With this in mind, Saba Trim Pro is claimed to include the following ingredients:
- Advantra Z (Citrus Aurantium)

- Cocoa (bean)
- Guggulsterone E&Z
- Norcoclaurine HCL
- Pausinystalia Yohimbe extract
- Trimethylxanthine (Caffeine)
- Vitamin B12
- Vitamin B3
- Vitamin B6
It’s not disclosed exactly how much of each of these ingredients Saba Trim Pro contains, how they can help you lose weight, or how often the supplement should be taken. This is something we’ll explore further in the final section.

Can Saba Trim Pro Really Help You Lose Weight?
With more and more nutritional supplements coming online every day, and with each one claiming to provide better results than the competition, it can be difficult to discern fact from fiction. With this said, can you realistically expect Saba Trim Pro to help you lose weight? Perhaps, but carefully consider the following:
First and foremost, let’s take a closer look at each of Saba Trim Pro’s ingredients:
This is derived from the immature fruit of bitter orange, which is a natural source of p-synephrine. While some research has been performed on bitter orange in conjunction with other ingredients, WebMD states the following: “Researchers disagree on the effects of bitter orange on weight. Some research suggests that a combination of bitter orange, caffeine, and St. John’s wort might help for weight reduction when used with a low calorie diet and exercise. But another study found that a combination of bitter orange, caffeine, and several other ingredients did not help people lose weight.”
Black Pepper Extract
The Black Pepper Extract contained in Saba Trim Pro does not actually help you lose weight, but might make its other ingredients more bioavailable (e.g. increases absorption).
Some research has shown that chromium can help reduce blood sugar and insulin levels in Type II diabetics, although according to WebMD: “Taking chromium picolinate by mouth for 2 to 3 months might produce a small weight loss of about 1.1 kg. But not all studies have found this benefit.”
The flavanols contained in cocoa were the recent subject of a study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, which found that they may be useful in “preventing the development of obesity, insulin resistance, and impaired glucose tolerance during high-fat feeding.” However, this study was conducted on mice, and there remains insufficient evidence showing that it can sufficiently help humans lose weight.
This plant steroid may help decrease cholesterol synthesis in the liver, although evidence is lacking showing that it can improve weight loss.
An ingredient also found in a variety of brain health supplements, L-Tyrosine may help treat phenylketonuria and alertness, as well as depression and ADD in some instances. However, it has not been clinically shown to be effective for weight management.
Also known as Higenamine, Norcoclaurine is a stimulant that can increase heart rate and contraction, but has not been shown effective for weight loss.
Pausinystalia Yohimbe extract
Used for sexual dysfunction for centuries, Yohimbe is also well known for its stimulant properties. However, it has no been sufficiently shown to help you lose weight.
This ingredient is widely used to increase alertness and mental focus, and may also help curb appetite, although caffeine has no direct relationship to weight loss.
Vitamins B12, B6, and B3
These are all essential vitamins (part of the B complex) that play an integral role in cell metabolism. B3 helps metabolize glucose and fat, B6 deals primarily with amino acid metabolism, and B12 metabolizes carbohydrates and proteins. And while B vitamin deficiency can certainly have an impact on your health, there is insufficient evidence showing that B Vitamin supplementation can help you lose weight.
Saba Trim Pro Customer Reviews
First, a little background: Saba Trim Pro is manufactured by AMS Health Sciences, LLC, a direct marketing company that sells most of its supplements through Independent Distributors, similar to Amway and Herbalife. This is relevant here because nearly all search results for Saba Trim Pro reviews display affiliate websites for Independent Distributors, and do not represent actual customer reviews.
With this said, among the legitimate reviews we were able to locate during our research, it appears that Saba Trim Pro has a mixed online reputation, with the most common complaints referencing failure to work and skin reactions, such as hives.
Important note: Because the Independent Distributors who sell Saba Trim Pro are not required to have any background in healthcare, it’s important that you don’t take their opinion to heart when deciding whether or not the supplement is right for you. Instead, as always, you should consult with your physician.
Other Concerns Regarding Saba Trim Pro
There isn’t a product label provided on the Saba Trim Pro website, which means that you don’t know how much of the above ingredients you’ll be ingesting with each dose. However, there are at least three different stimulants contained in the supplement, so if you’re especially sensitive you might want to think twice.
Finally, if you’d like the most up-to-date information regarding nutritional supplements, what to look for, and how to identify scams, be sure to read through our Complete Buyer’s Guide.
Considering the lack of evidence showing that the ingredients contained in Saba Trim Pro can help you lose weight, mixed customer reviews, and the lack of a product label, you’ll want to consult with your physician about more effective methods of weight management.

I just tried the Saba Trim Pro for the first time today. Man what an experience that was. Within 30 minutes of taking it, I broke out in red hives all over my body, flushed face and blood shot eyes. Then comes the hot/tingly sensation and the full on racing heart and severe uncontrollable shaking. Then I went from being hot to freezing cold. I became extremely nauseous and ended up vomiting. Needless to say, Saba Trim Pro is not for me. It was more like the scare of my life.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I read the other review, I never had an allergic reaction. My friend was the representative for SABA so I tried the Trim Pro with her. She ended up losing 20 pounds. I lost 30! But that's because I actually ate semi-healthy and went to the gym for 45 minutes 5 days a week.
It works by making you not hungry for like 5 hours after you take it. At first it gives you so much energy that your hands shake. It's like 5 cups of coffee. Some say it's too much, but I liked it. After losing 30 pounds I quit going to the gym, due to laziness, and started eating even less healthy, but still took Trim Pro. It helped me maintain my weight loss, but I haven't lost any more since going from 190-160. Also I've been taking it for about 9 months and the energy thing wears off, I think your body gets used to it. Just remember to DRINK LOTS OF WATER or you might feel like crap.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
