This does what smearing a little glue under your eyes would do. It dries up and pulls the wrinkles out...as long as you can keep your face frozen.

This is a waste of money. Do not be fooled by the 5-star comment; they are paid by the advertising industry. This product does not work. Even my friend's wife got it for my buddy, and the same thing, it did not work for him.

The cream didn't work, and I showed no sign of improvement. The company said a one-time shipping and handling fee, but I got charged $39.03 for it.
I filed a complaint with BBB, and there were 83 complaints already. Save yourself time and money from ordering this product.

I ordered after seeing the TV ads for a while, hoping it would work on my under eye puffs. I used it as directed, needing to reapply. It didn’t make a noticeable difference and looked a bit flakey. I put foundation on top of it, which made it worse. I feel silly for falling for it and would not recommend.

I spent a considerable amount of money on both the wrinkle remover and hyaluronic moisturizer and feel taken advantage of on both products. Neither did anything at all.
Does this company have no shame or regrets about charging inflated prices for an ineffectual skin care system purchased by all of their many customers? Is it OK as long as the money keeps rolling in?
"Quality" does not seem to be in this company's vocabulary. I am sure many other businesses choose to run their company in this manner, but it never fails to disappoint me to the max.
What happened to integrity? It doesn't seem to be an issue for any consideration anymore. Pretty sad...

I first ordered Plexaderm several months ago. I was delighted with the product results.
After a few days use, when I tried to put the ruber top back on the plastic applicator, it did not stay on and I then saw the extended plastic tube was inside the white rubber top. I soon realized that the small plastic tube had broken off inside the white rubber top. I have no children to blame and at that point in time, I had not told my husband about the product because there have been so many expensive past product disapointments.
I called the Plexaderm Customer Service and was very pleased with the kind and professional manner I was greeted with. The young lady offerd a replacement tube and one additional tube for may trouble once I returned the faulty tube.
By the time the new tubes arrived, I had shared my new "Beauty Secret" with my husband. My results were always fast and long-lasting, but husbands less so; he has some success, but not like mine. In the video from Plexaderm's CEO, I learned the product works better on people with less oily skin, which I have, and not as good on people with oily skin such as my husband.
(For those of you with oily skin, if you wipe the area with Witch Hazel on a cotton ball and you shall have better, faster results.)
After using the two new tubes of Plexaderm, we agreed to place a three-tube order. Husband and I shared the first of the three-order, both being careful not to use too much, after a month we attempted to use the second of the three-order, but the clay product did not come out of the second or third plastic tube.
Again I called the Plexaderm Customer Service number. This time a young man answered and was very nice at first but soon became very judgmental when he saw from my order history I had a previous problem with the applicator. He insisted I had to pay to return the two defective tubes of Plexaderm and said he could not send replacements until tube two and three were received inspected and they must be full tubes to be replaced.
By that point, being of a nationality not known for their restraint or composure, I guess I flipped out because I knew I had done nothing wrong and paid good hard earned money for a great product in a very bad/cheap applicator. The young, man at that point, attempting to keep me as a customer, promised to send one free tube to expedite the replacement and once the inspection concluded, he would send the replacements.
Well, weeks passed and we did not get the promised free tube, and the small plastic squeeze applicators 1) have far less product than the plastic applicators that didn't always work and 2) in the three small plastic sample we used so far the weight of the product is not consistent. Either one, we cannot get it out, or it comes out too fast. In any case, good luck to them.
They are on to something, but I feel like I am paying them to be in their guinea pig trials.
As for recommendations to family and friends, I will tell my story if they have the time, but time is money.
P.S. What prompted this review, after watching the video from the Plexaderm CEO, I wrote the information in the available box to send the CEO’s to email and received an error message that said "no such email exists."

I'm sorry to say this product only lasted a couple of hours on me. I applied it to my #11 (area between my brows) and it looked awesome at first, however, after about two hours the lines started to show through again. I am very disappointed. I followed the instructions, but sadly it didn't live up to what I expected.
I tried it around my eyes, but it just made them tight and that too wore off, which is too bad as I had high hopes and paid 80 bucks Canadian with the exchange rate. Gosh, us Canadians get ripped off...ugh!
Oh well - you live and learn.

Don’t waste your money. I ordered three bottles thinking this is what I’ve been looking for and I’m going to be using it for the rest of my life. What the advertisement doesn’t tell you is that the effects only last for about an hour, and if you smile or squint it last even less. Also, if you have wrinkles, smiling makes them more pronounced.
It works like a mud mask. When you apply it, it dries quickly and stretches your skin, but as soon as you rinse off, the effects disappear. It also feels unnatural, especially when you're trying not to smile so your wrinkles don’t show.

Plexaderm was a waste of money for me. It did absolutely nothing for my under eye problems. Also, the 30 days for a refund started counting from the day I ordered, not the day I actually received the item, so I couldn't get my money back. I wasted my money on this product.

I am not happy with Plexaderm. It made the puffy skin under my eyes dry and wrinkly. If you use moisturizer or make-up, the puffiness returns immediately. I can't imagine the product is good for the delicate under eye skin. It left my skin red and irritated. I contacted customer service and was issued a full refund and did not have to return the Plexaderm.

This stuff is crap. It "literally" feels like Superglue on your face, and when it dries, it crinkles and cracks. There are a number of OTHER products similar to Plexaderm, so don't fall for the advertising of it being something "new."
