Disappointed

I ordered two dresses from this company, I ordered the size they suggested. For US size 8, they say order XL. Well, the dress was two sizes too big. They say easy returns...not true, not only is this company in China, it will cost you just as much as the item to return it. I had to keep the dress and they only are going to refund me $15.00. Do not order from this company. Dresses look good online, but when you receive them, it's cheaply made and a bad copy...buyer beware! I should have known better...check the BBB.

Terrible company, total scam

Please learn from my experience and do not waste your money on ordering from StyleWe. The dress I ordered was not as described and did not fit. The website does not tell you, but you have to return items to CHINA - it cost me almost $25 and that was without tracking which would have been double. Plus return directions extremely complicated and a total hassle. As it is, I am out $110. They are now claiming they never received the item. Unfortunately, I used PayPal. I filed a complaint with PayPal, but they claim they can't help me unless I have a tracking number! Which would have cost another $25! I wish I had used my credit card. Very irritating - buyer beware!

Order takes too long to ship but overall very happy with purchase

I ordered a dress and shoes and it took almost one month to receive the items - with no explanation or notice from StyleWe. However, the dress and shoes are very good quality and fit perfectly, so, if people can wait for weeks before receiving the merchandise, then all is good.

Worst purchase I've ever made

I could not be more disappointed with this company. I ordered three items and none of them looked like they did online. They were horrible colors, cheaply made, ill-fitting dresses. I decided to keep one because I thought it was ok. It's not what I was hoping for though. I also decided to try to get a refund for the unwearable items. I shipped them back for $60 to China (which is the only way they will take them back). It has been 4 months and I have STILL not received a refund of around $120. This is unacceptable, even from a foreign company. DO NOT BUY from StyleWe!

StyleWe operates as a scam company

I ordered two dresses from StyleWe that took forever to come. Before they arrived, I decided to cancel them, but, StyleWe did not offer an avenue to cancel them. Therefore, I attempted to contact StyleWe to let them know I was going to refuse the dresses when they arrived. There was an automated email message back that said someone would contact me back, but they never responded to my email. When the package arrived, I refused it. A couple of days ago StyleWe contacted me by phone. I could not understand the lady with the strong accent but got that they had sent an email earlier that day. I checked, and the first email said that unless I would send them money by the 18th of January 2019, thru their PayPal account to have the items that I refused and sent back, returned now back to me, StyleWe was going to destroy the items and not refund my money to me at all. I immediately responded siting how nonsensical that was and that they had their merchandise and for them to refund my money to me.

They continued to threaten to discard the items I returned unless I would resend for them, in which case they said then I could return them to them, afterward. I let them know that made no sense to me, that they were a bunch of unethical frauds. I demanded my money. They started to feign ignorance about what was going on and I let them know that if I had to escalate this to the attorney general's office, the BBB and/or another public agency and/or the public in general, feigning ignorance would not look good for StyleWe, in copy. We have gone back and forth about 10 or 15 times.

They keep threatening to throw the merchandise away that I returned to them. That is the craziest thing I ever heard. I finally told them to arrange to retrieve their merchandise from whatever third-party they brought into my transaction with StyleWe and issue me a refund to my PayPal account or by check to my home, because I want my money, immediately. After them sending me numerous urgent threats, I feel we need to resolve this right now. I let them know that I will not rest until I have my money and will make decreasing StyleWe's customer base my full-time job if I do not get my money refunded to me. StyleWe will have to go to the expense of changing their name if they want customers by the time I get through. So give me my money for those two cheap dresses that I returned! Earlier today the last thing I heard from StyleWe was another threat to throw away the merchandise that I returned to them. I emailed back to them my threats and my demand for my money. I have not heard back from them. They are unscrupulous vendors and should not be trusted or patronized. Let us throw these bums out of the USA because they are not honest brokers!

Horrible experience, do not trust this company!

Last year I purchased a couple of items from StyleWe, and although the quality wasn't great, they were cute enough and inexpensive and not worth the hassle of returning at my cost.

