    Do not do it.

    • New Vernon, NJ,
    • Aug 7, 2015

I fell for the advertising and their promise of a 14-day trial. The trial however starts the minute you place your order. I didn't receive the product until two days before the trial ended. I called customer service after they charged my account $97.28 to request a refund. The CSR read from a script and just kept reading the same passage over and over. When I asked for a manager I was put on hold and then the same person came back to read the same damn passage again. Unscrupulous business practices. Do not do it.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Huge Scam from disreputable company

    • Durham, NC,
    • Jul 7, 2015

Same as others have written. The hook was the $4.05 trial, but never did I see anything about a cancelation deadline and more product being shipped. I should soon learn, nothing in life is free or cheap. I have four containers all still in their mailers sitting on my dining room table, waiting to be returned to the company because I am stubborn enough to try to return them.

I was on the phone last evening for half an hour, then they cut me off (I'm angry), then on for another 1/2 hour but could not locate the appropriate credit card. They told me my phone number did not match. Well, heck, it is the only one I have. Today I went to the bank and had the debit payment stopped and tonight I will try again to obtain their mailing address. The one I have is FL, an the associate I spoke with told me they are in Salt Lake City. My next stop is Facebook. I'm warning friends.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Yes, I too fell for it and they won't give me my money back for my shipping and handling. They just keep scamming people. This needs to stop and needs to be spread world wide.

    Pure crap, what a scam

    • Garden City, MI,
    • Jul 5, 2015

Don't try it, the biggest scam ever sent it back and never got credit for it. I didn't call, lost 300.00 dollars and for what. Is Ellen crying for me or us, for that matter. What a joke and it is on me. Stupid me, don't even think it works. Stay very far from this scam.

Rejuval Skin is a scam and fraud

    • New Jersey,
    • Jun 29, 2015

Rejuval skin offers a free trial period for 4.95. By the time you get the product, (at least 7 days later), you have only 7 days to assess its claims although this is not apparent from its advertising. After 14 days of use, I saw zero visible results. I assumed the 14 day trial started from date of receipt. Wrong. It starts from date of order. When I called to cancel, I was told that I was off auto ship and I had no further charges beyond the original 4.95. They even told me they had canceled my order as of the 14 day period. I was then charged 89.75 on my credit card for a product that never worked. This is a scam. When I called customer service, they said they would listen to the recorded call and claimed the service rep did not say what I claimed. When I asked for a transcript of that call they refused. Do not use this product. They make their money by fooling you with misleading advertising and a worthless product.

I agree with everything Barbara said on May 4; my experience is practically identical, except before calling I tried just refusing the shipment unopened with a note requesting cancelation of contract on package. Like, Barbara, I was told my auto ship was ended; not true. And, like Margarita (above), when my credit card company became involved, they were put on hold for 10 minutes and assumed the co. was closed for Memorial Day.

Bottom line; I am considering calling the Better Business Bureau!

This is a scam not a good product

    • Phoenix, AZ,
    • Jun 26, 2015

This entire company is a scam, they give a thing of Rejuval skin and they start charging your card for several unwanted memberships and continue to send more product but charge very high amounts for a product does nothing.

Then they refuse to reimburse you and make very hard on you to get all the recurring charges on your card to stop, this is a horrible company, do not buy anything with them ever.

Unauthorized use of my debit card

    • Providence, RI,
    • Jun 26, 2015

I ordered the free trial which was $4.95 for shipping and handling fee only. 1/12 later one was sent two more bottles of Rejuval Skin, which was not authorized by me. I immediately called my bank and was told I was charged two payments of $ 97.90 twice. They automatically stopped payment, thank God. I would never agreed to pay such an outrageous price in the first place. I am sending bottles back immediately with a proper e-mail. Do not trust this company.

    Horrible business

    • Philadelphia, PA,
    • Jun 26, 2015

This company is extremely fraudulent, when trying to cancel this product they will leave you on hold for up to an hour and then hang up on you. Once they recognize your number they will not pick up your calls.

The only way to cancel orders is to go through your credit card company. Stay away.

    Extremely bad business

    • Arizona,
    • Jun 26, 2015

First time ordering any product via the internet, and now I understand why I shouldn't have. I called the CS dept. first spoke with Mitchell, who told me I could not get a credit refund back on my Feb. sample order that went from $4.95 to $97.28. I was unaware of an automatic shipment each month. I was told I had to return the product that is now being sent this March to receive a refund for March, but no way would I receive a refund for Feb, even if I returned the initial product. Called back when I didn't receive return info on my email as I was told I'd get. Spoke with Asher of CS, and he was hesitant to supply me with any information. Now when I have tried repeatedly to call them, they do not answer, and my call after waiting on hold, or even as it's ringing into CS disconnects. Never before have I encountered such blatant unprofessionalism. I plan to report them to the proper authorities. Buyer Beware.

    Biggest scam ever.

    • Dallas, TX,
    • Jun 26, 2015

Do not get involved with this product. A trial size of this product arrived along with another trial I had ordered. My credit card was charged three days after receiving the trial, and the trial I received had an expiration date that had already expired. I called Rejuval Skin immediately, to let them know I had just received the trial offer, and would they please reverse the charge until I decided if I wanted to keep it. I could not reach anyone on the phone, and when I e-mailed, I received very rude, short replies. I have reported the company to the BBB and am hoping everyone reads reviews before purchasing. What a sorry company and staff. Beware.

      Carol

      Peggy,

Wish I would have investigated this product before I requested the "Free Sample". Now I am fighting to get my money Reimbursed and the charges to stop. It did work for me, it made me look like a teenager again with a bad case of acne. Within 2 days of using it I broke out and looked like a needed Proactive instead of wrinkle cream.

    Beware.

    • West Hempstead, NY,
    • Jun 26, 2015

The two week trial means you order it on one date and the two weeks starts then. You receive it about five days later and you have until the 8th day to call and cancel or they charge you $97 and change on your CC on the 15th day after the order. Not only don't you have time to tell how it works (which it doesn't), they are totally uncooperative when you speak to them. I finally got them to agree to refund 1/2 the price and I would get an immediate email with the confirmation of the refund. They would not give me the number verbally. I still have not received that Email so likely I am not even getting that refund. Save your money and aggravation and run, don't walk away form this free trial.
