About Sciatica SOS
Written by Glen Johnson, Sciatica SOS is a proven, drug-free home method of quickly and permanently eliminating sciatica in 7 days or less—guaranteed. How?
By revealing a daily drink that contains choice herbs and “powerful relaxing agents,” all based around a 2000-year old Nepalese trick Glen learned about from a friend of his wife’s.
Glen claims this drink will remove tense energies from your joints, muscles, tendons and nerves, which build up from repeated jolts of pain caused by your sciatica. More specifically, he claims it will “bring calm and cooling to an overly energetic body.”
In the “revolutionary,” step-by-step Sciatica SOS guide, Glen lays out all the information you’ll need to feel a sense of calm and tranquility. You’ll also be able to heal, rebalance, and naturally remove the pain, without potentially harmful drugs or surgery.
Sure, Sciatica might be 100% safe and natural, but is it actually effective for relieving sciatica pain? If not, what will?
You have questions about Sciatica SOS and we’ve got answers. To begin, let’s briefly talk about sciatica.
What is Sciatica? What Causes the Pain?
Like most types of pain, sciatica—which is signified by shooting pain, tingling, numbness, or weakness that originates in the lower back and moves through the back of the leg—is a symptom instead of a cause.
In other words, sciatica is not a diagnosis; it’s the end result of other conditions, usually one of these six:
- Lumbar herniated disc
- Degenerative disc disease
- Isthmic spondylolisthesis
- Lumbar spinal stenosis
- Piriformis syndrome
- Sacroiliac joint dysfunction
Why is this relevant to Sciatica SOS? Since sciatica has several different causes, there isn’t one single treatment (outside of taking prescription pain medication) that’s going to address all of these at the same time—including the tea that Glen reveals in this e-book.
Even then, this tea or other pain medication isn’t directly addressing the problem, it’s simply masking the symptoms (i.e. the pain). For more, be sure to read Winning the Battle Against Sciatica & Chronic Back Pain.
But what exactly does Sciatica SOS’s tea contain that doesn’t only address your pain, but that also reverses your sciatica and heals your body?
What’s Contained in Sciatica SOS’s Nepalese Tea?
The short answer? We’re not told.
In order to find out, we searched online for Nepalese teas specifically intended to address sciatica, although nothing came up (outside of affiliate sites for Sciatica SOS, of course).
However, when searching for “sciatica tea,” we came across hundreds of options, which often included ingredients like ginger, turmeric, St. Johns Wort, garlic, green tea, chamomile, and valerian. Yes, some sufferers claim that a combination of these ingredients helped relieve their sciatica pain, but in most instances, you might experience mild relief, at best.
Again, nothing specific to Nepal, but to be perfectly honest, it’s our opinion that “Glen Johnson” isn’t a real person, and that the whole story was made up to sound interesting and increase sales of Sciatica SOS.
Why do with think this? We’ll talk more in a moment, but let’s first discuss Sciatica SOS’s price.

Our Final Thoughts about Sciatica SOS
Here at HighYa, we’ve reviewed dozens of e-books that claim to treat a wide variety of incurable conditions, such as Navajo Restore My Hearing System, Restore Lost Hair, Hair Loss Protocol, and many others. What do they all have in common?
Other than the fact that we’re told next to nothing about how they work or the ingredients they use, based on customer feedback, they’re often just filled with information you can probably find online for free in a matter of minutes.
The fact is that while there are some things you can do to relieve your sciatica pain, if it’s significantly impacting your life (or causes you to experience frequent pain), you’ll need to speak with your physician. Remember, as we mentioned at the beginning, there can be multiple causes of Sciatica, and only your physician can recommend treatments based on your diagnosis.
In a worst-case scenario, this might include surgery to help you find some relief.
After all, even between two people with the same cause of sciatica, their bodies can respond completely differently to treatments. In other words, what works well for you might not work at all for someone else.
Our final verdict on Sciatica SOS? We think your money would be much better spent making an appointment with your doctor.

A MUST read for sciatica sufferers!
My sciatica had started after a traffic accident, and two years later, I would still have periods of shooting pain from my glute down to my ankle, and I had weakness in my knee and foot. Of course, I was using NSAIDS during flare ups to control the pain, but they are really harsh on the stomach. I learned about Sciatica SOS from Facebook, and it DOES work!
It involves using natural herbs which have known potent anti-inflammatory properties (the author even provides some references to medical journals in the book), movements to re-align the nerve, and lifestyle medication such as small changes in the way you sleep that make a world of difference.
Don't disregard this just because it is "natural," because natural IS the way to better health!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Sciatica not completely gone but better
I purchased Sciatica SOS program about three months back, partly in frustration to the doctors’ apparent inability to give me anything that would bring me relief for more than a few days. I think I had read this (or another review) and was feeling skeptical, but my mother is a huge believer in natural cures (e.g. she would use tea tree oil on boils and have them gone in 1-2 days, garlic for colds, turmeric for joint pain, etc.), so I was open to it. Moreover, the website has a PayPal-verified money back guarantee in place, so you can always claim a refund if the ebook is not satisfying.
Some elements of the pitch are exaggerated and misleading, for example, the famous "tea" is not actually a tea, but more of a "juice" that you make by blending. The taste sure takes a while to get used to, or you never do. And there are some chiropractic-like movements involved (ironic since chiropractors are slated in the pitch). And you’ll need more than five minutes per day. Those are the main "cons."
As for "pros," Glen (or whatever his non-pen name is) is actually VERY responsive. My first email was before I ever purchased it and I got a reply after a couple of hours. He kept good contact throughout. Second, you DO notice an improvement in a few days, but I did not achieve a complete cure in seven days.
I still have some jolts shooting from my buttocks sometimes, but the pain is definitely much less, and I do have my mobility back. Considering this is achieved without medications (hence no side effects), I am a happy customer.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
