Watch this company. We only wanted a trial bottle, which it said on the order was just postage and handling. They have now taken full amount off my credit card without approval and sent me another bottle. We did not want to continue it. It quite clearly said it was a trial.

The phone number says you have called outside office hours, which are Mon - Fri. I have called 5 times, at different times, to get this all canceled immediately.

I've not tried many brands but out of the few I have, this one seems to have helped. I'm not taking it to lose weight but more for digestive results. And it has definitely helped with that! I'm quite pleased with the reduction in bloating, etc. Digestive issues are all but gone. I will add, and emphasize, I have also changed my diet. Eating healthier - fresh foods - has made a huge difference. No more cow products and cut out meat (except fresh fish). I'm trying to also avoid the processed junk. It's really not that hard. :) And boy do I feel so much better - in only a few months time! (Huge digestion and respiratory benefits.)

This product is a rip off! Tried to cancel and they offer you the pills at a cheaper price. Won't let you return unused unopened merchandise for a refund. Bad customer service. Better products on the market. Very overpriced.

I've taken Probioslim for two months with no positive results. In fact, I have gained 3 pounds! When I took 2 pills a day as recommended, I started having diarrhea problems so cut back to 1 per day. I'm in Senior Olympics so have a healthy, active lifestyle so should have seen significant results if it really worked.

Please be aware of these types of offers about the two week trial. You don't easily see the high cost of $78.00 until it's too late. You call company and they say "Oh well, too bad, time is up for returning product."​

I placed a review on here a few weeks ago, saying how I could not contact them either to cancel my order, as I just couldn't afford the charges. You do get a message saying to call back during business hours, and this is what I was doing, from Australia.

However, I was up late one night and realized it would be 9 am in their office in the U.S., so I called. I did get someone immediately and was able to cancel. The woman was ok, but did try to talk me into other deals, and reduce the price. I just kept saying no, I need to cancel this subscription.

I got an email within about 10 minutes saying this had been done. I hope it has. I called at 1 am Australian time, which is a nuisance, but was worth it.

I took this product for about three to four months. After the first two months, I tried to terminate the service but they kept sending me more free trials before I was finally allowed to cancel. I took this product according to the directions and saw no real discernible results. I changed my diet, exercised like five to six times a week, and I may have managed to lose maybe 10 pounds, but I would've done that with all the exercise I was doing.

All this product really does is make you go to the bathroom. Really. that's it. It doesn't really do anything else. It didn't curb my appetite or make me eat less or anything else the advertising promises. I was very disappointed, and even though there is a money back guarantee attached after your first month or something, I never was able to get a refund and I spent over $100 on this product.

All in all, I'm very disappointed.

My husband ordered these and the NEXT day called to cancel the auto shipping. They even called him to confirm and ask why we were cancelling and STILL they send the next bottle and charged us $75 + change! Called and, of course, had no record of the call. DUH.... And the kicker? They don't work any better than taking two aspirins.

Got it from GMC. I tried it and it did nothing. I haven't lost anything and I have been exercising. I won't purchase this again -- very expensive and not worth it at all.

I got a sample of this, been taking it twice a day. It doesn't do what it says, plus they took 79 dollars off my debit card without my authorization
