill 30 minuets before my workout the first day, as recommended by the guy at the GNC store. He said he had troubles with two pills ( and this guy is a gym rat), so I took his word for it. I felt great with one pill, I experienced all the levels, from the heating to the cooling to the intense focus. IT WAS GREAT! I did that again for the next two days and experienced the same thing. I even let my friend try one, and she loved it as well.

I don't know what possessed me to increase the dose, but I did. I had major regret before I even started my workout. It was so intense, my heart was pumping out of my chest, I couldn't breathe and contemplated going to the hospital to get my system drained out by these demon pills I had just swallowed. The affects lasted for about 2 hours, then I was back to normal. Although it worked fine with just one, I was so terrified that the thought of taking just the one pill scared me out my skin. If I were to accurately describe how I felt, it was like I was on drugs or having a full blown panic attack.

So this product was awful, but it may be good for someone else.

Today is my first day taking this pill, and I was instructed to take two pills with a protein shake by the girl at GNC every morning. When I first took the pill my anxiety level went skyrocket, and I felt super dizzy, but I must admit I had a lot of energy. I called GNC, and another representative told me to only take one pill until my body is used to it.

This pill did not curve my appetite whatsoever, but I was able to do a lot at the gym. I had terrible stomach pains and felt like vomiting a couple of times throughout the day.

When it's time to sleep, which is my favorite thing in the world to do, I can't! This is upsetting, and I will be returning this product and searching for something that better suits my body.

I began taking this when the menopausal weight started showing up (I was 42). My energy was very low, and I just wanted to fit into my beloved wardrobe. I was also without health insurance and have mild ADD.

I have taken this product for three years now, and have not lost a pound or an inch. My clothes still sit in the closet.

I started taking this June 3rd, and it's now June 7th, and I lost two pounds so far. It does give me more energy. I haven't worked out while taking this yet, also I only take one pill a day since I get migraines. I do get the jitters and upset stomach. So far to me, it's like Adderall. I will be working out with this product soon, but I'm happy with it so far. Also, I feel like it got rid of some of my stomach bloating.

I've been taking SST for about three weeks. Its easier on my stomach than Super HD which always made me nauseous. I take it about 1-2 hours before a workout and its kind of nice because it give me so much energy that I HAVE to work out or else I will be jittery. I am artificially caffeine sensitive because I don't drink a lot of soda or tea, and I hate coffee - so the first day is rough, but no crash. I usually eat shortly after taking it. I am usually at the gym during the "chill" phase so all I notice is that I sweat more (that being said, drink enough water with this). My lack of results is kind of my fault (I like food, and this is not a miracle pill) but it gives me that jump start of energy in the morning to hit the gym which, in the long run, will pay off.

NOTE: I suggest drinking a whole glass of water with it. Last week, I only took a sip to get it down because I was in a hurry and it gave me heart burn.

First off I wanted to wait until the end of my diet to give a review but i can't wait that long, I like this pill, I actually have ADD, and it keeps me focused. My skin looks great. I feel better emotionally and there is no pain after workout. The pill has sent me to the bathroom the first couple of days but I'm okay now. Which means that this supplement is doing exactly what it's suppose to be doing, which is suppressing the appetite. I usually eat like a 400 hundred pound man, and now I can actually control how I eat. I got on this weight analysis machine the other day and you wouldn't believe the amount of calories it said I was burning a day. Which is what a diet supplement supposed to do - give you a nice clean energy. Only thing is I have to take 1 pill a day or I won't be able to fall asleep at bedtime. If this isn't supposed to be a diet supplement than I don't know what it is! But it's working...
