Just looking to sell their products.

They seem like a nice enough couple. However, their plan is pretty much all about just selling you their very overpriced products. We have learned nothing because every email is one of their infomercials.

    Absolutely a rip-off!

    Bait and switch

Horrible sign up process, asking you to buy an add-on with every click, which gets more and more confusing, and of which I declined. I thought I had signed up only for the $27 30-day challenge. I was actually charged $67 for I have no idea what. I have emailed twice and called once, and am yet to talk to a person. I am reporting it as a fraudulent charge to my credit card company tomorrow.

    Scam

Where do I begin? I first was looking at the 30-Day Challenge that I found through Facebook and the ordering process was horrible (taking you from screen to screen) and very confusing. So at one point, it kept telling me my order wasn't complete and I then decided I was fed up and got out of the site only to find one day when I got home I received "The Paleo Secret" and a charge on my credit card for $67.

I immediately tried to contact them and couldn't get through. They kept me on hold and then a recording would come on and say "all agents are assisting other customers and that your call is very important to us and leave a message and we will get back to you." What a crock! Three weeks later and many calls at all times of the day and night and still no response!

Then I went to the support site and that was no help either. They gave an address to return, but there is no other information. I am so ticked off! In the meantime, I have this piece of garbage so-called book that is more like a magazine and I can't get through to return.

Be careful when dealing with this company!

I ordered the 30-day challenge Paleo Digital and book at $67 (thought it was $37), and ordered a recipe book (thought it was $31 but turned out it was $87). Then I was charged for 2 or 3 months of pills I didn't even order.

After making my purchase I checked my bank account 2 minutes thereafter and found that $304 was taken out of my account instead of $68.

Do NOT give these people your credit card information! They will not honor what they say and refund you your money! I am turning them over to the Better Business Bureau with all my documents of my emails with Simone Santana in customer support. Documents do not lie! She sent me half of my refund of $150 and promised to send me the balance of my refund when she received the package of pills back and did not. Now she refused to send me my money.

    This is a joke

Do not under any circumstance sign up for this. This is a scam to sell you more things under the guise of Lexicon Health. Most of it is subpar information you could have gathered anywhere for free. Lots of pictures and testimonials, but no real substance. These books are overrated, and the quality is that of a poorly developed PDF.

    Not worth the money

The emails you get are daily ads to get you to buy products. The actual information is minimal, the books are not helpful, and it's a total waste of money. There is plenty of information online for free, or you can buy books that are actually helpful and informative. This program is neither.

    Not given refund

I ordered $1424.95 in supplements from the coach who had called me the next day after I signed up. Yes. That's a lot of money, and I feel stupid for being suckered.

I called back two hours later and asked for a refund because I had changed my mind. I do not have the product, AND I do not have a refund to my credit card yet. It has been 17 days since my first phone call to inquire about a refund. They said they needed to wait to make sure it hadn't been shipped and needed to email their warehouse. Approximately, $1200 of the order was never shipped and that was confirmed. The other product was shipped, and I returned it with a tracking number because they said they needed that back before they would refund anything (they don't do partial refunds I was told). The tracking number confirmed that it was delivered and received 6 days ago.

When I called to get my refund, I got another runaround saying that they needed confirmation from the warehouse itself because I guess the USPS isn't enough? I was told they would call me when they got a response. They never called. I have been trying to call them back (customer service), and I always get asked to leave my name and number (by a recording) and that someone will return my call. I have called every day for the last 3 days and can't get through and am still waiting for my calls to be returned. Meanwhile, I'm sick to my stomach with the thought that they still have my $1424.95 and all the product. It's been 17 days! Still waiting...Please don't get taken advantage of like I did.

    This is a huge scam.

I gave this one star because there isn't an option for negative stars. This is a scam all the way. You can't get out of the website unless you order something, and then when you cancel it, they tell you no problem. Well, they don't cancel it, and then you can't seem to get a refund. I'm contacting my credit card company, Better Business Bureau and posting on Facebook that this is not a trustworthy company. Steer clear on this one.

Refused to stand by money back guarantee

Do NOT purchase from Lexicon. They do NOT stand by their money back guarantee claims. I have been trying for five months to get my money back after I returned their book and still no refund. FRUSTRATING beyond belief.

    This is a scam!

I tried to order just the book, but the website (Lexicon Health) puts you through pages and pages of other items to purchase. Some of the prices are not listed, and some prices are misleading. I ended up with over $300 in charges. I called customer service immediately and had the charges removed. They tried to get me to call back after the charges posted, but I refused. Then the so-called "coach" has called me twice trying to sell me more stuff and services. When I refused to purchase, the coach was rude. I finally got off their call list with the second call from a reassigned coach. Bottom line is, do not order, and yes, this is a scam. It is the same stuff that you can get free online. Authority Nutrition/Heathline is a good place to get information.

    Bad customer service

These people do not have any idea what the meaning of customer service is! I have ordered various items from them, but will NEVER AGAIN! They emailed me an advertisement for Krill Oil, and I was willing to try it for what was advertised in the email. But online ordering didn't honor what the email said it would be. So, I contacted customer service, and they also would not honor the ad. Way to keep a "loyal customer" happy! I do not ever want to hear from this company again!
