Simply Fit Board

I ordered the board, mat, and DVD, received a confirmation of my order, received an email that it was being shipped, then they billed me twice and shipped 2 boards, mats, and DVDs. When I called them they said that it was my problem and that they could not provide me with a credit until they receive the duplicate order back. I have to ship and then once they receive it 5 days later it would still take another 3-5 business days. The rep said sorry nothing I can do, and also had the nerve to say maybe I hit the button twice. I shared I received one confirmation and one order number for one board. The charges created an overdraw on my bank account. Their mistake became my problem. Watch your bank accounts it looks like they are boosting sales through double shipments.

Very poor customer service. It took over 3 weeks for my delivery. Very difficult to find customer service contact information on the website. The product is okay to use, but the whole website, customer services needs improvement. I would not recommend to anyone to go on the website to try to order. Very disappointed that was backed by on of the sharks on Shark Tank.

I put my order in on 11/29 and it's "Out of stock" and won't be "Expected, not guaranteed" delivered on "Expected delivery of Jan 02, 2017." And there is no customer service whatsoever to ask if a different color is available?

I love the board, but when I went to order the Advanced workout DVD, which I quote, their website says:

These Advanced full body workouts are not included on the Basic DVD.

HOWEVER, it is an outright copy of the last three videos of the original DVD.

I was sent two replacements, and the fifth time I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told I would be given a credit. That was just today, so I will see if I receive the credit.

Three people have told me that they were different workouts, but the last person said it was a review of the original. Why do they sell it and claim it is different? I wish I could let the owners know what is being done.

I would recommend the board, but buy it at WalMart. Same board, same price, same DVD.

I feel misled, and this board does very little to tone your abs and really hurts your legs, leaving you with the feeling that you ran five miles.

In my opinion, the advertisers of this product mislead you by saying it is great for burning calories and losing weight when in reality, all this board is good for is improving your balance. What the heck!

I have used this board for about one hour, 15 minutes each day, and my legs hurt so bad that I might just find a different workout. I am VERY upset that I even bought this board! I would have to twist my brains out just to loose a few lousy pounds.

The first time I used the Simply Fit Board, it flew across the floor one way, and I flew the other way. I broke both wrists. Nowhere on the pamphlet does it say to use it on a mat or carpet. Maybe that is just common sense (as my husband pointed out to me) but not everyone is so blessed. So if you do purchase this product, please be careful and don't use it while you're home alone.

I ordered the product on December 3, 2016, and after not receiving it in the mail I checked the status online, and it stated it was out of stock.

I didn't understand how they were able to sell something without even having it in stock? They should have at least warned me that it would take longer to receive because I had ordered this for a Christmas gift. When I called the number on December 20th, I was told it would be another week, and I have now called back on January 4, 2017, to only be told that the order wouldn't be shipped until at least the middle of January.

Although it was easy to cancel my order, I am very frustrated with this service, not to mention I have been out a Christmas gift.

I ordered my board last December 30th, a lime green one. I received a notice that they were out of the green, but I could get a different color and not have to wait. I opted for an orange one.

I received the board around the 15th of January, but ONLY the board. It was to have two DVD's and instructions with it. I called right away, and they said they were having problems with their system and they would get the DVD's and instructions out right away (although I had to call back the next day to complete the transaction because their system was down then). I called back, and they said they were still having problems, but as soon as possible, they would take care of the matter.

It is now February 6th, and I still have nothing. I called in again and am told they will get this in the mail ASAP, but normal shipping takes 7-10 days. I am thoroughly upset with them and wish I could talk to Laurie (from Shark Tank), to let her know how poorly it is run!

This board works great, and I love it. I use it three times a week and have lost weight and improved my balance. But tonight, when I was on it, it split right down the middle. What good is it if it breaks? Is this so you have to keep buying more?

It's a terrible product!

It moves all over the place and doesn't stay in one place. One time I went in a full circle! I tried it with a yoga mat, and the yoga mat moves with it. I tried it with a carpet, and it doesn't work either. It doesn't even feel like a workout either.

It is a waste of money; just go to the gym instead.

I spent $120 for the board, the matt, and the DVD.

I used it for three days and had a hard time balancing while twisting. The fourth day I woke up and couldn't put any weight on my knee due to pain. The pain progressively got worse and I experienced pain in my calf and around the ankle. After x-rays and a hospital visit, I found out that I have a lateral strain and fluid under the knee cap from the injury. The fluid is seeping out and going down my leg, which is causing the muscle pain in my calf and around the ankle. I am on pain killers and anti-inflammatories and am scheduled for an ultrasound for a better look at the damage. I have missed three weeks of work and am couch bound.

This product is the worst. I was fine until I used it. Not only did I lose the expense of the product, but due to the pain and suffering I have been having, I also have three weeks of lost wages. It also has stopped me from my usual exercise.
