On 4/20/15, a salesman at GNC talked me into this and said it will help with my low thyroid problem, lose inches more than weight, and give me a lot of energy. He said to just take one pill a day to start for two weeks. I took the first dose at 2 PM today (that's when I ate a chicken salad for lunch). He said that the effect would be subtle. It's 9:34 PM and I still have energy but not over the top. The best thing is I did not have the energy lull between 2 PM and 4 PM. I am 55 years old and overweight with low energy. Hope this continues to help. I'll will continue to update.

I can tell you the mental focus and the energy boosts that you get throughout the day are amazing. I went on a major weight loss mission a year ago, between diet and exercise and SST to make me want to go to the gym I am down 60 lbs. I love the energy that I am given. It's not off the wall crazy like some stimulants, there is not shakiness or jitters, you also don't crash and feel terrible. This is something that I mix with a cold bottle of water and drink while I'm putting on make up in the morning, not to mention the taste is great. This is a must have for anyone who loves have energy, but does not want to hop on the up and down roller coaster of diet pills.

I started taking this a few months ago. My first day I started with two pills in the morning and that was just too much so I suggest starting with one pill on an empty stomach as directed. I took my second one about 30 minutes before a workout and stuck with this routine. One in the morning, one before the gym. I love how it gives me the energy to get me through the day. Not even coffee would help me with the dreaded 2:00 pm feeling and SST keeps me awake, alert and focused while at my desk job. As far as the losing weight aspect, you cannot rely on just a pill, you need to be working out and eating right to start seeing the results. SST most likely aids in the process. Overall, I feel great when I use it.

First off I wanted to wait until the end of my diet to give a review but i can't wait that long, I like this pill, I actually have ADD, and it keeps me focused. My skin looks great. I feel better emotionally and there is no pain after workout. The pill has sent me to the bathroom the first couple of days but I'm okay now. Which means that this supplement is doing exactly what it's suppose to be doing, which is suppressing the appetite. I usually eat like a 400 hundred pound man, and now I can actually control how I eat. I got on this weight analysis machine the other day and you wouldn't believe the amount of calories it said I was burning a day. Which is what a diet supplement supposed to do - give you a nice clean energy. Only thing is I have to take 1 pill a day or I won't be able to fall asleep at bedtime. If this isn't supposed to be a diet supplement than I don't know what it is! But it's working...

Like everyone else, I wasn't sure of the product at first when they recommended it at GNC but we were looking for something to give us the energy to go to the gym after work. Well this product for sure. Actually, anything I am doing throughout the day I'm doing faster and with more mental focus. I love it. Hope the feeling doesn't wear out.

I have been using Performix SST for a month now and it does not get any better than this brand. No jitters (which is very dangerous). I don't take a pre-workout but only Performix and I can last lifting for 2.5 hours, no joke. Great job.

I was told about this product at the GNC store. I have tried everything over the moon and under the sun. Today was my first day taking it, and I must say it gave me a lot of energy without feeling sluggish the next morning. My appetite was awesome. I wasn't craving for food or soft drinks which I have been doing a lot lately. I also felt my breathing becoming more calmer. The best I've tried since the ephedra products. Wish those products came back.

I went over GNC to buy an specific fat burner but the lady pursued me to buy the newest product "SST Performix", supposedly the best. I ended up to buying one for $62 dollars and the second for half prize and also a whey protein bottle. My expectation was high. On Monday I tried one pill to see how strong it was, and nothing, I didn't feel anything. I took the other at 5:30 p.m. before my kickboxing class and I didn't feel more energy.

I was very tired after the class, I went to sleep 4 hours after that class. I thought it was because I didn't take both at the same time. I tried the next day BOTH PILLS with empty stomach and nothing again! I didn't feel absolutely anything, no more energy, It didn't hit my body neither suppress my appetite just like water pills. After a week of hoping (eating very well, doing my kickboxing classes as normal, nothing special), I didn't have enough energy even when I was taking the pills. I also tried to take both pills in the afternoon and nothing again. I tried to take them with food and nothing again. I wanted to do more exercise than I'm used to, but I couldn't. Actually I was tired and a had a headache for a couple of days.

It is just a waste of money. I don't recommend this product to anyone and I think it is a scam. I think they are selling this product in every GNC by convincing everyone ot buy it. It deserves half of star! Don't fall for this trap. I also wrote this review on GNC official website and they actually erased it! That makes me think that they have been erasing comments from real people and they keep the comments they write themselves!

So I started with 1 capsule in the a.m. I felt all the phases as they claimed. Loved it when my body temp went up. I know there's no such thing as a pill to make you lose weight, but this is an aid not a miracle pill. If you think that you can simply take a pill, and loose weight you're delusional. You need to change the way you eat and train. These are the only true ways to loose weight and see results. You must make the choice.

I took the pills for the first week and felt the energy boost as expected along with the body temperature increase, then the cold feeling. 1st week, I lost 2 lbs. My wife decided to try them after that. She felt jittery and after two weeks had no loss in weight so she stopped.

I am now at 5 weeks and 10lbs lost. Not crazy results but 2lbs a week is great for me. I am going to stick with it and see if I can get another 30lbs lighter, even if it slows down a bit.

Male, 48 years old, 5'10" and started at 222lbs. I felt my best about 5 years ago in the 175 to 180 range. Going to get there again.

I started taking this June 3rd, and it's now June 7th, and I lost two pounds so far. It does give me more energy. I haven't worked out while taking this yet, also I only take one pill a day since I get migraines. I do get the jitters and upset stomach. So far to me, it's like Adderall. I will be working out with this product soon, but I'm happy with it so far. Also, I feel like it got rid of some of my stomach bloating.
