Because of this, Dan claims that The Simple Sleep Protocol has been used successfully by hundreds of individuals to date.

But when it comes down to it, can you expect any real world results from The Simple Sleep Protocol? Is it really the “ultimate rejuvenation secret,” or just another scam to prey on your sleeplessness and take your money?

Let’s kick things off by looking at the different causes of sleep problems.

  • A “powerful and delicious smoothie” recipe, as well as a “supplement cocktail,” that can help you fall asleep faster
  • The perfect bedroom temperature
  • Proper bedtime routines, including visualization and meditation
  • Essential oils to use

In fact, the only specific information we’re provided about The Simple Sleep Protocol is that you’ll be instructed to take passionflower, although WebMD notes there isn’t enough clinical evidence showing this ingredient can meaningfully resolve any aspects of insomnia.

While The Simple Sleep Protocol hadn’t been around long enough to garner any customer feedback at the time of our research, we learned that the e-book is authored by Dr. Dan Ritchie and Cody Sipe, Ph.D.

Both of these individuals co-founded the Functional Aging Institute, who offers certification programs for individuals focused on providing fitness to seniors.

Dan is also the author of a similar e-book to The Simple Sleep Protocol named the Energy Forever Adrenal Fatigue Plan, as well as a more mainstream book titled Never Grow Old: The Authoritative Guide on Aging & Fitness.

Before founding the Functional Aging Institute, Dan received his bachelor’s degree in Fitness Sports Medicine, a master’s degree in Health, and a Ph.D. from Purdue University in Health and Kinesiology.
