I ordered a product from a Storenvy store (Atelier Dream) in late March. After waiting a month, I finally contacted the seller. She claimed she'd been on vacation, but was working on my order and would send it the next day. Six weeks later, I still hadn't received anything. I tried contacting the store owner, but no luck in receiving any response. So I contacted Storenvy directly. After a couple weeks I received an email telling me they were unable to get a hold of the store owner so they had shut her store down, and they recommended I file a PayPal dispute to get my money back. I heard from the store owner a week or so later, saying the order "must've gotten lost in the mail" and that she would send another one. She said she would refund my money for the inconvenience. Well, thankfully I did get my full refund, but I never received the order and it's now nearly three months after I placed my initial order. Her store is still up on Storenvy (despite them claiming to have shut her down), and I'm absolutely appalled by the whole situation. It's disgraceful. In short: Do Not Buy From Storenvy.

The support started out okay although it has never been possible to actually talk to someone. They did, at least, respond to emails to support and the case form system worked. Now, all the sudden, they do not respond to emails directly to support other than to direct one to the system of filling out a case form. However, the cases get wiped out with no resolution. This is the worst support I've ever seen.

Other than support, it is a good place to sell. However,, when does one decide that if they can't get their support issues fixed they need to move on?

Storenvy has proven to be a fantastic website to build my business on and the interface is so easy to navigate through and your store front is very easy to customize.

As a seller I think this is the perfect platform to start off your business - everything is free.

Last fall I had ordered a couple of choker necklaces from the Storeenvy shop ChokeHer. I had ordered a few times before and always loved them! This time I had forgotten to put my apartment number, so I quickly reached out to the owner and received no response. Weeks go by, and she finally responds and says it is not her problem that I had forgot to put the number, and that the package had been lost in the mail trying to make it back to her. She offered no refund and was EXTREMELY rude about the whole situation. I was a paying customer who had been buying from her for a year.

Unprofessional is the way I would describe this shop. And I never received the items or a refund, and it has been 6-8 months, when she stated she would get in contact with me had the necklaces made their way back to her through postage. A waste of money and time on my part when the owner could've checked the multiple emails and direct messages I had sent with the problem I had BEFORE she shipped out the products.

I ordered from them, it took around five weeks to get the despatch email, but then they never showed up. I’ve contacted them via email and their site but received no response.

I would highly recommend not buying from them; it’s definitely a scam.

I ordered an LED light from MILK TEAS, which I guess is in the same company as Storeenvy. I actually check my email quite frequently and the only thing I have gotten from them was a discount, new product emails, and then the email with my order and my receipt.

This was my first time ordering from their store, and I will NEVER purchase from them ever again! I spent a total of $26.99 plus the store fee.

It has been eight weeks since I've ordered from their store and I have been eagerly waiting for my package to come in and day after day, nothing came. About three weeks ago I emailed the Milk Teas store, I messaged them on Instagram, and I have yet to get a response. I even emailed the company also, and guess what? NOTHING!

Do NOT order from them! All of their stuff is a scam, and they will just take your money.

I have been selling on Storenvy for about four years now. There are a lot of problems with this company. When I signed up, this was a completely free place to sell over time, and that has changed greatly, so that not only I receive additional fees, my customers are charged between $.99 and $3.99 per transaction by Storenvy.

They also snipe my regular customers using their automated email service. The reason this matters to me because a customer that I made through social media may purchase from me again based on an official Storenvy email, at which time Storenvy takes a whopping 10% out of my pocket calling it a "marketplace sale," which is very misleading. As things change, they are making thousands of dollars off of my customers and me alone with very little improvement to their site.

Their shipping labels are through a third party (who upcharges the rates) and does not allow me to print labels for international orders OR print two labels for a single transaction, in case a customer orders items that ship separately. These labels have to be purchased individually, are then emailed to me, they must be downloaded and printed one at a time. This is far from efficient and has been the system for years. And still, there is no app for the buyer or sellers, and very few tools that benefit me.

The worst thing of all, Storenvy sometimes loses orders placed at my store. I will receive the money from a customer, the item will be removed from my inventory, but NO record of the purchase! I look over my finances closely and find this at least once a year. If I were to miss it, this customer would never receive their item because I would not know that it sold, nor would I have any of their personal information. This is also a problem for my own record-keeping.

I contacted Storenvy about this once a couple of years ago, and I was told the employee that handles this was in a terrible motorcycle accident. This is terrible but still seems like a very unprofessional reply in my opinion. I am currently looking to leave Storenvy shortly, and feel other sellers should do the same and quit lining the pockets of these slackers. Seeing the reviews here, I also see this marketplace has been tainted by irresponsible shop owners, this is not good for those of us that work hard to please our customers.

I order a pair of $30 for a concert and it's been two weeks and I never even got an email saying that it's shipped. I've wrote them at least four times and haven't got a single response.

There is no way to put reviews up on each individual store, so it's impossible to know if the store is real or not. I ordered a sweater from a fake store and it never came in, and the store shut down quickly afterward. The same thing happened to my friend.

Yes, there are good, legit stores on the site, but it's always a gamble. Storenvy also tends to have higher prices than other sites offering the same product, and there are rarely any sales. I do not recommend to anyone.

I ordered a keychain from the Shopenvy store for a friend's birthday and while I ordered the item a week and a half before her birthday (according to their site it would take 7-10 days), it is now three weeks past it. I received an email from the store about a week ago saying that my package had shipped, but here it is a week later and I still have not received it. So I called the post office and they said the package had not even been given to the post office yet. Of the six emails I've sent, the store has only gotten back to me once with a very vague response. Do not buy from this place.

I ordered a candle from Wick'ed Bling Jewelry Candles. I never got my candle and no replies to any of my emails. And the page to store is gone. Storenvy hasn't got back to me either on the subject.
