  • CoreMotives – Uses Microsoft Dynamic CRM to help boost your ROI without requiring you to download any additional software. Pricing is based on your specific needs.
  • PlaceP​unch – This product focuses primarily on creating personalized interactions with your mobile customers. Prices start at $500 per month.
  • Transact – Provides fresh in-house messaging capabilities, all based on your existing technology. Prices are based on your specific needs.
  • Visitor Insight – Allows you to view detailed data about the visitors to your site, such as who they are and how they arrived. Prices start at $250 per month.

    Fraudulent contract practices

    Silverpop, as a platform, is a solid solution and does advanced segmentation and email marketing well. It is their contracting practices that are deceitful and incredulous.

    We originally signed up for a 12-month contract (as an agency). When we got to the end of our first year, we were on the fence of whether or not we would continue and if the value was there. We told our rep that we were not sure if we would renew or not and that we would hold off on approving a new contract until we had clarity. After about three months, we had decided not to continue but had been being sent invoices for the past three months anyways.

    We were then told that the contract had a provision for which is AUTOMATICALLY renewed (for an ENTIRE YEAR), and it didn't matter if we were using it or not. So even though we clearly communicated that we were not ready to sign another agreement (and didn't), the fact that they even sent one to sign was just a smokescreen for the fact that our deal had automatically renewed.

    We will be litigating with IBM / Silverpop over this practice, and they have been extremely uncooperative or helpful in resolving the situation. Would strongly recommend NOT doing business with these kinds of practices.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
