A friend, as a joke, ordered both the skin and eye creams using my credit card. I found out within 1/2 hour and then called and canceled both items she ordered. They were extremely unwilling to do this even though the order wouldn't ship for two more days. After trying to get me to pay $38.91 instead of $98.40 I stuck to my guns and said no. They then offered me an additional discount which I also said no to. Also, I told them I was going to report them to the BBB. After that, I was able to to get both items canceled. The first person I spoke with hung up on me, luckily the second one was more amenable. I'm sure using the BBB's name helped. You have to be firm with whoever you speak with and call back as many times as it takes. What I don't understand is why Sandra Bullock & Dr. Oz would promote this obvious scam, unless their names & pictures are being used without their permission, or the almighty dollar is their God. PLEASE, PLEASE, don't order something that sounds to good to be true.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
