I was pleasantly pleased with the ease of my refi (I was looking to take out equity in my home to do a remodel). The process was very quick and easy, they are with you every step of the way, always ready to answer any questions you may have. I basically did everything online except the closing, and that was very fast and efficient done within 30 minutes.

I would definitely recommend Quicken Loans/Rocket Mortgage to my family and friends.

It took six months for us and our Rocket Mortgage Team lead by Brent Little to refinance two of our properties in order to prepare us to purchase a third. The process was well executed by a team that utilized technology well and worked closely with us to make everything move seamlessly through every stage of the documentation, and closing process. I truly believe only Rocket Mortgage could have pulled off this feat, as other lenders are still requesting for faxes or uploads to a third site. Rocket Mortgage's web interface and mobile applications do truly amaze. My wife and I were able to text comments, download, upload financial statements to work our way through the six months journey with Rocket Mortgage. We were very pleased with the end result.

I kept hearing commercials about this company. I finally decided to check out an ad on the internet. It took me to a site to see if I'd qualify for a lower interest mortgage and lower my monthly payments and literally in less than two weeks I had refinanced my mortgage, secured a lower rate, and am saving nearly $300 a month. The entire process was seamless. The people I worked with were professional, friendly and accessible. Their app and website, once you register, is so efficient and user-friendly. There is absolutely no need to go anywhere else. If you have your paperwork that they need to prep your loan, they will do the rest. An amazing, well-oiled shop they have going there.

I started looking for a house to allow my in-laws to move in with us. It took nine months to find the right house in our price range. The house we found was perfect for what we wanted to do, but not your typical house; large store on the first floor and a large "apartment" for the second floor. However, no one prior to us could get a mortgage! We were able to get it with help from Quicken.

I've been looking at buying a new house for some time. The cost was the big concern, but after contacting Quicken, it was a pretty easy process to find out how much a mortgage would cost and what I could afford. After finding that out, I kind of just browsed the Realtor and Zillow apps until I found some houses that I liked. I took my time and waited months. After finding one I wanted to make a bid on, I just had to upload requested documents to the Quicken website. Quicken reps were easy to work with and could text making it easier for me to reply while working. Many of the documents were easy to sign online. Payments were pretty easy to set up as well.

When we decided to refinance our home, it was no question that we went with Rocket Mortgage. Our previous home loan was with Quicken, and our previous experience was so fantastic that we did it again. The rates are competitive, the staff is knowledgeable, and the company has the knowledge and process down to make it easy for the customer.

The process was easy to follow, we had contact with our team at any time, and if a call back was needed, it happened very quickly.

After completing the application online, I had a question, and I was able to get an answer immediately. The process, once it is started, you can follow online to see if there is anything for you to do, or if anything else is needed. There is a checklist of items needed such as W2's, pay stubs, etc., and once the item is submitted, it is clearly marked, so you know what is left to submit. I felt very informed every step of the way, and it was once again a pleasant experience, with no stress.
