Placed my order, had an email to say it is being shipped, could not track it with the information they gave me, still have not received or heard anything. Am beginning to think I’ve been scammed. Anyone else had this problem?

It's been 7 weeks now since I purchased this product and it hasn’t been delivered yet. No idea if it ever arrives but I would definitely not buy it again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing. I should have read the reviews first.

I ordered on July 18th. I haven’t received it by August 11th so I called and customer service stated it was lost in transit and will reship again. It is 14 more days and I still have not received it. I do not recommend buying from this outfit. I don’t know how they get away with this. It is a terrible way to do business in this country!

Fake "company", don't buy anything from them, they just keep your money because they are really that broke! Taking peoples' money for a fake product! I do not recommend to anybody.

I placed my order over a month ago and still haven't received it! I had the email to say it's been dispatched and the tracking number states it is in transit as of the 18th of July. I contacted customer service and they tell me I just have to wait. I may update the review if it arrives.

I’m on my 4th day (taking it 2 times a day) and I can already see a difference. I go to the dentist every 3 months, I’m having issues with my gums and deep pockets. I had a bone graph put in a 1 and 1/2 years ago and everything was healing fine, except one pocket in my gums. Every time I floss I bleed. Today was the first time I did not bleed. I can’t wait until I go to the dentist next month and see how that pocket is healing. Will post update.

Terrible company to deal with, ordered over a month ago and still have not received my order.

No contact from them when I asked for my money back so am raising a dispute with my bank now. I wish I had read the other reviews as they are all very bad.

Ordered from this company for delivery to the Republic of Ireland. This was my second order with them, when after about six weeks of waiting for delivery I sent many emails to the so-called support at Pro-B Fresh. Eventually, weeks later I got a response saying my order was returned to the shipper but they told me the order has been resent. I asked many times by email why my order had been returned but got no answer, only an email saying my goods would be with me in a few days.

I kept emailing asking where my delivery was and at about twelve weeks after I'd ordered they told me my goods had been returned to the shipper (again), this time by customs. I asked for an immediate refund.

I'd like to warn people to be very wary of ordering from this company. At the end of the ordering process they will try to load your order and get you to pay extra postage for a speedier delivery. It's disgusting that online companies can get away with this form of trading.

Funny thing is I missed the part about chewing or dissolving in water. The package only came with the product bottle. So hope to get even better results once I follow the directions to chew them! But I do notice a difference with my morning breath!

Please don’t buy any products from this company as it has been well over a month since I purchased from them and it hasn’t been delivered yet. And I believe by seeing this hopefully you won’t buy this product.
