I ordered the trial of ProbioSlim and saw my account debited right away for $2.99. But what also made me suspicious was beside the charge on my bank statement, it also said "waiting for final amount from merchant". Why would it need to do that if it was indeed only $2.99?

Then I stumbled upon this page where I started reading all of your reviews. How I was going to keep getting ProbioSlim and be charged for it after the trial period, without my knowledge or consent. How sneaky. So I called the phone number provided and asked to cancel. The gentleman asked me why I wanted to cancel. I was honest and told him that I was reading on a website that the Company keeps charging after the trial period and sending product, without the customer consent or knowledge, and I didn't want this to happen to me. He then said, ok, you've been canceled. Ha, no arguments what so ever.

I asked for a refund of my $2.99, but he told me my trial of the product had already been sent out to me, so that was not an option. I can live with knowing I made a $2.99 mistake. I want to thank you all for potentially saving me hundreds of dollars.

I never read anywhere on the ProbioSlim website that I was joining a membership, and the product would continue to be sent to me and billed to my account. They should be put out of business for cheating people, and being deceptive.

My husband ordered these and the NEXT day called to cancel the auto shipping. They even called him to confirm and ask why we were cancelling and STILL they send the next bottle and charged us $75 + change! Called and, of course, had no record of the call. DUH.... And the kicker? They don't work any better than taking two aspirins.

The product was not agreeing with me and I called to cancel and they would not cancel it for me. They said they would put my account on hold and they couldn't charge my account until it was off hold and they would call first before they charged my bank. Well, guess what? They took money out of my bank today without calling. I have a bill due in two days that is an automatic withdrawal and the money is not there now.

I called Probioslim to report what happened and spoke with Tyler. He told me that the first person I talked with should not have told me they would call because they don't. Then Tyler said I could have a refund but it would only be 60% of what I was charged. I told him I wanted to talk to a manager and he put me on hold. I believe he came back on the line telling me his name was Chris. I told him he sounded a lot like Tyler and the phone went silent. I held on and finally he said that he had taken care of me and I would get a full refund in two to three days. My bill is due in two days. I told him it had better be in the bank tomorrow or they were getting a bill for the service charge. He continued to try to make a fool out of me that I would have my money back in three days at the latest. I told him that would be too late and it had better be in there tomorrow and he said it will be returned. I told him if it wasn't that I would be calling back.

Missouri's Attorney General will be hearing about this and very soon. Do not trust Probioslim. Buy it at GNC if you really want it.

This product is a rip off! Tried to cancel and they offer you the pills at a cheaper price. Won't let you return unused unopened merchandise for a refund. Bad customer service. Better products on the market. Very overpriced.

Please be aware of these types of offers about the two week trial. You don't easily see the high cost of $78.00 until it's too late. You call company and they say "Oh well, too bad, time is up for returning product."​

I was taken in once before years ago, and forgot about the experience until I received a bottle of product in the mail and a bill for $74.98 for something I did not order and do not want. Calling the customer service number got me into a flame war about the deception. Supposedly I will get a refund (but not for shipping) for this bottle of pills. Even if the product was wonderful, which I certainly haven't ascertained, I would want nothing to do with a company that tricks people into spending money. So I hope I remember next time I contemplate sending away for a "free, no-risk trial." There is no free lunch, and we'd be better off remembering that.

Got it from GMC. I tried it and it did nothing. I haven't lost anything and I have been exercising. I won't purchase this again -- very expensive and not worth it at all.

I ordered a sample of this product o line and was billed $4.95. I called their number and told them that I did not want any more.

Twelve days later I was charged $94.96 on my credit card. I tried to call the number on my statement and was put on hold for at least 15 minutes each time. I left a call back number, but never received one.

I finally called again and after 20 minutes got a real (?) person. This man simply kept repeating that the information was on the website that I had 14 days to cancel and they had no record of my cancellation call. Finally he agreed to credit my account for 30% of the charge. I told him that it was no acceptable. He finally said that they would credit my account for 50% of the charge, I did not want to spend any more time, so I accepted this offer.

This is the second time I have had this happen when ordering samples. Be sure to read the entire agreement before giving them your credit card.

Several months ago I ordered what was advertised as a "free" shipment of the Probioslim product.

I called within the specified guideline to cancel all future orders and was advised that no future orders would be issued. Approximately 7-10 days later my credit card was billed and I immediately followed up as well.

I was then advised that there was no record of my call and I had been billed for future shipments and my order was on the way. I further explained that I was no longer interested and was advised to return the shipment at my expense once it was received and my card would be fully credited.

It was clearly evident that this was a fraudulent company that I was involved with so I contacted the bank and was advised to close the account of card in order to hinder any future charges. Once the follow up order arrived, I immediately went the Post Office and had the item shipped back to the warehouse. (This was approximately 06/02/2015).

I was issued a receipt regarding the tracking of the item but within another week or so my account was credited and I have since discarded the receipt. Now (3) three months later the company is attempting to scam me again.

Unfortunately the USPS was unable to provide me with a duplicate copy of the receipt but they did agree to accept a formal complaint from me and file a complaint regarding mail fraud. I was advised that a USPS Inspector would be assigned my complaint and hopefully the company would be issued formal charges.

I am also scheduled to meet with the local (BBB) Better Business Bureau on next week to discuss a formal complaint regarding the company's attempts at distribution in the Memphis venue as well.

I have learned my lesson and employ anyone reading this to never participate in these shipping scams again!

I ordered free sample plus ordered a 30-day bottle at the same time. It gives me such a bad tummy ache that I can't take it. I got the double whammy when they took 74.98 from my checking account. When I called them they say it's supposed to cause me stomach pain? Why would I want to put myself through more pain? Am I glutton for punishment? They did refund me 41.99 but refuse to refund the rest. Now the only pain I have is knowing that I ordered this product in the first place.
