Please don't order this product. I have ordered this one month ago now. I haven't gotten it yet. I have sent so many emails. Said delivered to me. Went and asked from the post office and filed a claim. I went to 4 post offices around me.

I sent a final email asking to refund. No, not replying.

You will see on the ads about this product, marketing has created a very high standard. Some customer reviews are positive. It's fake customer reviews.

Please don't order this.

It's been 7 weeks now since I purchased this product and it hasn’t been delivered yet. No idea if it ever arrives but I would definitely not buy it again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing. I should have read the reviews first.

I never had the chance to try it. Still waiting after one month. Many emails sent complaining, only good words, emails answering but without a resolve.

They don't accept refunds or sending new orders.

Hi, are you guys legit? Or a scam? I ordered Pro-B Fresh on October 28th and it went through my account twice without your official confirmation. And I do not know if I am receiving this product, why do you guys advertise a product that is not legit? Please reply to me, I want my money back ASAP.

This is a bogus product. When you send off your money you receive an email response with no contact address or phone number, simply telling you there may be a delay? I never ever received any product from them, after paying money into their account. Fake scam, totally avoid paying any money to these people!

Fake "company", don't buy anything from them, they just keep your money because they are really that broke! Taking peoples' money for a fake product! I do not recommend to anybody.

I wouldn't want to leave even 1 star for this product. I purchased 2 bottles for £32 eleven days ago, received a text asking me to click on the link as there was a problem with my delivery but every time I click on it the site won't load so I am basically stuck with paying for this product but not receiving it. I've tried going on the website but it's saying my email address and password are wrong so I am pretty sure this is a con and I am furious.

No stars for this product. It's been more than 3 months now since I purchased this product and it hasn’t been delivered yet. At support they always told me that the package was on the way, but that isn’t true. When I call UPS, they told me that they don’t have any delivery with my guideline.

I would definitely not buy it again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing. My mistake, I should have read the reviews first.

Ordered from this company for delivery to the Republic of Ireland. This was my second order with them, when after about six weeks of waiting for delivery I sent many emails to the so-called support at Pro-B Fresh. Eventually, weeks later I got a response saying my order was returned to the shipper but they told me the order has been resent. I asked many times by email why my order had been returned but got no answer, only an email saying my goods would be with me in a few days.

I kept emailing asking where my delivery was and at about twelve weeks after I'd ordered they told me my goods had been returned to the shipper (again), this time by customs. I asked for an immediate refund.

I'd like to warn people to be very wary of ordering from this company. At the end of the ordering process they will try to load your order and get you to pay extra postage for a speedier delivery. It's disgusting that online companies can get away with this form of trading.

I sadly can't give a review on this product as I never received it! The company is telling me to chase them up and are refusing to give me a refund until I have done so. I gave them a ref number from the post office of a formal complaint that I made about never receiving them, this should have been enough as proof but this wasn't enough for them! They should be chasing this order up for me, this is terrible customer service, do not order from them. Very poor customer service!