On 11/25/18 I ordered five more items - two dresses, two tops, and a coat. Items were shipped (per email) on 11/30/18. The delivery came on 12/10/18. One of the tops was exactly as described, and it's very cute. One top was that horrible cheap scratchy fabric and the sizing was mysterious - huge in the body but tiny in the shoulders. A dress advertised as cotton blend has NO cotton in it at all. It is poly and icky feeling, but the color is great, and it has pockets, so I kept it. A color block coat was sewn crookedly and scratchy. A second dress was hideous - looked cute in the photo but in reality resembled an old lady muumuu from the 70s. This last item did not have its tag attached - the tag was inside the bag but not connected to the garment and there were no holes in the tag to indicate it has ever been attached.

The return process itself is overly complicated and frustrating. You have to email them and request to return, which I did on 12/12. On 12/14 they emailed back to give me a choice of keeping the items and getting a small cash back or a small store credit. (The wording of these emails is stilted and possibly translated using Google translator.) I said, no, I want to return. Then they respond with a shipping label and the same options, and I had to reply again (so for the third time, I want a refund!). Finally, I was able to print the label. Since the tag was not attached to the one item, I took photos of all the items and the unbroken tag (and wrote a note indicating that the tag had not been attached) before placing all three items into the same bag and going to UPS and paying for return shipping to Southern California. This was on 12/15.

On 12/29 I received an email that two of the items (not the dress with unattached tag) had been received and, yet again, did I want cash refund or store credit! I responded that I shipped back three items in the same package and I want a refund. I attached the photos of the three items. On 1/2 they sent an auto email that I would receive a refund on the two items within a week. I responded again that there were three items in the box. Three emails later they are still not acknowledging there were three items returned and have offered me "30% money refund or 40% store credit to end this issue."

I am now filing a claim with my credit card company and with PayPal. Note it has been six weeks since my original order. Jeff Bezos has nothing to fear.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Cheap crap from China

PLEASE BEWARE of this scam company from China. They post beautiful designer fashion probably stolen from legit designers and send you cheap knockoffs that don't fit properly with poor quality materials and horrible stitching patterns. I bought two dresses that took over one month to arrive and cost more to return. There is truth to the saying, "if it's too good to be true, it usually is." I decided to cut my losses and my ties with this fake company forever...

Very disappointed

I placed my order with this company. I was under the impression that the clothing was from designers but let’s face reality. Very poor quality. The finish is awful, same as the fit.

First I requested a cancelation. They don’t honor my request. The return will cost me almost half of what I paid for the clothes.

I am dealing with my credit card because I disputed this charge since "what I saw isn’t what I got."

Paid for Express Shipping, received the dress over a month later. HORRIBLE customer service.

This site is very scammy. I paid an extra $12 for Express Shipping to get a dress in time for a party. StyleWe said the dress had been delivered, but I never received it. I called/emailed StyleWe and either no one picked up the phone, or I kept getting the same automated email saying my package was delivered. I then filed a missing package claim with DHL and sent the info to StyleWe and magically a week later, the package showed up on my doorstep. So I received the package over a month later and still had to pay for express shipping. This was HORRIBLE customer service and I would not recommend this site.

Beware!

I ordered two sizes of two dresses at the same time. One fits perfectly, and the other is too small. How is anyone to know what size to order when the sizing is not consistent? Their solution was giving me a $10.00 cash refund or $13.00 store credit on a $66.00 dress since the international shipping charges would be outrageous and take an extremely long time. I was excited to have found this website and was planning on ordering many more items in the future, but after this experience, I feel it would be extremely foolish on my part. If you can’t try on clothing before buying, you should be able to exchange or return the item for a full refund.

I love this store

I have known this store for quite a time because a bunch of YouTubers made hauls from this store, so I wanted to try it. I made an order for a couple of swimsuits and a couple of dresses, and I love them. They were cute and the price was the best! When I made the order it was in the middle of October and it arrived to Colombia in early November. I have worn the clothes and the fabric and stitches are good!

Rude customer representative

I ordered two items together. I was emailed and told one item was out of stock so will be refunded. But there was a discount that was applied to both items. When they refund the one item, they forgot to incorporate the discount.

