About Ultimate Athleticism

Brought to you by Max Shank, Ultimate Athleticism claims to be a 200-page e-book that can teach you the key philosophy to gaining strength, endurance, flexibility, posture, and overall health, which can be applied to any training methods. Not just this, but the techniques used in Ultimate Athleticism are claimed to help you build muscle, enhance your movement, and become the ultimate athlete in less time than you already spend at the gym.

In other words, Ultimate Athleticism is claimed to be a fun, results-driven program that improves overall athleticism for men and women, using only barbells, parallettes, and rings.

When it comes down to it, you want to attain better workout results in less time, all from the comfort of your own home. But can you realistically expect the information contained in Ultimate Athleticism to help get you there? Consider the following:

Who is Max Shank?

Max Shank appears to be the owner of Ambition Athletics, a training facility in Encinitas, CA that specializes in strength, flexibility, and overall athleticism.

According to his website, Max Shank “has excelled in competition at a wide range of sports from Highland Games all the way to Jiu Jitsu. As a Master RKC for Dragon Door, Max has helped spearhead a revitalization of the world’s most sophisticated and professional kettlebell instructor certification program. His exceptional bodyweight exercise skills led to Max being the principal model in the six-video Convict Conditioning series, filmed entirely on location at Alcatraz.”

What’s Contained in Ultimate Athleticism?

Other than claiming to help you do more with less effort by focusing on balance and movement, and giving an example of how handstanding can provide you with more benefits that lifting freeweights alone, there isn’t much information provided about what exactly the Ultimate Athleticism e-book contains, or what makes it different than the competition.

Your Mileage May Vary

Next, keep in mind that, although some language used on the Ultimate Athleticism website could be considered “flowery,” it won’t be equally as effective for every user. Why?

Because, although Max appears to have a fair amount of experience in the industry, and that he claims Ultimate Athleticism can work for anyone, it’s important to keep your expectations realistic. In other words, if you’re currently 5 feet tall and 130 pounds, and think you’ll become a world-class athlete in 6 months by using Ultimate Athleticism, you’re almost certainly going to be disappointed. Likewise, if you’re highly uncoordinated and non-athletic, but think you’ll be playing professionals sports a year from now, your expectations are far out of line with what Ultimate Athleticism can realistically offer.

On the other hand, if you’re moderately athletic and in fairly decent shape, the techniques taught in Ultimate Athleticism may help improve your performance and overall level of fitness.

What’s the Consumer Buzz About Ultimate Athleticism?

Ultimate Athleticism is a relatively new product, and didn’t have any online customer reviews available at the time of our research.

With this said, as a Clickbank product (more about this next), Ultimate Athleticism is sold primarily through affiliates, who earn commissions from each sale they refer for a variety of different products. In order to make these sales though, many affiliates will resort to posting fake customer review websites that are solely designed to mislead customers—or at the very least, to misrepresent the product. Granted, this isn’t necessarily a reflection on Ultimate Athleticism, but it’s worth noting nonetheless.

Chopping to the Point: While it’s likely that Ultimate Athleticism won’t provide you with any earth-shattering results, it could be effective is you’re already in passable shape and have some level of coordination. However, we might recommend downloading a free chapter of Ultimate Athleticism before purchasing, which you can do after attempting to click off the e-book’s sales page.
