About Power Fit Platform

Like to wiggle while you work out?

If so, Power Fit Platform is a compact, portable vibration plate that uses oscillation technology to engage every muscle in your body—including your core—as soon as you step on it. Why? To help you burn fat and lose weight faster than traditional cardio exercises, while protecting your joints, bones, and muscles from injury.

And not only will you get a slim, strong, and sexy body with Power Fit Platform, but it can also help increase circulation, ease fatigue, and improve energy. It’ll even work for all ages and fitness levels!

You’re here because you’re looking for a faster, easier way to lose weight, get fit, and maximize your health. But is Power Fit Platform the best way to get there, or will it just end up gathering dust a couple weeks from now? We’ll give you what you need to make an informed decision.

Let’s start by taking a look at how this technology works.

What Is Vibration Plate Technology? Does It Work?

Remember those old vibrating belt weight loss machines? Also known as fat jigglers and Mueller exercise belts, these devices were supposed to help your body get rid of excess fat, while you just stood there passively. Are vibration plates like Power Fit Platform just an updated 21st century version of this silliness?

Compared to the weight loss claims of Mueller belts, these new vibration plates claim to provide a wider variety of benefits, including increased circulation and flexibility, improved strength, faster recovery after working out, and more. According to WebMD:

“They say the health benefits also include enhanced metabolism, increased bone mineral density, reduction of the stress hormone cortisol, elevation of human growth hormone levels, and improved lymphatic flow. Whole-body vibration is also said to reduce cellulite and stimulate collagen production for smoother skin. Manufacturers also say MBV can provide muscle toning and conditioning for those who have health restrictions that keep them from exercising, such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and some forms of arthritis.”

Wow! But is there any clinical proof for these claims?

We do know that the rapid vibrations provided by these devices (as fast as 30 times per second!) cause your muscles to quickly contract and relax, which might make it feel like you’ve exerted yourself and gotten a decent workout.

But here’s the truth: Outside of helping reduce bone loss and back pain, along with improving balance in older adults, there’s little-to-no clinical evidence showing oscillating vibration is good for any other conditions—including losing weight.

Granted, this doesn’t necessarily mean that vibration platforms like Power Fit won’t provide any benefits; only that there hasn’t been enough research completed. Speaking of which, what does Power Fit Platform’s competition look like?

We’ll get to that in a second, but let’s talk about Power Fit’s cost first. After all, price is always a big factor in any buying decision.

How Much Will Power Fit Platform Cost You?

The only way to get your hands on Power Fit Platform is through the manufacturer’s 30-day trial, which will cost you $19.95 plus $29.95 S&H.

For this price, you receive the following:

  • Deluxe Power Fit set with 2 Power Bands
  • Meal & Workout guide, which can help “maximize your results”
  • Remote Control that allows each user to choose between automatic or manual modes, time, and speed

Then, once 30 days have passed, you’ll be billed four monthly installments of $49.95, bringing your grand total to $249.70.

If you choose to return your Power Fit Platform within the trial period, you’ll be reimbursed the $19.95 and the $29.95 S&H. However, you’ll have to pay to ship the vibration plate back to the company. And the product’s probably fairly heavy, so you might pay some steep fees to do this.

In order cancel your trial and request a refund, you’ll need to call customer service at 844-296-2195.

Is Power Fit Platform Better Than the Competition?

If you shop online for vibration plates, you might be surprised to learn that you have a fair number of options. Your jaw might also hit the floor when you learn that you can pay well over $1,000 for professional models with dozens of settings, including triplanar and oscillating movements (supposedly to work different muscle groups).

Comparatively, Power Fit Platform’s price comes in much lower. And while it might not be as feature-packed, it might make it easier for you to try the technology out without paying a ton of money upfront.

However, it’s important to keep in mind that there are many other portable vibration plates out there, some of which can be purchased for as little as $150 through mainstream manufacturers. You might even be able to find some local options, which could save you hassle and S&H charges if you decide to return it.

Speaking of manufacturers, there’s no indication who makes Power Fit Platform on its website, although it appears to be the same company who made Tray N’ Play.

Is Power Fit Platform a Weak Health & Fitness Choice?

There’s no doubt that losing weight and living healthier is the key to living a long, pain-free life. There’s also no doubt that finding the time—and motivation—to work out can seem like a wall that’s impossible to scale.

In fact, it’s this need versus reality that has led to the development of devices like Power Fit Platform in the first place. Get a workout without exerting yourself, or worrying about hurting your joints and muscles? Yes please!

Unfortunately, the only tried and true method of losing weight and keeping it off is by eating right and exercising regularly. There’s simply no way around it.

Given all of this, if you’re unable to exercise in a more traditional manner, or if you’re worried about bone density loss, then Power Fit Platform might meet your expectations. Just be sure to speak with your doctor first and explore all the available options.

But if you think Power Fit Platform is going to help you effortlessly shed pounds and get ripped, then you’re bound to be disappointed with it, or any other vibration plate.

Love my Power Fit vibrating machine

Had Power Fit for a while and only started using it properly for the past 5 months. I am doing a whole food menu eg: porridge, cream and raw milk, butter, honey, wheat-free, bread, fish, chicken, meat, fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds, and cook in lard fat. Never hungry and eat until I’m satisfied. No preservatives, additives, sugar, just all things natural like nana ate. Started on manual: level 1 to 20 ten minutes a day and over time gradually increased to half an hour a day with P1, P2, P3...honestly, Power Fit increased my fitness levels and strengthened my lower back. I stretch/exercise before each meal and twice a week go for a brisk 30-minute walk if I can. So far I have lost 15kg and feel great. I cannot do much walking because of swollen feet so Power Fit is a huge advantage for me. Really does work so we got an extra Power Fit. My flatmate who is fit uses it also and he feels more toned.

    Monthly charging me for nothing

They were charging me $19.76 per month after I contacted them in 01/18 to stop.

Originally I purchased two bottles of weight loss supplements. I canceled in 01/18 any future purchases, but my, they are still stealing from me.

The representative stated they would stop but if not, call again. The number 877-636-7750 on bank my records starts out professional, but changes to busy.

Now it is 04/18, and I’m out $80. Scammers.

    Weight limit

I saw on the TV tonight a woman losing weight using a Power Fit. She was 139kgs and needed to get to 130kgs to access weight loss surgery. This was achieved. My question is - there is a weight limit of 120kgs. I have been sitting on mine and using a high bar stool to stand up but not putting my total weight on the Power Fit. I am presently 126kgs. Over the last three weeks, I have lost 7kgs. Is it possible to stand on this machine before I reach 120kgs? Would I be able to stand on it at 123kgs? I realize you probably will say it is a warranty thing, but can I stand on it now? Only 6kgs to go before I reach 120kgs. I look forward to your answer. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I have purchased it for $900, 15 months ago. It was useless as a weight loss tool. Now it stopped working and I have to pay hundreds of dollars extra to fix it. I cannot take it to the shop or to the warehouse. I have to send it via post. It is the ultimate in poor customer service.

    Power Fit model E380

After watching the ad on TV I bought the Power Fit machine only to get it not working. The company replaced the machine after two months of waiting since it was under warranty. I did finally get my new machine. The company is telling me it was a fuse. Apparently, they have to yet to find the second one as the machine has done the same thing and is now not covered by the warranty. It was within 12 months of getting two machines, but over 12 months from the first machine, and now they want to charge a service fee. Plus I have to pay for freight and parts if needed.

I am not happy. I wouldn't recommend this product at all. Unhappy, so it's sat in the box since January.
