knee sleeve

By j frazier , colorado

waste of money. A sock on my knee would do as much good. Cost to return, not worth it. My loss.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I'm very disappointed and not satisfied

By nelson vasquez , Bronx, NY

I have seen commercial, news items. I bought a pair of red knee compression sleeve - order # 1548894. returned first time, received second pair. I felt some relief, after 2 weeks the sleeves would not stay above my knees, kept rolling down. I emailed Tommie Copper, no one returned my email, I guess they have my payment no need to answer. I am an unsatisfied customer, will not purchase any more. I don't wear them anymore.

Don't take the wrong pill

By Dave , Florida

The copper, I have this knee brace, darn shame I threw away the packaging or I would have sent it back. The brace part works and believe it or not any cheap knee brace at your local Walmart or CVS or Walgreens will work just as good for a lot less money. As far as the copper, if people actually think it works, get two pre 1982 which contain 95% pure copper and use a little Velcro and attach those pennies your knee, arm, head or where ever you like as its a lot cheaper than the "Copper Product being advertised on TV. I would read the harmful effects of copper before I would believe in this back yard science.

Tommie Copper a Scam

By John , NC

A scam and if you order from them, they will attempt to scam you further. They do not honor any of their discounts and will cancel you order if you submit any discount, especially the referral discount. Also have 2 of the elbow braces and they look as if someone cut out a piece of material out of cheap T-shirt. Does nothing for you and the size chart is not even close to being accurate. Just stay away. Its that simple.

Garbage trash, I am a redneck from TX and the company delivers from China

By Stephen Sawyer , Costa Mesa, CA

One delivery, the wrong products. Two waist bands when I ordered just one elbow and one wrist. Next, delivered from China. I am a Texan and you used a real Cowboy (and he can kiss my butt) but the delivery is from China. I am also a VET.

Marketing scam.

By Bradford Scales , Newburgh, IN

A gimmick. Read all reviews folks. You receive this item and surprise, surprise it carries a label warning that the silicone strip inside the top band may cause irritation and a reaction on your skin. It does. Where the heck should I wear this? Over my jeans? I know, I'll wear long underwear all of the time, that's the ticket.

Also, and the most glaring feature is that this product doesn't impart any substantial compression factor to your joint. The free compression stockings they cut off of a roll at my Physical Therapy Clinic is three times as tight.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Tommie Copper Review

By Steve , California

I bought two of the products and after a few weeks the knee sleeve came apart. When I called they said they only cover the product for 60 days. At those prices to sell crap is not right.

Customer Service

By Linda ,

Horrible customer service. Supervisors are condescending and rude. Hope you enjoy paying for shipping to your home and then if it doesn't work for you, that's another round of shipping back to the company that's on you. Surprisingly, when considering the cost of the item, I would think that shipping at least one way would be included on their part. Oh well

Unimpressed

By Kim , Ohio

Arrived and sent back the next day. Sleeve didn't provide real support and the fit wasn't all that good either. The sad part is you pay for the product even if you return it due to the stipulation of a restocking fee. I truly felt ripped off all the way around.
