Simply Fit Board

I'm 69 years old and my doctor wanted me to do something to build my core. Four years ago, I had gastric bypass surgery and even though I lost a lot of weight, my core became weak. I hate to exercise and had tried many things. I even hated yoga. I saw the show with Lori and the Workout Board and decided to try it. I LOVE IT. I use it every day, my core is building, and my balance is becoming better all the time. I'm walking straighter and have so much more energy. We've only been using it for a month and love it. I add time to my workout every day without even realizing it. My husband uses it also and we are both enjoying the heck out of it. It doesn't feel like exercising and works. Thanks, Lori. I ordered my board on 10/16. I got the confirmation email on 10/17 and still don't have my board. Today, the customer service rep said that the shipping delay was FedEx's fault. I felt like he was not listening to my frustration that it was ordered 10/17 and I still don't have it.

The projected receive date is now 11/5, but it keeps getting pushed back.

I'm not only disappointed that I still don't have the board, but that after talking with customer service I was more frustrated.

I won't be recommending this company to any of my friends.

I'm not too sure about this product. It doesn't seem like it works my core but more so my calves. It's ok but I wouldn't use this as my main workout. The shipping was so SLOW and I paid for FAST shipping. They forgot to put in the advanced CD workout I ordered (which was an extra $10), and when I called about it, the girl just said we are shipping it to you soon. There was no awareness on how to speak with customers. No one seemed to teach them how to say, "I apologize for not bringing that to you, etc." I will still try and use it but it doesn't seem to work the body parts it claims to.

I have been using the board for 30 minutes every day, religiously everyday. I have not experienced any significant weight loss. I have been in the same 7-pound range for three months. I know because I am keeping a daily log. I had hoped this would be a fun routine for losing a few extra pounds. Not so for my efforts.

I do feel like I have a better sense of balance, and maybe a little more flexibility, but no real results for weight loss.

My review is that this product, while fun, does not deliver the weight loss suggested.

I placed an order on Oct. 27th. Twelve days later the payment had not cleared my bank and I had not received my board. I called again and was told there was a problem with my card and a letter had been sent to me, which I never received. I tried to order again, was told board would be mailed the next day, Nov. 14th. I waited 3 days and checked my bank and saw no payment had been made. I called again and was once again told there was still a problem with my card. That is funny because since I placed the original order I have used the card for 13 payments. I told the girl to cancel my order. I can't understand why someone could not have called me instead of me waiting on a letter that never came.

My sister and I both bought one. I've only had my fit board for a couple of weeks now, so I am not sure yet if there is any weight loss, but I am hopeful. I try to do a 3-5 minute workout at my desk each hour. I share it with my coworkers who then do a 3-5 minute at their desk. We all love it and I agree with another review writer's comment, my balance does seem to be getting better and the board isn't walking as much. I'm pretty much staying in the same spot. You can even do squats while you are twisting. I promise you if you use it, you'll feel you are using it in your muscles. I'm hoping for some muscle toning more than weight loss. I'm happy with my purchase. I think you get what you put into it. This is my humble opinion.

I ordered this board and returned it after 30 days because I would not use it. On 11/4/16 I called the customer service desk and asked about my credit, was told the credit had not been issued for some reason. They said the credit would be issued 3 to 5 business days. NO CREDIT so I just called again 12/1 and was told the account has not been credited because my credit card did not go through. I use this credit card every single day, no reason why this would not have gone through. Customer service once again said they would send this thru the accounting office to credit my account but would not give me a number to call them directly. Just beware if you order and want to return - good luck getting your credit.

Not a happy customer.

I purchased the Simply Fit Board after seeing it on Shark Tank. My husband and I exercise regularly, and I thought this would be a nice addition at night after our kids go to bed. The board was easy to use, but neither of us ever got that sore, burning feeling. We only had the board for 35 days, and it cracked in two. The board instructions say it will hold up to 400 lbs. My husband weighs 200 lbs, and I only weigh 145 lbs, so size was not an issue.

Dunham's Sports only has a 30-day return policy (with or without a receipt), so they advised me to contact the company. When you go to the website, it says 100% return guarantee, but that is only if you purchase the board through them. No one will take it back, so we lost $40. If we had the board for a year then I wouldn't feel so duped but we purchased it on 6/3/17, and it cracked last night (7/7/17). Do not buy this board.

So I bought this board thinking I could improve my core strength. Instead, I'm now almost immobile. I have injured my SI Joint and now am in awful pain daily. I saw a chiropractor who said that was a bad idea for exercise. I will be seeing another doctor tomorrow for an MRI. This board has ruined my life.

I ordered the board, mat, and DVD, received a confirmation of my order, received an email that it was being shipped, then they billed me twice and shipped 2 boards, mats, and DVDs. When I called them they said that it was my problem and that they could not provide me with a credit until they receive the duplicate order back. I have to ship and then once they receive it 5 days later it would still take another 3-5 business days. The rep said sorry nothing I can do, and also had the nerve to say maybe I hit the button twice. I shared I received one confirmation and one order number for one board. The charges created an overdraw on my bank account. Their mistake became my problem. Watch your bank accounts it looks like they are boosting sales through double shipments.