All I wanted is one explanation. The customer representative replied twice. The first time, she told me "If you do not understand it, please let your family or friend explain it to you." The second time, she told me "No more discussion with any discount."

I did not even ask for a discount. Just tell me why the amount is like that!

Product isn't as shown online and the return policy is very misleading

I bought a dress for a Christmas party. Estimated delivery was 7-12 business days. I got it 21 days later, and it was nothing like the online description. The website claims easy returns and exchanges, but after I issued a return request, they informed me that they would only offer me a 15% store credit after the return was received. They are very quick to respond to emails but the English is broken and they didn't attempt to help me in any way. Don't waste your money!

Buy in US, return to China, paying big shipping cost

I bought one dress (about 460) in the US. The workmanship is very low, the material is cheap. If I want to return, I must pay the shipping cost to return to China in one month. Otherwise only a 15% refund. This is a terrible experience.

Inferior clothing, and yes, it is a SCAM!

The clothing is inferior in quality for the price they charge. When you return the items, they don't refund your money. They are the worst. The clothing looks good online, but when you receive, it is a huge disappointment. You have to spend money to return it, and they don't refund you your money. Don't buy anything from this company; you will be DISAPPOINTED!

Do not order!

I received the items in good time. There was a wide range of quality. One dress has a tear in the seam. One was way to small, the other way too big even though both were the same size. The real problem comes when you wish to make a return. They will offer to discount at least two times. When I did return in August 2018, still no refund. They say customs has held up the package in China. They again offered a 40% store credit or 30% refund. DO NOT order unless you are willing to lose some of your money if a return is needed.

Let the buyer beware

I purchased a dress for my wife as a Christmas present. After the initial purchase confirmation, nothing - no order update, no shipping notice - nothing for 15 days. After three attempts via StyleWe’s website to obtain an update, I emailed their customer service directly and finally heard back. The dress arrived, but it was apparent the size was wrong. I followed the return instructions included with the order and received an email response about 48 hours later. The dress would have to be returned TO CHINA and I would be responsible for postage and any customs fees! As an alternative, they offered a 20% store credit - as if I or my wife would ever order from them again! We in the US are accustomed to easy, no-questions-asked returns. This is not how StyleWe operates. Buyer, beware! You have been warned.

SCAM!

I ordered two dresses; they took 32 days to arrive. I am 5'7", both dresses looked like tops and not dresses and I was really disappointed. Both were pretty and well made, but just barely covered my bottom and definitely could not be worn for work, which was my intent.

Following their instructions, I contacted them to let them know I needed to do a return and received the following response (see below). If I had known they were in China and would charge me a fortune to return, I never would have ordered from them. I am not interested in a store credit or a $15 refund. I want my $100 refunded. I am fine with paying a reasonable amount to ship it back, but customs fees, etc. are ridiculous and should have been made clear when I placed my order.

Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible customs fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.

Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

StyleWe is a scam

StyleWe website is a scam. I ordered a Large sized dress on their website (paid $72.50), but the received dress was smaller than normal US Large size. And the color was different from that shown on the computer screen. So I followed their instructions, and being forced to return the dress to their warehouse in China, I paid the expensive shipping cost (paid $23.5). StyleWe recommends using USPS for return shipping on their website. So I did. But this StyleWe recommendation of using USPS was designed as a trap.

USPS only provides online tracking up to its international shipping center in LA. USPS doesn't provide any further tracking once the item leaves US territory. USPS website just shows my return shipping has arrived at its international shipping center and being forwarded to its final destination, which is China. Three months passed. USPS website doesn't show any further tracking update since the item was out of US territory.

Based on this fact, and StyleWe knows this, StyleWe claims that they have not received the returned item and refused to provide any refund. I've exchanged many emails with StyleWe and they always said they haven't received my return, thus no refund. I have spent $96 on both the dress cost and return shipping but am left with nothing. I've emailed them many times, all their staff (Medicine, Elaine, StyleWe CS Team) just played word games, asking for a tracking number and then said USPS tracking is not showing the item have been delivered in China. Of course not, because USPS doesn't track the package in China! It's a very bad experience dealing with StyleWe. The whole setup, their website, and their so-called CS Team, is a scam.

