We have found this to be the best kitty litter we've ever come across. There's no waste, you don't throw away big clumps of litter, the urine evaporates in the poop and doesn't clean onto it very much. So what you put in at the beginning of the month is about what you have left at the end of the month. With our kitty, we have found that it lasts more than a month before it needs to be changed, but we change it as often as a new delivery comes. It's great for monitoring your kitties health and it doesn't weigh a ton like most clay or scoopable litters. It's definitely worth the money that you'll spend on it!

I've recommended it to friends, and they purchased it and are so pleased with it and thankful that I turned them on to this product!

This litter does NOT absorb urine as it claims. It just sits there in puddles until peed on again. This then makes it turn from yellow to a dark green color suggesting my cat is unwell, but the blue/green color is only the result of double urine exposure. One bag definitely does not last a month, more like a week. Would be great if the product delivered its claims, but they have a lot of work left to do if that's going to be the case. So for now, save your money!

I bought PrettyLitter about six months ago after going through bag after bag after box of other litters promising no odor, no mess, easy cleanup. None of them came through, then I saw an ad for PrettyLitter and thought, why not? Suffice to say, it does everything promised and more! No pee clumps is the best (besides being able to check my cat's health), and odor elimination is epic. My cat had no issues with using it, and the auto-delivery is just the best. There just isn't enough room here for me to go on and on. What I do know is this, it is the only litter that ticks all the boxes for me, and that's saying a lot. If you are on the fence about trying PrettyLitter, jump off to the good side, it will not disappoint!

I've had PrettyLitter since November. Really like it! I did have some issues with shipping when I first signed up as I live in a rural area and have a P.O. Box and the mailman can't always find my house. All solved now, it gets sent to my box. My two giant cats took to it right away, I love only having to scoop a few little poos rather than half the contents of the box with clumping litter! I get one extra bag than I need a month so I have some extra if I need to switch it out more (it tends to get saturated a little quicker than lasting a full month, nothing to do with the litter, just two big cats). I do wish there was a way to just order a bag or two whenever you like rather than changing your subscription, but since I get a little more than I need, it has solved that. Just a heads up for anyone with huge cats that go potty non-stop like mine. But I've recommended it to a few friends and family and they love it as well! A+!

About the product:

1. It literally gets tracked all over my house.

2. By the end of one month my cat has basically turned the entire contents yellow and it smells after just two weeks. Since you’re only scooping poop the litter gets peed on multiple times over.

3. Shipping – it is constantly a long turnaround time.

4. Above all things – overpriced.

I like the concept but ultimately the smell and the manner of it don’t hold up to its claims. I have to sweep every day and we keep the litter in a room because it does smell.

The litter did not last one week. I have one cat and he is healthy.

First, when I opened the bag, the crystals were already red and pink.

Second, believe it or not, when things that can absorb liquids try to absorb liquids beyond their capacity to absorb, even crystals can clump for a short while. After a few days of allowing our cat to use the litter, over 50% of the litter was green or yellow-green with many areas and clumps of urine-soaked crystals, which said clumps were difficult to lift out because the clumps would easily dissolve. The bottom of the litter box was mostly wet.

I had to scoop out about 50% of the litter because it was soaked in urine. I would not allow my cat to walk into the litterbox with such conditions, so I had to throw it out.

PrettyLitter did control smells a bit better than the normal cat litter I use, but that was the only positive.

I emailed PrettyLitter to see if I could get my money back from their guarantee and I received an email suggesting that I had more than one cat and that maybe I did not use it correctly. Before sending an email to PrettyLitter, I predicted to my wife that PrettyLitter's response was going to be that I need to purchase 2 bags instead of just one. I was correct. If the stuff will not even last one week, why should I give more money to someone for twice as much litter?

I also did not get my money back. In my opinion, they have a horrible guarantee and, with an unsatisfactory product, are therefore, a terrible company!

I have a kitty who has had chronic crystals in his urine. We've done all the obvious things like take him to the vet, special food, and daily medicine. He needed something else to help me monitor his health though. That missing link has been PrettyLitter for us. I have been able to keep track of him easily with this litter. I also especially love that I only have to change the litter once a month. As long as you keep the solid waste scooped out the litter boxes they do not nearly smell as much as our previous regular litter.

We also have a kitty that is very particular about her litter and will not go in a scented litter at all or any other kind she deems unsuitable. She took to PrettyLitter immediately, and we have not had any issues at all.

If I could change anything about it, I would make the bags you get just a little bit bigger since I have giant litter boxes.

I would have given this 5 stars, but the bag is just way too small. I bought a small litter box, and one bag barely leaves 1.5 inches of litter. It would leave the 2 inches of litter if you had a "mini" litter box I guess. They offer a second bag a month for another $21 if it isn't deep enough. But $42 a month for cat litter is just way too much. I will likely have to cancel until they offer a realistic size bag of cat litter for $21.

I love PrettyLitter. Because it is non-clumping, your refuse for a whole week is just the solid waste that you scoop. My refuse is one tiny bag a week to put in my trash, until the end of the month when I dispose of the used litter and replace it with a new bag. My visitors never detect any odor and, in fact, are surprised when they see my cat.

Of course, I like the fact that the litter will indicate if my kitty has a urinary infection. She had one before PrettyLitter, and I didn't know anything was wrong until she was howling and peeing everywhere. I don't have to worry about that happening again to my fur baby! I love this product for so many reasons. Also, it is lightweight, and I don't have to lug heavy litter home.

Before finding PrettyLitter, the minute you stepped into our basement, you could tell we have a cat. The smell was always there, even when the box was clean. My husband works from home in the “cat zone” and always hated the mess his feline co-worker left behind. Now you walk down and you don’t smell anything, which is perfect. It does its job and then some. Our cat hates scented, course litter and would pee out of the box if he didn’t approve. This passed his picky tastes and then some. Having it delivered to our home also saves us that last minute cat litter run. Thanks PrettyLitter!

From the first day, I could tell a huge advancement in the quality of PrettyLitter over the other so-called "premium" traditional litters. Opening the bag, I noticed that there was no litter smell, and the dust factor is marginal to nonexistent.

Boo Boo, my Kitty, took to it right away, and throughout her first month, the colors remained consistently in the "normal" range. During this time I noticed how much quicker it was it was to simply mix the litter to disperse the liquid waste, and I was also impressed with how much easier it is to spot the solid parts; no more caked on litter camouflage. More impressive at this point was the fact that there was no odor throughout the entire month! Shortly after my second order arrived, however, Boo Boo had a blue-hued urine sample, and a quick trip to the vet confirmed that she was sick! This early indicator to help me help my baby is by far the most important aspect!

The science that went into PrettyLitter really has brought a product out of the sandbox and into the 21st century.
