About TrimUltra

TrimUltra is claimed to be an all-natural fat loss nutritional supplement that contains advanced, powerful, and concentrated metabolism-boosting compounds and enzymes that also suppress appetite, increase energy in as little as 5 minutes, improve digestion, boost mental focus, support healthy muscle development, and burn more calories. In fact, TrimUltra is claimed to be so powerful that the manufacturer claims it’s “almost impossible not to lose weight.”

In order to help you lose weight, TrimUltra is claimed to reset your body’s fat-burning signals and to provide real, never-before-seen weight loss results using:

  • Vitamin B6 4mg
  • Vitamin B12
  • Vitamin B3 15mg
  • Dandelion Root 180mg
  • Caffeine 120mg
  • AMP Citrate 80mg
  • Phenylethylamine 40mg
  • Stearic Acid 40mg
  • Silica 25mg
  • Cinnamon 10mg
  • Chlorophyll 10mg
  • Rauwolscine 1mg

According to the manufacturer, you only need to take one capsule of USA-made TrimUltra per day in the morning on an empty stomach. However, for “accelerated” results, the manufacturer claims you can take an additional capsule of TrimUltra 30 minutes prior to lunch or exercise.

Don’t you wish you could just pop a pill that would provide you with the energy, motivation, and self-control you need in order to lose weight and achieve the body of your dreams? If the TrimUltra website is to be believed, this is exactly what this once-daily pill provides. But is this really the case? Consider the following:

Are TrimUltra’s Ingredients Effective for Weight Loss?

According to WebMD, there is insufficient clinical evidence showing that vitamins B6, B12, or B3; dandelion root, AMP citrate (also known as methylpentanamine and 1,3-dimethylbutylamine), phenylethylamine, stearic acid, silica, chlorophyll, or rauwolscine can help you lose weight.

Granted, while the stimulants contained in TrimUltra, such as caffeine, AMP citrate, phenylethylamine, and rauwolscine can improve your mental alertness and may reduce your appetite, they won’t provide you with any direct weight loss benefits. Also, keep in mind that AMP citrate is a stimulant very close in structure to the now banned DMAA, and has been known to cause jitteriness, rapid heartbeat, and a fairly pronounced “crash” once it’s worn off.

With all of this said, this doesn’t mean that none of these ingredients contained in TrimUltra have any benefits whatsoever; just that there aren’t any directly related to weight loss.

You’ll Still Need to Commit to a Healthy Lifestyle

Lack of clinical evidence notwithstanding, remember that although the TrimUltra website claims “there’s no need to completely change your diet or drastically reduce the amount of calories you eat” when taking the supplement, the reality is that effective, long-lasting weight loss is only achieved through a sensible diet and regular exercise. As such, if you think you’ll start shedding pounds with TrimUltra without changing your lifestyle, you’re bound to be disappointed.

What are Other Consumers Saying About TrimUltra?

At the time of our research, TrimUltra was a very new product (URL registered October 2014) that didn’t have any online customer reviews available.

However, we did learn that the supplement is manufactured by Elements of Health Care based out of American Fork, UT. Although the company is listed with the Better Business Bureau and has 1 closed complaint (as of 1/4/15), there wasn’t a rating available.

TrimUltra Pricing & Refund Policy

TrimUltra is priced as follows:

  • 1 Bottle (30-day supply): $49.95 plus $4.95 S&H
  • 2 Bottles: $99.90
  • 3 Bottles: $149.85

If you order 2 or more bottles, you’ll receive free S&H.

Important note: What you pay for TrimUltra heavily depends on the website you purchase it through. For example, the prices noted above were taken directly from TrimUltra’s Pricing page. However, we located another landing page (also hosted directly on the TrimUltra website) offering prices as low as $20.97 per bottle, or up to 1/3 less.

In addition, this same landing page claimed to offer a free trial of TrimUltra, although after choosing the trial option and attempting to check out, the total price reflected was $42.91, which is much more than the advertised amount of $7.95.

TrimUltra comes with a 90-day refund policy, even if the bottle is completely empty. In order to request a refund, you’ll need to contact customer service at 800-583-8004.

Is TrimUltra a Magic Pill That’s Guaranteed to Help You Lose Weight?

Chopping to the Point: Considering that there’s insufficient clinical evidence showing any of the ingredients in TrimUltra can help you lose weight, and that it’s manufactured by a company without an established reputation, it’s our opinion that TrimUltra’s price is likely out of line with any benefits you can expect to experience from using it.
