About SpecForce Alpha
Brought to you by Todd Lamb, a SWAT team leader and fitness consultant, SpecForce Alpha claims to be a scientifically proven tactical fitness system that can help you lose weight and increase muscle size and strength using a specific sequence of bodyweight exercises. And according to Todd, these exercises can help you achieve a “power physique” based on “behavioral research” that can naturally attract women and demand respect from other men.
Although Todd doesn’t provide any details about the exercises or nutritional information contained in the SpecForce Alpha program, he claims that these “previously non-disclosed techniques” can increase testosterone and human growth hormone (HGH) production, reduce estrogen production, and decrease “male feminization.”
Are you tired of having a weak, flabby body? Do you want to command attention as soon as you walk into a room? If so, should you try SpecForce Alpha, or is it a waste of your time and money? Consider the following:
What Types of Exercises Are Contained in SpecForce Alpha?
In short, we’re not told. We are informed that SpecForce Alpha contains a series of bodyweight exercises and nutrition information that can help you achieve a more manly body, but zero specifics are provided.
With this said, there are dozens of websites that offer similar types of exercises (often for free), which you can see for yourself by typing the phrase “military bodyweight exercises” into your favorite search engine. Granted, most of these free programs won’t provide nutritional information, although the SpecForce Alpha website also doesn’t provide any details here either, so there’s no way to discern how well it stacks up against the competition.
What is “Concurrent Lipolysis?”
In fact, the only specific we’re told about the SpecForce Alpha system is that it uses “concurrent lipolysis workout and nutrition principles.” But what in the world is this?
Lipolysis is “the breakdown of lipids and involves hydrolysis of triglycerides into glycerol and free fatty acids,” which is initiated by a variety of different chemicals in the human body, including testosterone. In layman’s terms, lipolysis is basically the breakdown of fat, and concurrent is simply defined as “happening at the same time.”
When taken together, it appears Todd is referencing that the SpecForce Alpha program simultaneously increases testosterone production and boosts the breakdown of fat. However, as we mentioned in our Do Testosterone Boosters Really Work? article, there are no known natural ingredients (whether ingested through diet or nutritional supplements) that can boost testosterone levels, so at best, we consider SpecForce Alpha’s claims to be suspect.
Who is Todd Lamb?
Although Todd Lamb claims to be a SWAT team leader and tactical fitness consultant, searching for his name online only displays results directly related to SpecForce Alpha.
Because of this, Todd Lamb is an alias at best, and a completely fictional individual at worst.
Are Men Getting Shredded with SpecForce Alpha?
Like most products sold through Clickbank, SpecForce Alpha is marketed through a network of independent affiliates who earn commissions for each sale of the program they refer. Because of this, these affiliates will often create fake customer review blogs that will actually look somewhat legit, but are actually filled with more marketing fluff to get you to buy it through them (and they will earn money off of your sale). In general, if you read a “review” that also contains a purchasing link, this should raise a big red flag in your mind.
Outside of affiliates, there weren’t any online customer reviews for SpecForce Alpha available at the time of our research.
SpecForce Alpha Pricing & Refund Policy
The SpecForce Alpha program is priced at $37, and is available for immediate download as soon as your order is placed.
Along with your order, you’ll also receive The 7-Day Testosterone Solution and the Black Ops MacroFlex Diet app as free bonus gifts.
Like all products sold through Clickbank, SpecForce Alpha comes with a 60-day refund policy. In order to request a refund, you’ll need to contact customer service at 800-390-6035.
Can SpecForce Alpha Give You the Body You Desire?
Chopping to the Point: Without any details about the bodyweight exercises or nutritional information contained in the SpecForce Alpha program, and without any legitimate online customer reviews, it’s impossible to say whether or not the program will work as advertised.
However, because there aren’t any exercises or dietary supplements that have been clinically proven to boost testosterone levels (which appears to be the basis of the entire program), it’s our opinion that SpecForce Alpha won’t provide anywhere near the results claimed by “Todd Lamb.”
