Not worth it

By Steve, Lebanon, MO, Verified Reviewer

I bought this for my wife as she wanted to tone up her waist, hips, etc. She works in a manufacturing warehouse, so she is in decent shape.

The first time she used it, she had sore muscles around her tailbone area. She waited until it eased up and used it one more time. This time, however, she hurt more and ended up going to a chiropractor and a massage therapist. She won't use the board anymore as the massage therapist advised her not to as it is the worse thing you can do to tone up. She recommended sitting in an office type swivel chair with feet on the floor and swivel back and forth. She gets the same type of workout without hurting herself.

This cost me over $130 (for the board and office visits). I don't think the board is worth it.

Destroyed my new floor

By Kim, Pennsylvania, Verified Reviewer

While using the Simply Fit Board, the friction of using it caused a peeling hole in my linoleum floor.

If you use this, place carpet or a mat down under it. It destroyed my new flooring!

Not at all easy as you see on commercial

By Ronnie B, Queens, NY, Verified Reviewer

I bought this Fit Board because I kept seeing the commercials and I thought to myself, this product looks easy to use and I can burn calories simply by watching TV and twisting. Boy, was I was surprised at how hard that it was. I also purchased the mat along with it because I have hardwood floors.

It was really difficult to balance on this board and move side to side without feeling or actually falling off. I also had other members of my family try out the board who are more fit and agile. They fell off the board too. I packaged this product up so quick and returned to store for a refund.

Do not purchase this. It is not as easy as they make it seems.

Injury

By Michelle Fishback, Texas, Verified Reviewer

So I bought this board thinking I could improve my core strength. Instead, I'm now almost immobile. I have injured my SI Joint and now am in awful pain daily. I saw a chiropractor who said that was a bad idea for exercise. I will be seeing another doctor tomorrow for an MRI. This board has ruined my life.

Board broke in two

By D. Scott, Wapakoneta, OH, Verified Reviewer

I purchased the Simply Fit Board after seeing it on Shark Tank. My husband and I exercise regularly, and I thought this would be a nice addition at night after our kids go to bed. The board was easy to use, but neither of us ever got that sore, burning feeling. We only had the board for 35 days, and it cracked in two. The board instructions say it will hold up to 400 lbs. My husband weighs 200 lbs, and I only weigh 145 lbs, so size was not an issue.

Dunham's Sports only has a 30-day return policy (with or without a receipt), so they advised me to contact the company. When you go to the website, it says 100% return guarantee, but that is only if you purchase the board through them. No one will take it back, so we lost $40. If we had the board for a year then I wouldn't feel so duped but we purchased it on 6/3/17, and it cracked last night (7/7/17). Do not buy this board.

Cracked Fit Board

By Sandra Sewire Williams, New Orleans, LA, Verified Reviewer

I've had my Simply Fit Board for quite some time now, and with that being said, while using it today, it cracked. So my question is, will they replace it and has this happened before? And if so, how often and has anything done to correct this problem?

Buyer beware

By Susan Reese, Blairsville, GA, Verified Reviewer

Even though the board is advertised to support weights of 400 pounds, I only weigh 126 and my board has cracked down the middle. I went to the QVC site which is where I purchased the board, and it seems they no longer sell this item.

I am very disappointed as I did enjoy using it prior to it cracking.

Cracked

By Candy Brown McCue, Michigan, Verified Reviewer

It cracked down the middle, and I'm only 185 pounds. I only used a couple of times. So not worth the price I paid. Bummer, very disappointing. And because I've had it longer then 60 days I'm screwed. It says 400 pounds, but that's not true at all, so think twice before buying. It is not a good investment.

Don't waste your money

By Lori F., Massachusetts, Verified Reviewer

I just tried the Simply Fit Board. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you just want to work on a balance issue or are recovering from an ankle injury. I am 58 years old and I found the workout to be nothing more than what you can do in your own home with a couple of weights. The video included was boring, the music was annoying, and there was no motivation for even a beginner to get excited about.

I originally saw the Simply Fit board on Shark Tank and thought it looked fun. When it was featured on The View at a reduced price, I decided to try it. The first disappointment was the tiny mat that is included. The second and biggest disappointment was that the exercises are nothing special and nothing specific to the Simply Fit Board. I can do squats and sit-ups without spending extra money on a useless piece of equipment. And there are plenty of free workout videos available online that are much more engaging than the 80's style video included with the Simply Fit Board. I am in the process of trying to return mine for a refund.

SimplyFit Board product review

By Terry C., Staunton, VA, Verified Reviewer

I've had four boards in two years. I paid for the first board and the other three boards were free, in which I was grateful. I can no longer get a free board because the warranty has expired. There's a defect in this product because it keeps breaking. I'm using the board correctly and I don't weigh over 500 pounds. I'm very disappointed that they don't stand by their product. I was offered a discount if I wanted a new board but this isn't an option if it keeps breaking.

Simply broke

By Terry M., Hillsdale, MI, Verified Reviewer

I purchased my Simply Fit board on eBay a little over a year ago. I use it for 5 minutes or less 5 days a week. I weigh less than 200 lbs (less than half of the posted 400 lb capacity of the board). This morning I got on the board and it snapped in half, almost causing me to fall to the floor! It gets your heart rate up so it can burn calories, but the board needs to be thicker or reinforced so it won't break in half.