Buyer be aware! I'll share this bad experience with my friends and on social media to make sure honest American people don't fall into these designed cheating scams anymore.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Normally, we suggest customers use a local postal service for their return, if you use FedEx, DHL or UPS, they might charge high customs fees.

After you have mailed back the package, please provide a return tracking number to us, then we will check.

Reliable and professional service

I had to cancel my recently made order with StyleWe and have done it within 24 hours. After reading all the reviews, I was skeptical to the response for reimbursement of the full amount I was entitled to as per the company policy. I received the full amount back within 7 days as I have been promised by Hope from StyleWe customer service. Everything was communicated precisely, politely, and professionally to my full satisfaction! After this experience, I will definitely go back to StyleEe. Buyer beware!

Avoid this website. StyleWe is located in China, so if you receive an item that you do not like, they will not issue a free return label and you are responsible for shipping fees, which because is in China will be extremely expensive and in most cases will cost you more than the actual item. I ordered a size 4/6 and was sent a size large. They do not answer phone calls, and when I reached out to them via email requesting an exchange for a smaller size, a person named "kitty" responded rudely saying it was my fault. I am never doing business with them again. The sizes are not accurate at all and shipping takes weeks to arrive.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Basically, they do not give refunds!

I ordered a coat for a friend, ordering the largest size possible, but it still didn't fit so they could not substitute anything (I have also read that in retrospect they told another customer she should have ordered the next largest size because their sizing runs about a size smaller). On their website, they say they will refund if they can't replace.

Keep in mind, when you order, they ship the goods out of California and the shipping cost is minimal. So when they state on the website that you are responsible for the return shipping, that seems reasonable. And the package comes to your door as being sent from California.

When, however, you get authorization to return the order, this is what they send you:

"Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).

Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible customs fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.

Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

So, you either accept a refund of 15 cents on the dollar, or you pay $40 and up to get a tracking number with your return shipment, then wait until the package is received by China, inspected for its condition, and don't forget customs wait and possible charges.

All goes well if you don't need to return anything, I understand.

Do not buy, it's a fraud!

They stole my money. I wish I read their reviews. StyleWe shipped me an order I placed with JustFashionNow, which I am assuming is owned by the same company, and the garment was not as pictured, not as described, damaged, poorly made, hideous looking actually, and the day I received it was the day I requested a return authorization and shipping label, but 18 days later I have not received one. And their return policy says I need to return items 15 days after receipt, so there’s no way I can possibly return it for a refund.

Meanwhile, they offered me $3 to keep it and not get a refund, but I told them no. I asked them to cancel the backorder, they said would take three weeks to ship, but suddenly after that, they shipped the remainder of my $105 order.

Then...I got one other item and it was a mess! No lining, just a flimsy piece of inferior fabric that doesn’t fall like it does on the website, doesn’t look like the website photo, and looks so cheap! I asked for this to be returned too and I have not heard back. It’s cheaper to pay shipping charges to China than to get $3 and keep it. But they didn’t even offer me that for the second dress I got because they haven’t replied to my multiple emails with video proof and photos. They have effectively taken my money and sent me two out of six dresses I’ve ordered, and of those two, one is damaged, and both are not at all like the photo or description.

In short, these websites are a scam. And by the way, when I tracked the shipment from StyleWe, it was sent from California, not China, and they never answered me when I asked about that either...

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Great first experience

I've recently bought a leopard print midi dress and an orange sweater from StyleWe. It was the first time I was ordering from this website. My experience was really good. The ordered arrived in about 5 days via express shipping and the items looked just like the pictures. Also, the size was perfect, but I looked very carefully at the measurements when I've made the order, so that I won't have an unpleasant surprise. My experience was very good, and I will order again for sure.

Never received merchandise

I never received the two blouses I ordered, although it was said that they had been shipped. In the past, the sizes were not accurate and the quality was not as good as expected. In short, do not order from this company. A waste of time and money.
