About Urban Rebounder
Created by JB Berns, the elevated Urban Rebounder is a fitness trampoline that claims to help you “lose weight, feel better, and firm up your body.” In addition, its new design allows it to sit at a 22-degree angle, to be used in either elevated or level positions, and to fold into quarter sections for easy storage.
The “As Seen on TV” Urban Rebounder has been featured in New York magazine and Consumer Reports, and holds an A- rating with the Better Business Bureau, with just three closed complaints within the past three years. Online reviews appear to be relatively mixed, with the most common complaints citing cheap construction, and the presence of a strong “chemical” odor.

No customer service available
I just ordered my product yesterday. I was ordering it as a favor so spouse wouldn't know.
While ordering, I came to the page that asked if I'd like to pay for faster shipping. I was waiting to hear from a friend if they wanted that. While waiting, I got a notification that the order has been received. Really? I didn't complete the ordering process that I knew of. So now I'm wondering if it will get here by Christmas.
I call the customer service number for answers, and it refers me to the HSN 800 number or email. That's not customer service! I'm wondering how long until I hear a response to my email. And of course, in less than 24 hours my card has already been charged.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
