Performix SST

Today was my first day taking the pill and it kept me going through work all day. I took it around 8 A.M. with a glass of water for lunch all I had was a small spinach salad and I felt full. Around 6 P.M. I forced myself to have a small dinner and still felt full. I made the mistake of taking the second pill right before bed and now I've been up for hours. I actually really like this product so far! I might down my dosage to one pill a day however.

I am starting my second month with Performix SST. The first day I had so much energy I thought I was going to start bouncing off the walls. I wasn't sure if I liked that feeling or not. Now I think my body is immune to it, I have energy but not a crazy amount to where I thought my heart would beat out of my chest. I can't tell if the fat burner is working like I want it to. Maybe, I am loosing inches before weight? Not sure. I may switch after this month and see what happens. Tip: Take the pill and then eat shortly after. Everyone says they get stomach pains, I got them a few times but I ate right when I felt them coming on. You don't need to starve yourself trying to lose weight.

I started taking Performix SST roughly two weeks ago. It started out great as I had a lot of energy after taking two on an empty stomach like the directions say. I usually ate breakfast about 30 minutes to an hour later. I love coffee but gave it up while on these. I think with most of these pills, if you don't use them as directed (like drinking coffee with them) then that is the source of your bad side effects. I was drinking a bottle of water right after taking them in the morning and making sure I drank at least three more throughout the day and was fine. Yes, you do need to go to the bathroom after the first hour, and I think that's normal! I have always eaten pretty healthy and gone to the gym at least five times a week. Performix gave me GREAT focus in the morning and though-out the day without making me lose sleep at night!

As far as results, (of course the main reason why I wanted to take them), I am a runner and I wasn't seeing them quite as fast as I have with Hydroxycut, but the last time I took that was years ago. I actually took SST back to try the new Hydroxycut SX 7 because there were a lot more reviews on that. if that doesn't go well, I am switching back to SST. Overall, I had no bad side effects, it didn't affect my sleep, gave me great energy, and I recommend it!

I have Sjogren's Disease and Fibromyalgia. Both cause fatigue. Performix has helped with the fatigue and unbelievably has been making my mouth water. This is a good thing, as Sjogren's dries up your moisture glands. Yeah.

Like everyone else, I wasn't sure of the product at first when they recommended it at GNC but we were looking for something to give us the energy to go to the gym after work. Well this product for sure. Actually, anything I am doing throughout the day I'm doing faster and with more mental focus. I love it. Hope the feeling doesn't wear out.

On 4/20/15, a salesman at GNC talked me into this and said it will help with my low thyroid problem, lose inches more than weight, and give me a lot of energy. He said to just take one pill a day to start for two weeks. I took the first dose at 2 PM today (that's when I ate a chicken salad for lunch). He said that the effect would be subtle. It's 9:34 PM and I still have energy but not over the top. The best thing is I did not have the energy lull between 2 PM and 4 PM. I am 55 years old and overweight with low energy. Hope this continues to help. I'll will continue to update.

I started taking this a few months ago. My first day I started with two pills in the morning and that was just too much so I suggest starting with one pill on an empty stomach as directed. I took my second one about 30 minutes before a workout and stuck with this routine. One in the morning, one before the gym. I love how it gives me the energy to get me through the day. Not even coffee would help me with the dreaded 2:00 pm feeling and SST keeps me awake, alert and focused while at my desk job. As far as the losing weight aspect, you cannot rely on just a pill, you need to be working out and eating right to start seeing the results. SST most likely aids in the process. Overall, I feel great when I use it.

I gave the Performix SST 4 of 5 stars because I don't feel it burn fat but it gives me the energy to go out and do fat burning activities.

First off, do not take any on an empty stomach or after just waking up. Eat breakfast an hour before taking and two hours after waking up otherwise you might shake and feel some acid reflux.

When I take this product, I feel like the world is a better place. I've posted on several review sites because of how much I love the product. During the summer, current at the time of posting, I play volleyball five days a week, work 50 plus hours and maintain a decent sex life (three times a day, five days a week).

I did not lose any weight for the week I took the pill and didn't change my habits. But when you take this product you are filled with enough energy to go about your day and add fat burning activities. I'll go for a run after volleyball or after work and before I get back to the girlfriend. Also, the immense amount of focus it gives you is the best. I swear by this product but when taken the way I suggested versus how Performix suggests taking it.

First, the only products out there to guarantee immediate fat/weight loss is Photoshop or liposuction. As a 41 year old female looking for a way to 'speed up' the burn without feeling like I was on speed, I tried this product because of its ease of use (2 pills in the am) and expected one of two things to happen based on all of my previous experiences with thermogenics: first be a complete waste of time and money and second make me feel horrible. I tried the first 3 days taking 1 pill in the morning and felt absolutely nothing. So I then tried the 2 pills and noticed that I had to eat with this product or feel like I was going to vomit. If I took the 2 pills and then ate, I had no issues. Workouts felt better regardless of when I completed them (am/pm) and I SWEAT. I never experienced the severe thirst, body temp spikes, or shakes like I have with other products. I never felt a crash at the end of each day, or the dreaded withdrawal headaches when my bottle ran out. I got what I wanted out of the product -- support with some additional fat/weight loss. It's not a miracle pill -- it's a supplement. It looks fancy and sounds impressive with its "Terra Intelligent Dosing" but bottom line is you won't shed major pounds or get shredded. That only happens when you combine a strict diet with hard work and dedication over time. But, you will get a boost when you include this product in your diet and exercise routine.

I've only been on the Performix for two weeks and have lost six pounds and have not changed anything in my daily routine. I am not hungry and I get the caffeine shakes for about an hour around 3pm.
