I was using the Bio Complete 3 along with two tsp of Metamucil in water every morning. I've been experiencing some trapped gas pain at night when laying down, enough to hurt all the way through to my back. I have to get up and walk around and sometimes take Gas-X to stop the pain. I stopped using the Bio Complete 3 for a few days and now I've stopped the Metamucil I was also using and have re-started the Bio Complete 3. We will see if this resolves my issues. Fingers-crossed.

It's a great way to have energy, I eat a lot less than before, I absolutely don't want to eat anything sweet. Within one week I didn't want anything sweet, if I drink juice I will take a sip and stop drinking because it tastes absolutely horrible. I'm more alive.

Instead of taking it as a pill 4 times a day, I take 2 pills in the am and 2 in the evening so I can take it along with my other medications. That way, I do not miss a dose. Easy to swallow. No unpleasant aftertaste.

My wife and I both have been taking Bio Complete 3. I haven’t had any emergency trips to the bathroom and my wife, who usually only goes once every 3 days, is going once a day. We both feel it has benefited us in our daily life.

I am on a two-meals-a-day regimen. One half-hour prior to my first meal I took two tablets with an 8 oz glass of water. An hour or two later I had a bowel movement. That was very good. However, when I took two tablets prior to the second meal in mid to late afternoon, no bowel movement took place. I am at a loss to understand why.

This pattern did not change for two plus weeks. Any idea why?

I sometimes miss a dose. I have experienced more frequent bowels lately just the same. That was the issue. A week would go by constipated. No laxative or stimulant since taking Bio. I will continue using. I practice a keto lifestyle. Thank you.

I have not had any negative effects from your product. I don't see much different from the pre-biotic and probiotic I was taking before. I was hoping your product would cut down on the gas I'm getting with both products.

So glad I have tried it. I can see a huge difference, hoping to fix my problems permanently. Thank you Dr. Gundry! I have tried a lot of stuff, and Psyllium Husks, still had fissures. This product made a difference, much better. Planing to continue taking it and want to buy Prebiothrive.

I was really taken in by the videos about lepton and other nightshades and nuts that contributed to a leaky gut. Despite eating "clean", I was consuming a lot of tomatoes and zucchinis. I’d been putting on weight despite not changing my eating habits so thought I’d give this a try. Immediately the Bio Complete made me feel nauseated and bloated. Lots of gurgling going on. I took 4 pills as prescribed before dinner. I was up all night feeling uncomfortable and all the next day too. I ate only leptin-free foods but still miserable. I didn’t take any supplements today. I guess I’ll wait to see how tomorrow goes and if I’m feeling ok I'll reduce the dosage. Also, despite eating leafy greens the color of BMI was also more yellow. I’m not feeling terribly hopeful at this point but we’ll see in a few days.

I first ordered 6 bottles of Bio Complete 3 and was satisfied, it was helpful. I think because of your products I am pretty healthy for a 72-year-old and Bio Complete 3 helps (at least I don't have COVID-19!). I recently reordered and took advantage of an additional discount for doubling my order (12 bottles). I received the first 6 bottles, but one was broken with pills spilling out. I tried to call customer service 3 times but the recording suggested I send an email. The response came a number of days later asking for a photo of the damage. I had to get my son to forward the picture to me so I could attach it to the email, which I sent on Wednesday. I have not heard back from customer service, which I find disappointing considering the large variety of your products I regularly purchase.
