Phenomenal customer service. Sent 3 shipments, even overnight. Shipped the last package directly to my hotel, at no additional charge, to make perfectly sure that I had the correct size for the whole tux ensemble in time for the wedding event. Forgot borrowed cufflinks and sent them back by mistake. The customer service person without hesitation was committed to return the items after receipt of the return shipment. Excellent customer service at the post-sale, post-event stage makes this company even more remarkable.

The suit I ordered fit me perfectly after I so easily put in my measurements. They made sure I got my suit a week before my event, even though I ordered it late, and their customer service was incredible. The boxing and packaging was absolutely 5 star material on any scale and I will definitely rent from them again in the near future without doubting their variety of suits will suit my need.

Extremely reliable, delivered ahead of the wedding, with enough time to deliver another tux because the first one was too big, and another pair of shoes because I had given my size in UK sizes, not US. All contact with staff was excellent, they were all super helpful, polite and patient, giving the reassurance one needs when there's lots to organize for a wedding. I could not have asked for a better service. These guys rock!

From the first contact to arrange my at-home try on, to the easy return the process, it could not have been any easier.

None of my groomsmen nor I were in the same city, and one was 1,800 miles away. The Black Tux made the measurement process, receiving the tuxedos, and returning them so easy. We all received our tuxedos on time, with a try-on time, and were contacted by our personal concierge to see if everything fit well. It is an amazing concept and executed flawlessly. And most of all, we all looked great on the wedding day.

I was skeptical about ordering a tux online, but I'm glad I did. The quality of the tux was great. The price was better than any I had gotten from the local stores. And, the customer service was superior. I had to exchange my son's tux for a larger size, and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A great and easy way to have an awesome suit for my boyfriend to wear in Vegas for his 30th, without having to travel with it! I surprised him with this (not something he would ever pay for himself), and he loved it.

The only issue (not really an issue) was how it gets delivered 14 days before an event, an option regarding that would be nice. I understand the reasoning for a wedding or something more important than just a weekend in Vegas, but we had it delivered to our hotel, and they wouldn't hold an item for two weeks. To get around this, I had to submit the order with a future date so it would only be at our hotel for two days prior to our arrival and just hope for the best!

Renting this tux was seriously one of the most painless tasks I've ever had to do. I admit I had much skepticism about getting a properly fitted tux, from a website, shipped in a box, sight unseen. Easy maybe, but no way this thing is going to look right.

I was way wrong. Somehow these folks packed an incredibly good looking tux, with ALL the accouterments, in a box the size of a briefcase, and it comes out looking flawless. Additionally, the fit was absolutely perfect, and I loved the online DIY measurements option. I'll never go anywhere for a tux again!

I am going to be honest and say I was quite nervous getting my fiance's suit in the mail, but now I want to constantly rent suits from The Black Tux!

First off, they allowed my fiance to get a free suit trial, which put us at ease. The only issue we had was getting the groomsmen to measure themselves (since that is hard to ask a guy, but I figured they would prefer that over having to go into a store). The suits all arrived plenty early. I sent pictures of the suit on my fiance, and the customer service team was able to help tell me if there was anything that wasn't fitting properly (since I don't know much about suits). The shoes were awesome that came with the suit, and they came with free socks! Woohoo, haha.

The guys all looked wonderful, and it was very easy to return the suits. It comes with a return label and a box, and if you don't want to bring the box to the wedding (like one of our groomsmen who flew cross-country), they'll even give you a credit if you have to buy a box. All around amazing customer service and quality!

I have purchased two tuxedos and thought the most recent one I bought might last a while. When I tried it on for my daughter's upcoming wedding, it was actually too big, and out of style from a fit perspective.

When I took it to a friend, who happens to be a high-end tailor and suit maker, he agreed that the tux was really not worth the work (and cost) to make it "current." We started down the path of a new tux, and when I told him I hardly ever wore one, he suggested TheBlackTux.com. I was a little surprised, but willing to give it a try. He used to be in the tux business and despite his poor opinion of the quality of rental tuxedos, he suggested The Black Tux based on a previous experience with another of his clients.

He took my measurements and then I placed my order. After entering my measurements and reviewing my order, a Black Tux fit specialist emailed me to suggest a different jacket size. My bigger concern was the inseam on the pants, and so I stuck with the jacket size I originally ordered, and he assured me they would get the pants right.

As promised, the tux came two weeks prior to the wedding, and while the pants fit great, the jacket was a bit too big. I emailed the Fit Specialist and without saying "I told you so," The Black Tux sent a new jacket (the size that was recommended by the fit specialist). I got that in plenty of time as well, and it all worked and looked great. The quality was excellent, the fit was excellent, the service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. The wedding was absolutely beautiful, and the father of the bride looked pretty darn good (if I do say so myself) in a tux that was in style and fit great.

On Monday, it was easy to simply put the tux back in the box it came in and ship it back with the prepaid label. What a great concept and a great experience. During all of this, I got an invitation for another wedding - a black tie wedding (so much for not wearing a tux that often)! So, I just placed another order with The Black Tux. That pretty much says it all I think.

1st time user of the service. Used the online measuring tools instead of going to a tailor and was initially worried about it fitting correctly, but the fit was awesome and looked great for the wedding! Kudos to the algorithm. Super easy and convenient with everything being shipped to your doorstep.
